LMAO
For all practical purposes there are no shorts
And awaaaay he goes!
"James McClinton submitted his resignation as a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Capstone Companies, Inc. (“Company”) and as a director and Chief Financial Officer of Capstone Industries, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which resignation is effective as of November 30, 2022. Mr. McClinton’s notice of intent to resign was received by the Company on November 16, 2022. His resignation is due to personal health reasons. Mr. McClinton has no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.]"
"Personal Health"? Was that a nice euphemism for finally getting sick of
the company and therefore refusing to continue filling the Augean Stables?
The new 10Q is available online.
Mainly consists of tired old Covid excuses and lackluster "earnings".
Read for laughs and enjoy!
IMO, the amateurish, bumbling Webinar was embarrassing.
Reading a script online instead of a conversational presentation made it appear Wallach needed help in remerging even his favorite excuses in the Webinar.
Disappointing .......... but not unexpected!
Plummeted 16% 0n highest daily volume since January!
Sellers outnumbered Buyers today by ratio of 10:1
Todays volume also was the second highest since the great artificial CAPC pump-fest of January 2020.
Looks like people read that excuse-filled 10-Q and, unfortunately for Wallach, understood it.
Unfortunately for Wallach's Covid wailings
Thailand's exports have been booming this year and are expected to grow further through 2022!
The following is from Reuters earlier this month:
"Exports, a key driver of growth, rose 12.7% in the first half of 2022 from a year ago and the momentum should continue into the second half, Chaichan Chareonsuk, chairman of the Thai National Shippers' Council, told a news conference."
Since the 15th falls on a Monday
this makes for an interesting situation. Announcing then would allow for a full week of open discussion of the results.
And will they allow a conference call unless all questions are selected from "tame" participants?
Will they claim that the results were influenced by Monkey Pox now that Covid has worn thin?
In any case it should set things all "atwitter" <g>
WHY? (Or did I miss the joke?)
Good decision JT, Beware falling knives and all that!
CAPC is way too emotion-driven to safely anticipate an upward trend without substantial news of the sort which would confirm sustainable earnings capability.
In other words, hook on and enjoy the ride up when the direction is established but do not try to guess bottoms. CAPC will give ample opportunities to board the up escalator if they ever fix the machinery.
I'm sure you already know this.
JT, to give you an idea of "soon"
Please refer to this message from the first day of 2022, four and a half months ago, which was specific to CAPC:
Lol.. this will be over 2$ so fast it will make people’s head spin.
(Note it was another "Lol" post .........a real knee slapper?)
Did anyone say there is no stock manipulation?
Or simply that there is no manipulation of CAPC.
The horrendous pps drop some CAPC investors have experienced was amply explained by Flp a few minutes ago.
In short, you can't support your own post?
Examples, examples, examples ordo we just allow your post to die a natural death?
If manipulation is "obvious" you shouldn't have trouble
in providing evidence, examples, methods, reasons for doing so, or any sentient and reasonable example and explanation.
If you believe that Level 2 contains the answer then post some concrete examples against any actual historical day's individual trades. Remember we are talking strictly about CAPC!
In my opinion your post lacked credence and just perpetuated a thoroughly debunked premise.
Repetition of the same fallacious argument, without proof
renders your post, in my opinion, moot. If you cannot prove or even support this "manipulation" nonsense then at least realize that posts of this type are harmful to serious potential CAPC investors who might otherwise be considering taking a position.
The solution is rather basic:
Either furnish proof, or at least an explanation of how this "manipulation" is actually performed, by whom, and for what purpose!!!
Then the problem, once established as being real, could be dealt with.
Otherwise.............?
If by "chillin" you mean hypothermic, I agree.
Looks as though a lot of those who drank the kool aid back in the hot, hyped-up summer of 2021 have now been almost frozen out with their investment thermometers plunging from around a $2.50 pps to today's chily 0.16 as CAPC plunged downward.

Capstone Investors - Leading lives of quiet desperation?
Yes Mike, all CAC investors share the pain.
The failure of CAPC to maintain sufficient operating funds to continue operations except by defraying overblown executive compensation and then desperately borrowing money via expensive private loans is another blot on managements perceived competency, Yes it may keep the lights on for a few months but at what cost to the the stocks reputation. Let's remember that these loans were not altruistic but necessary.
They already blew their chances to obtain reasonably priced credit.
Also, the LED business has dried up and left another giant hole in earnings where, as your post mentioned, there had been previous success.
