Dogs, I had to take everything in and figure out for myself if this was truly worth it. I did talk a lot of crap I'll admit. But Alex has had his hands in so many areas that it's of my opinion that I really don't believe he can fulfill this. I was informed yesterday of things that Alex was into years back and he didn't do anything with it. That didn't settle with me very well and I didn't know anything about it. If Alex can do just one thing and keep his mind trained on that, I believe he could go far, but apparently he can't. Therefore I am calling it quits.
Yes sir, I sure do. Like I said, I've been in many subpennies over 17 years and so I'm not immune to the shenanigans.
I will soon no longer be invested in UATG. I even terminated my mod position. I have taken to heart what others have said about Alex and the company and it causes me concern whether Alex can pull this off. Alex apparently has had his hands in too many areas and transfers from one project to another and that's not good. Alex needs to stick to one thing to make his plans flourish. Alex seems to be a man that could get things done BUT he keeps changing from one idea to get started to another and you work against yourself doing that. Anyway, just my thoughts. Good luck to everyone.
OK thanks for the input. I guess maybe Alex is a bullshitter I don't know but we'll see. I do know that enough of you are coming forward about a lot of stuff I didn't naturally know. Hmm.
When I said that people need to do their own DD when investing, that includes me, and I confess I didn't do that very well before investing in UATG. I did do some DD because I saw a company that so far the CEO wasn't diluting the share structure by paying himself out of the stock like most of these subpenny companies do, and I thought it was different. I also noticed that Alex seemed legit because he appears to be accomplishing something and he's not just all talk. Alex is also different because he puts out videos keeping shareholders abreast of what he's doing and I had never seen that done before with all the other subpennies I was in over the years. If this all turns out to be a dud then I've learned another lesson.
OK daddy. Thanks for the advise. Lol.
I'm not the one asking stupid damn questions about how I would feel people losing money based upon what I find out. LOL. I have no bad feelings about it. People invest the way they invest, oh well.
Everyone has to play by their own rules and do their own DD. I've been in enough of these type stocks to know you take your own chances on investing. I'm holding no one's hand here, unlike you. I just tell everyone what I found out and they either take it with a grain of salt or whatever. No hurt feelings on my side. Does that make you feel better?
I'll give Alex another call Monday because I've got more questions for him anyway. Whether he BS's about my questions, I'll just have to get wise is all and investigate.
But my only problem with not knowing about the iron from oil extraction business is that Alex could bullshit me and I wouldn't know it. He's talking above my head and that's not good. I am presently Googling about this and it seems that Alex has the upper-hand doing this as far as I can tell. When I Googled it, UATG is on top of all the searches, which is a good thing, but is he the only company doing this???
I may not know much about the oil/water extraction business, but I do know that the road that Alex is on that apparently it does work and I am looking forward that Alex can actually make money doing it, and that's why I invested here. Now, let's see what shows up in the financials shortly.
Good morning, Dogs. Lol. Look, you apparently have some beef with Alex. I don't know what Alex has done to you or said to you but that's between the two of you. I'm doing my part to communicate with Alex for the sole purpose of my investment here. To me, everything points to the fact that Alex is legit but he's darn slow at getting things done, and maybe too slow.
Yeah, just give him a call Monday. He appears to be pretty easy to reach. I can tell you one thing, Alex is a talker but he definitely knows the business. He was talking above my head the whole time only because I don't know what he does about the oil/water extraction business. Lol.
I don't know. Give him a call Monday and find out.
OK, I just got off the phone with Alex and he said that everything is going well with the iron being removed from the oil...there's been no problems with that. We had a pretty good 20 minute conversation and I am very pleased and I will keep my shares in this company. Alex is legit but it's just a slow process is all. That's my opinion.
Yeah, that would be nice pointing to OTC. But with Alex trying to get a friggin company off the ground it still isn't good for the phone number on the company's website to be disconnected. You need to have up to date communication going at all times because, really, you can't afford to miss that important multi-million dollar company who wants to do business with you and you miss the call. Not good at all. But what do I know, right?
I don't know but it needs to be updated because when you Google UATG Group that's what shows up. Oh well. But thanks for the new number. I'll try getting ahold of Alex later.
No, I didn't I called 888-926-4682 which is on the contact page of UATG's website.
And by the way, I have never tried calling Alex before so the disconnected phone number is new to me. The only communication I've had with him is through email from the UATG website.
