S-K 1300...what is it? That's why I listed it as well. JORC Code is Aussie, fyi. Most REAL mining companies are often listed on the Aussie and Canadian SE as well. Hycroft is indeed bound by SEC rules of reporting and having a current technical report if actively traded. Need that PFS or technical report. Please do your research.
By the by, both NRS and NAC code you listed is bull shite...they deal with water pollution and water treatment standards. Fake news! LOL
Your should read up on NI 43-101, JORC Code, and S-K 1300 regarding minimum reporting requirements for mining companies...
They have. ...and teasing an underground and now a roaster. Pushing the PFS signals trouble on the economics. It's a long play at +5 years for production at best. SG can buy all the stock he wants on this one.
Here's the latest interview from the CEO. They are pushing the PFS off to late 2024.
Last week CEO @DianeG_CEO was interviewed by @CruxInvestor. They discussed the new high-grade #silver discoveries, the mood at Gold Forum Europe, gold price drivers and the importance of investing in our team. Watch here ➡️ https://t.co/oIcshAgSLb➡️ https://t.co/oIcshAgSLb$HYMC

Better yet, they pulled either 1M ounces of silver or 20,000 gold equivalent ounces for that $47M from processing drill core material with equipment they don't have! Gotta love Shorty...the Village Idiot never fails to entertain.
Funny they don't mention anything about an underground mine... How many underground refractory silver mines are there? Zero...
Our strategy for #growth is focused on maximizing value by building the right plan for the next phase of commercial operations and strengthening our invaluable resource by finding the high-grade feeder zone. Acquired in 2021, shut down in March 2023. They're selling off all the equipment this year, dumb ass. That same LinkedIn resource I posted is selling their gear too. Check it out, Short Bus. I am buying silver bullion from their outlet in Vegas though, because, you know, they actually mine and produce silver from their other operations in Mexico and Canada.
Hey dumbass, you know that First Majestic shut down the Jerrit Canyon mine and roaster facility they own in NV months ago, right? The roaster plant will be dismantled and the site reclaimed. Now YOU are ignore...LMFAO
P.S. You can't build an underground mine on 0.34 gpt gold.

OK, Short Bus...the press release (or as you call it "8K filing") only talks about a long shot refractory silver underground mine (no one does this by the way). The information below has hit the street and is confirmed as the HYMC refinery equipment that was never installed 12 years ago. The second refinery was never operational. Seems they would be keeping that needed gear to process all that high grade underground silver! LOL! Feel free to contact this individual to confirm the source of this equipment. I bring the receipts, you bring the bull shit as usual.
Why is Hycroft selling the uninstalled equipment for their second large refinery? Apparently, they need the cash...so much for the big expansion plans. They sold their mills and now they're selling the refinery. LMFAO!
Since you can't read a 10K...here's the movie version.
No central banks collapsed today...
As gold mined by HYMC reaches in new heights... oh wait.. a mine that doesn't mine..
— P.S. (@pointlessshit) March 21, 2024
Tony D. let's the air out of the Village Idiot's hype ballon...
Exploration and development companies (aka HYMC) that don't mine or generate revenue will likely never see an order of magnitude increase in their stock price regardless of large increases in commodity prices. Only fools, foreigners, and village idiots think otherwise...
If they hit the Mother Lode, they wouldn't be trading at $1.99...
If their project is so great, why pursue M&A with their limited resources?
Barrick and Newmont want nothing to do with HYMC...for good reason. Their Carlin trend assets are next door to Hycroft too. What does that tell you? Nobody wants a low grade gold sulfide deposit with no processing facilities. Newcrest acquisition was Tier 1 assets with great infrastructure. This project is DOA unless and until they find shallow high grade gold in sufficient quantities to pay for the $3B sulfide processing facilities and mining fleet. Or, gold needs to go to +$3000 and silver $50...
No restart planned...only drilling and prefeasibility studies.
https://hycroftmining.com/_resources/presentations/corporate-presentation.pdf?v=0.829
This is yet more complete and total bullshit...no company would effect a 10:1 reverse split and piss off their loyal Apes/retail investors (like they have currently) if they had plans to be in production and generating revenue in a few months. Hycroft is years away from a restart if they can find the grade. They are running out of cash fast.
Apparently, these guys aren't buying SG's hype either...misery loves company, indeed.

If you'd quit posting shit that was over 12 years old you'd know that they only have enough power capacity to run the crusher and the MC plant (reference below). A year ago they had just laid everyone off and stopped leaching the pads. Why would they run a new $250M power transmission line? Where was that PR?
Before you do, you should tune in to their webinar and ask them what the final total recoveries are going to be for the refractory gold and silver...not just flotation recovery. As well, ask them how much it's going to cost to build the mill, autoclaves, oxygen plant, recovery plant, new power transmission lines, and new mining fleet. Smart money would wait for them to publish their PFS. Good luck to you otherwise.
Here you go, SG. Since Hycroft doesn't mine or process gold or silver, they would like you to watch a documentary on it at least so you can understand what it's really like. LMFAO
If you're looking for a good quality documentary for the holiday season, look no further! @GOLDCOUNCIL has done an outstanding job with its #documentary series exploring gold's place in the world.

Watch the 2nd season - Gold: A Journey With Idris Elba 👇🏾https://t.co/qbBVxcjBph
This is the same guy who posts crap about expansion projects that happened over 12 years ago...
Just shows how horrible the HYMC leadership is...it doesn't take 75 people to run a drill program. More smoke and mirrors. The Apes are deserting them.
Your becoming a scam and a real big load of dog poop
— Blair MacDonald (@BlairMa15538739) December 22, 2023
You said they're at 150 people and hiring...just illustrating yet again your shameless bullshit. There were over 250 people there prior to the layoff in November 2021, they aren't running and aren't hiring. They have no PFS or FS to initiate a project. Elko Free Press hasn't published shit and you're a low IQ shill. I bet the 10K will show all that activity? Why don't you post the recent HYMC newsletter from earlier this month? Perhaps that shows all the expansion and hiring activities? LOL
All 12 Hycroft employees build a Christmas float...because they aren't mining or processing.
It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas in #Winnemucca! Our team participated in the local Christmas "Parade of Lights" and they shared some fun photos of the festivities. We feel the joy of this happy bunch! $HYMC #Nevada #mininglife #Christmas #teamspirit pic.twitter.com/3NCUZ5lpsR

No mill or autoclaves here anywhere...weird. Look for yourself.
When you getting the money out the ground it's all good having drill tests but not if you dont act on them. Start putting money back into the company rather than diluting the shareholders that have backed you from day 1
— Cuthbertson9 (@Cuthbertson93) December 6, 2023
Those are bench top lab flotation only results, genius. They don't have a running plant. Please tell us what the net recoveries are? I will, approximately 85% net recovery gold (max) and about 50% net recovery silver if they're lucky (see Wmucca's comment). Flotation recovery times leach recovery equals net recovery...we all know your math skills rival that of a 5 year old.