Thank you for your asute reply-
No one could possibly argue with logic such as that.
Please keep informing us of the nefarious activities of this secret cabal of manipulators whose names cannot be spoken,
In other words, you agree there's no proof!
We should simply take "your opinion" that unspecified evidence apparently exists on levels that only can be found by holders of some secret key to the occult?
If you have any postable source information from any source you should have no problem posting chapter and verse.
So once again, where is some actual proof of your claim.
..
All CAPC shares are tradeable, not locked!
Further, Please post any factual evidence of manipulation.
You and I both know you cannot do so because, like the dozens of other debunked CAPC manipulation posts that must have become an embarrassment to their authors, this is an unprovable claim.
Shareholders having even harder time finding manipulators!
JT, we were up only because of a $70 trade
to mark the close at the high of the day, this being 10% above the next highest trade of the day.
Sorry about that but it really was not a good day because of almost all trades going at the "bid".
Repetitive, unprovable claims of manipulation
are (in my opinion) a form of self-aggrandizement whose overall effect unfortunately, whether intended or not, is to harm the efficacy of CAPC as a legitimate well-managed investment.
But this is a discussion board so opinions are allowed, whether factual or not.
Welcome aboard Homebrew, congratulation your Plus 1's!
It is refreshing to see a series of informative/instructional posts without bias here on CAPC.
If I may ride along, let me reiterate that shorting a thinly traded penny stock is a recipe for disaster and is simply not done by experienced investors.
Also, similarly the L2 may have some value in predicting very short term possibilities in day trading pennies but does not and cannot be depended on for more than a few hours accuracy in thinly traded news driven strocks.
Homebrew, please keep posting here, it's like warm sunshine on a cold cloudy day!
Guess we'll see if "U" are right.
The earlier reported shipping damage was a bit disconcerting but we don't know the facts. Probably just a one time thing if the ocean shipments are more heavily protected. Ojalá!
Good post Flp, thanks!
Way over the heads of the "scream manipulation" crowd I'm afraid.
Let's look at another of todays "manipulations"
We learned that three identical asks indicated a block trade attempt.
What we saw ten minutes after that was a "block" totalling 22,500 shares traded at 0.21 in five trades over a space of 31 seconds at 10.29am.
Sounds impressive until you realize that this was unexciting involving only a total of only $4725.
Were three identical asks that really worth even mentioning except as a springboard to another wild "manipulation" horror theory?
I'll simply let your post define you.
So your post emphasizes you have no evidence!
Well, that was exactly the point of my post.
Zero credibility, and you compounded it.
Please post any factual evidence of manipulation.
You and I both know you cannot do so because, like the dozens of other debunked CAPC manipulation posts that must have become an embarrassment to their authors, this is an unprovable claim.
But please, feel free to prove me wrong with some factual data.
I agree mike
After all those unprovable posts about CAPC manipulators, and the collateral damage to the perception of CAPC as a viable investment they may caused we are left with nothing but "Who Cares" ?
Too bad that wasn't considered earlier before the damage was done.
Are we now a Groundhog Day game of Whack-A-Mole?
No sooner do we get an admission that a huge batch of posts can not be proven to support a CAPC manipulation theory than out of the cabbage patch we are told authoritatively that "manipulation occurs in the stock market"!
i guess this vague truism is somehow supposed to leap over the credibility fence and again tar CAPC with the same old brush? Sure. manipulation may occur in the stock market but is a non sequitur as far as CAPC is concerned.
Once again everyone, manipulation is illegal so either support such allegations with proof or refrain from posting nonsense and maintain some modicum of credibility,
Mike Ii's not a question of "gotcha"
It's a question of what effect dozens of posts claiming "manipulation" might be having on the pps. If it is shown that these claims were bogus and unsustainable then CAPC's reputation in the marketplace benefits.
OMG! The nefarious naked shorters did it again!!!
They held the long strong longs to a tiny trading volume total of about $200 for the entire day.
Whatever other answer could there be?
Mike, scrolling back I couldn't find an answer....
but as you have a great number of posts logged on this board could you help us all by simply posting one or more of your message numbers that answered Bucho's query? Then we can see for ourselves.
Thanks for your help.
That reply did not answer Buchro's question!
Once again, an excellent rebuke Stockpicker!
But I fear these jejune pronouncements will continue as long as there is no requirement of knowledge of even basic stock market terminology on the CAPC board.
Too many times in these CAPC discussions it is apparent that verbosity attempts to trump veracity.
