Well. I take that back. It's probably just a rehash of the old news, although it was almost worded like a new development.
I'm not sure if Boral was allowed to release it like that.... but that sounds like news. The "March X" seems indicative that it wasn't the official release yet. This was taken from their facebook notes released 25 mins ago from this posting.

it's not pretty.
Two patents from Burchill:

Interesting to note that 8383238 was just approved of last month.
I'm actually not so sure if "Accrued Payroll" is what I'm talking about. I was just going off of this document here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=INTK&id=76950
Also, when I look at the annual report, the accrued payroll hasn't changed year over year... this seems indicative that this might be something different than the compensation which I believe is probably covered under "general & administrative operating expenses."
Also, does anyone know what happened to the retired preferred shares? The #'s didn't look like they went down, so i was just curious. Maybe i read it wrong somewhere.
Well whatever the case, we already know the financials suck. This is really just a play on nansulate's momentum anyways. Hopefully that picks up.
Thanks Nebula. It sure sounds like it. I do like that they're going out of their way to highlight the product on their website, and I'm even more curious about that $500,000 that's supposedly in the works.
Btw, the real problem with this company is the compensation. Burchill's getting paid 350k annually. Would be nice if he cut back. Crolley's only getting 40k which is an outcry if you ask me - she deserves more.
Nice to see projects appear to be popping up. Not much going on, but it's still nice to see interest very much alive & possibly even thriving. This co needs a buyout already.
I never thought I'd find myself back here again.... But i'm back. Just observing. Opened a small, disposable position.
short answer, not until you sell it below what you bought it at.
Do some math to reassure yourself. The company's on track thus far to do $1 Billion+ in revenues in 2015. Assume a very conservative net margin of 20%, and you're looking at $200 mil in net income. Assume moderate dilution to bring the share count up to 75 mil o/s, and you got an EPS of 2.67. Multiple that for a conservative 20 p/e for a high growth co & you're looking at a $50+ price tag.
Say it does even half of that and you're still looking at a share price of 25+ by 2015.
hm. i'm glad to see the company's gained momentum.
If you've been around long enough, having an actual product wasn't ever really the issue. Heck, even I painted my house with the stuff 2 years ago. =P
rebound appears to be starting. bout time.
lol, we'll see.

interesting little thought concerning the byproducts of algae
and w/ this rate of dilution, you're really fighting against the tide there.
honestly? not before you give up on it first.
well round 2 for china. they screwed up already w/ the last distributor some years ago.
nah thats fine, you can take it. I'll keep all those pics & stuff up on the photobucket account too so you dont have to wrry about that.
i'm gonna be checking in every now & then from here on out as this company's finally got the best of me after these past... oh 6 years now.
Sold out for now, might consider gettin back in again once they prove themselves capable. potentials there, always has been, but its the operations side of thing that is far from fully functioning.
bit of a delayed response but few things are kind of interesting:
1) they were net income positive, whaaaaat? no way, i dont believe. j/k. good for them.
2) cash still goin down the drain
3) assets still falling
4) dilution still ongoing.
5) some of the accrued payroll fell... how?
6) year over year results suck.
7) you know i just noticed it this time around, but whats it say about a company that can't even get its own records straight with its own CEO? Did you read Note# 3? Man... if this mom & pop op can't get things straight w/ its own internal financial dealings, how is it supposed to handle large corps?
i guess i got bumped off as the moderator lol. thats fine, glad to see someone else take the reigns
lol yah, but i think reality's coming back. the last quarter sucked as usual. price is inching down again.
yeah, nothin good to say about that. the company's in a liquidity situation & burning cash fast. they really can't get their act together and its very dissapointing. This has been going on for several years though. Somehow they've managed to keep the share price somewhat steady, although i wouldn't be the first the presume there's more downside coming up.
quarterly earnings are out. talk about another non-impressive failure.
post from yahoo... what a joke. i'm more than down for a lift up from this point (& charts may indicate it), but it pains me to see more idiots coming on board via some stock tip from a guy that pple tend to follow.

well this one's apparently the fault of the accountant, which of course comes back to the fault of management for using that accountant...
seriously. would be nice if they would just submit some financials on time for starters....
nanotech energy solutions improved their site & gained a facebook page. nice to see their still around.... would be nicer if some good news came out of there for a change.
just did a little sell & then buyback for the same amount of shares with a light profit. Been holding onto this company since 2005... if they're not going to give a divy, I guess i'll have to make my own. haha.
nice lil PR, but all in all, not expecting much out of this company until they start attracting some real attention.
yah. it's nice. and with no news too. nevertheless, hopefully it's a momo play.
haha, i take this is doug.
them be fighting words lol. still love the confidence, but gaspar's just bitter about the share price like everyone else. =P fair enough, although his lies are kind of cruel.
yah that was my thought a while ago, i sold out entirely. But then i just thought about it and re-enterred about a year ago & decided it was worth keeping a minimal position of about $1000 and forget about it whether it pops or drops to $0. I've made money along the way & i'm just barely in the red for this one. I'll pay for the potential, but don't expect me to add to my position once the news starts popping to the upside.
I'm content with just the thought that i was a part of this since 2006. If it ever becomes more mainstream I can at least have bragging rights. The real money's on the bigger exchanges w/ more stable companies anyhow. Down here it's just gambling =P
yup & i wouldn't recommend you to do so.

looks like may 17 for the quarter ending 3/31 was the last time. And yeah, the Hanes announcement was kind of nice. The support breaking also sucked, but it was kind of expected after all, right? (remember company still has to dilute to stay afloat).
still got quite a few shares, but its all spec $ in the end. fun to watch this company nonetheless. It's just sad to see when the company is what's truly holding it back rather than the technology. They're mom & popping & trying to stay alive when they should be trying to sell it off to someone who can do so much more with it. I guess its hard to see your baby grow up & leave the house when you still have the ability to try to nurture him yourself =P
been following this one for about 2 years. company is making a lot of good deals, but it got jacked up in the 3-way along w/ the auditor on the side. It likely is management's fault, and part of me just believes this is how things are done in China.
will this company recover, who knows. the Pinks are usually where stocks die. But the company is real, and they have the potential to succeed. Who's to say if the american market will ever give second chances to these companies or if management cares enough to respect their stock. time will tell.
i actually did.... not sure why. but i bought a lil more too.
gasper, stop pretending like you care.
*yawn* product works. used it, so have others who also talk here. end of story.
