What took you so long? I expected your pessimistic response much sooner. You are slacking sir.
Patiently awaiting the ride back up. Executives holding and so am I.
The only thing worse are Greek shipping companies.....
Mike may be able to help you trade those in for an electric?
Agreed
I just posted something similar on another board. I feel the same as you. The recent PR contain absolutely no new news with the exception of...Titan is now has their manufacturing equipment up for sale. Which raises more doubts, as why in the world would you PR that, there is absolutely no requirement to do that and I am sure a classified ad on a 2nd hand medical device site would have been cheaper.... apart from that....they only restated what has been said in every filed document for the last 3 months. Therefore, I conclude it was meant solely to interject doubt.
Oddly, I agree with Short N Clown. It is over and a miraculous buyout is very much a viable conclusion to this mystery.
Either that or Colonel Mustard did it in the conservatory with a revolver.
First thing I have read from you that I agree with.
Much agreed as much of executive compensation over last 24 months has been in stock!
"UPFRONT Payment of 7.5M"
The remainder of the terms of this deal are purposely cloaked.
Why?
Or the beginning of the end [aka the Strategic Transition].
Filling the bank account isn't a BK move and executives jumping ship always occurs before a merger.
The fact they opted to consulting positions is however puzzeling.
YES, repossesing collateral is standing in banking regardless of pledged collateral type. Heck they even repossess livestock if it's pledged as collateral.
The missing and pertinent information left out of your response is "Did Vance get a loan on Titan's chickens?
.... I pledge [pun intended], you have no idea and only here to back up your buddy Sporty
Are you aware of any such loans?
YES, any idiot knows that; but what's your point? I believe your original post stated bankruptcy would protect the patents.
Or let's just go brass tacks; we both know you just wanted to use the word bankruptcy on this board and didn't care at all how wrong your statement was....
Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?
Manhushri
GEO, a bank has no power to take over anything. A bank can reposses collateral if they have security deed in it.
A basher started this talk.... done
Well that's not encouraging
Fair enough, so which Chapter of Bankruptcy did you feel best protected Titan's IP?
You must have some logic behind such a bold statement?
IMO.....That's the dumbest thing I have read on IHuB. Please sir..... enlighten me how Chapter 11 bankruptcy protects IP and its inherent value.
I BLAME THE BLUE WAVE
The last time I checked, shareholders do not vote on filing bankruptcy. Nor does a Judge require "BDO" audited Financials to file for bankruptcy.
With little debt, and highly valued IP's it makes no sense to file for bankruptcy protection.
Additionally, BK would unduly encumber existing contracts and licenses for Medtronic.... I am doubtful with Huge seeking center stage, that will be allowed to occur.
That said, it's possible.....

I noticed that as well. Thanks for highlighting
Prediction Day 1 of 5.
Thank you for the encouragement
It has begun. Many of those who profited from our last spike from last qtr earnings release are buying back in and many new investors coming in too. Everyone wants a piece of the spike when huge numbers hit. I've been parked awhile for the ride up. Lambos in drive now.
Three days of bar coding should indicate a solid bottom. Prices should rise the closer we get to the next catalyst. I bought another 165K at .0061 and holding. 2.5M @ $0.0109
Donte esta Benny?
Reverse Splits are appropriate for companies exactly like INND at this point in their life cycle. I support it. The trick is to have your avg or below SP when the split occurs, else it is much akin to getting your winny caught in your zipper.
Franks and beans for everyone.
Even an RS is okay here. It is what an RS is designed for and it is appropriate and healthy. Trick is to have an avg at or below the SP when it splits. Otherwise it hurts like getting thingy caught in your zipper.
Good number
A RS for INND would be the proper usage of a split and something I would support. Trick is to have an average low enough not to imact your position.
ImHO, definite change in volitilty appearance. Wind changing direction.

THIS HASNT BEEN REVEALED YET, Right?
I am Ready
Very glad to see we are increasing our presence in the number of both Walmart & Rite Aid stores!!!
He would have been fine had he not tried to phuck with the pot business. Once that play started, imagine he was cheese for demonrats
I was educated to the extent of their corruptive power the day the Apple news broke. Brokerages had millions on 1.6x calls the next day. Never in a million years did I believe they could stop and then reverse that locomotive in a mere 2 hours....but the bastards did. The weekly calls have been a choke collar to shareholders and cash machine to bookies...(I mean brokers) for far too long. The weekly calls end on 11/04. With one more on 11/18.
It Is Not the tech, CEO, balance sheet, nor GSAT debt.... Nor is it lack of PR as we have had an avalanche of positives and catalysts each day since the Apple announcement.
What has held the shareprice where it is simply greed.