OK. But I'm quite surprised that the phone number on the UATG website is disconnected. That's not encouraging news. When you go to Google UATG Group, that disconnected phone number shows up. Highly disappointed about the phone number because I would say that if any company gets interested in the H20 Processing they want to find out more about that process and they are gonna call that number. Oh well. I guess maybe it's nothing so long as Alex has another way for these companies to make contact with him.
So if he calls me or messages me I'll ask if iron is getting removed from the oil and about financials as well.
So, not only did I call the number listed on the H2O Processing website but I also sent Alex a message from the UATG website. Let's see what he says about the financials. I asked Alex when revs would show up from the units in the field for the oil/water extraction? I asked if it would be in Q4 2024 financials or what?
I tried calling the number on the UATG website but it's been disconnected. They need a friggin number that works listed on the website. I had to go to the H2O Processing website to use the other number. They need to have the main number on UATG website operating, I don't know what the deal is.
I'm not expecting anything until Q4 2024 based on Alex's slow movement with getting things done.
Yeah, I'm transferring more money over to my brokerage account but waiting to see if this drops any further before I buy more shares.
Isn't the number of shares more like 1 bil outstanding or what? Not 57,440,000 shares.
As far I can tell that is correct. Looks good. But isn't that 1 bil shares since we have outstanding shares? Or am I missing something?
I actually happen to agree with you there. That was some well placed wording and very much to the point the way I'm sure we all see this company. I guess I'm not completely done taking chances. Alex is very convincing on the videos and if this all turns out to be a scam, we've all learned another lesson.
Yeah, thanks for the info. Either way, everyone is waiting for Alex either to pull this through or he doesn't. Alex appears pretty convinced on video that he can get something done.
Yep, totally agree.
I really don't give a rats ass if you're wrong or right, Dogs. My point was in my previous post let us make our own decisions. But your problem is you have to be right about every damn thing and people get sick of it. I'll invest in what the hell I want to invest in and I don't need my hand being held for me.
Dogs, we all do understand your side but many of us are willing to bet enough of what we can bet and are willing to take our losses investing. You are trying to make us look like children that don't know what we are doing and it's not appreciated. I have seen this type of crap of "holding your hand and let me help you invest" scenario with other investors on other stocks just because nobody believed them about the true nature of the company. It's pathetic and wrong! We are all big boys and girls here and it's our money and we know the risks. Thank you.
I agree, and I also say to give Alex a chance. The videos do seem legit and apparently he is trying to get the company off the ground. I will wait a little longer to see what Alex can do...not too much longer but a little.
You are right, Alex has to pay up at least a few million dollars for this Default Judgment. THe final judgment what he has to pay is listed at the end of the page of the court's summary. No, I didn't have to pay for this. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.txwd.1172746849/gov.uscourts.txwd.1172746849.16.0.pdf
I really need to have a discussion with Alex about all this. What you are saying is very beneficial here. The thing is when talking with these CEOs you just can't talk to them on the defensive by already thinking they're frauds because that's an automatic brushoff and they will end up not taking the phone call serious...even if the CEO isn't legit just don't start off that way.
Good deal. I'm not saying that Dogs isn't telling the truth but I'm sure that a number of people who have been here for years are fed up with Alex slow walking everything...maybe even fed up on timeframes and promises that Alex has issued and never fulfilled. The timeframes and promises never fulfilled are a big issue! I don't like that myself.
I guess Alex has got most people here convinced with the videos? I don't know. But the videos sure seem convincing to me and THAT'S exactly why I changed my mind here. Time will tell. Oh don't worry, I don't plan to be another lifer here staying 10 or more years waiting. Like I said awhile back, a few years here waiting, but not forever.
THe main thing I'm looking at is that Alex can pull this company through all this IF he uses his head right. Even if he did acquire the loans before this default judgment went through, Alex can make bank with these units out in the field. Alex says he's making money now with these units being out in the field, or, soon making money. Let's see what he can do about the $3mil plus interest owed from this default judgment. We are all taking a risk here. Oh well.
OK, ok Dogs. You've made your point. I am beginning to believe you have a personal vendetta against Alex and UATG. I mean, you have a right to be here and discuss about the company but for the most part you go way overboard about your feelings. Sheesh. If you were screwed over by Alex -- and apparently you were -- I'm sorry. I've seen all this crap before with years of investing. I'm not immune to it.
Hey, what I'm looking at is the $3mil and interest you're talking about apparently isn't hurting the company too badly because Alex is getting the loans from these finance companies. The finance companies obviously know about the $3mil owed but yet they are still financing Alex? That's got to mean something.
