Rule 3-05 of Regulation S-X
I am hoping for news tomorrow. I obtained the amount of shares I was looking to have before news. Thank you everyone for their input and good luck to all. If news comes later this week then I too am in the camp that it won't only be the results.
This is the difference with retail trading Innovation and professional traders trading Innovation.
Normal retail reacts to news and trades out of fear or lack of knowledge.
Professional traders use the news for trading against retail.
Break trading down to its simplest form. You need to look for overall trends. IPIX has shown sustained growth over past few months with sustained increasing volume. This will end up back in at least the .40s with great volume. We have sustained growth and sustained volume growth. Stop listening to the day to day nonsense and stick to basics. Good news headed our way. Keep your damn shares or buy more.
The MMs do have a major wall up at .51. It looks like they do not want to have this show another 10% increase to make sure less eyes are on the stock tomorrow. It may be an indicator of a good day tomorrow as they try and clear for Monday. We are looking real good here.
RadioWreck is right. We need to hold the line while new investment comes in. This will pressure market makers to raise the bid for their shares to see no sellers to then have to raise their bid again and again and again. No stop losses, no profit taking before news, no ability to release the pressure the MMs are starting to really feel.
Is it bigger investors with bigger pocketbooks or MMs willing to spend more to clear borrowed or short shares? They are not getting my shares cheaply.
In regards to Innovation, the number is the percentage of Intraday shorting. Here is a link to read up on how it affects Innovation Pharm.
https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/regsho.htm
They are making sure it's not a really high percentage gain to keep eyes off the stock while the quiet buying continues!
VERY QUIET BUYING GOING ON!
Does anyone realize the really quiet buying that is taking place? Small purchases slowly and methodically throughout the last bunch of days. Hmmmmmmmm.
I would love some more of this dust you speak of and not the kind you have been smoking. I took a large position in this company about 2 months back and have seen a 37% increase in the dust.
Do you think we receive results this morning or Monday?
Did anyone see the article on Computershare.com? You can transfer your shares through the, from street to you direct stopping naked shorting. It helps you buy stock direct from the issuer. This avoids your shares from being able to be shorted. It cuts the brokers out completely. I saw the article here but it was taken down so I found it direct on Marketwatch.
Yes, your clarification explains even more so that a partnership at minimum will be in place. How do they award more shares then authorized? Care to guess?
I guess my imaginary friends aren't so dumb after all.
I would think it's best to break things down to simple terms to understand a situation. Is BP holding Innovation down? For this we need to assume that multiple very large and powerful conglomerates are having internal secret meetings and hiring people to attack a four person employed company out of MA. This is not happening. The other method would be to grease the FDA which we know is done but then why Fast Track? Why anything from the FDA. Doesn't make much sense. BP may understand that there are Hedge Funds that have a major interest in Innovations demise. That would be the way to go if that is what's happening. What does Hedge Funds do? They hire people specifically to manipulate info, they take stakes in one company and help destroy the competition, they use manipulative tactics to raise and lower share prices, they lend at Loan Sharking rates, they collude, conspire, and do anything for bottom line. I'm not saying BP doesn't do the same but they have bigger fish to fry. A few Hedge Funds with naked shorts, large investments in competitive drugs sounds a lot more like it!
Sincerely,
Jon
It seems as though the normal trading ways of the brokers has slowed. Most likely while they wait for Data Lock because if the thought any news wouldn't be until mid to late October then they would at least keep the stuff up this week.
I put a big block up on the ask but I only see little transactions back and forth. It seems like things are really tightening up around here.
Something must be up. I can't get more than a small amount before I'm jumped then price retreats, jumps and then back again.
I am. Nothing fills and looks like my shares get jumped. It's quite odd.
My shares aren't being filled. It seems like my order gets jumped. Does anyone know why this is happening? There doesn't seem to be many shares willing to be sold.
This looks good. Going to increase my position here.
This is headed for a run. The algorithms are pointing to a slow steady climb then a run. I will use house money when this hits .40 cents a share.
Look at this way. The US government is the majority purchaser of Remdesivir from Gilead yet COVID still kills. Regeneron was paid $2.94 billion for additional doses of their monoclonal antibody at $2,100 per dose yet COVID still kills. 388,000 doses of bamlanivimab, another monoclonal antibody, was ordered by the US Governement from Eli Lilly yet COVID still kills and these drugs have shown less efficacy to current variants they were purchased for.
"The recent increase in COVID-19 cases has caused a substantial rise in the utilization of monoclonal antibody drugs, particularly in areas of the country with low vaccination rates," Dr. Daniel Skovronsky, Lilly's chief scientific and medical officer and president of Lilly Research Laboratories, said in a statement. "Lilly developed bamlanivimab and etesevimab for administration together, in anticipation of variants such as the highly contagious Delta variant, which currently accounts for more than 98% of all identified COVID-19 cases in the U.S."
The government is stock piling for a cocktail of drugs to administer against COVID to both vaccinated breakthrough cases and the non-vaccinated through the funded therapeutics program. They are stockpiling for a cocktail of drugs for every step of the disease. Brilacidin will be next. You heard it here. I have people in Washington I consistently rub elbows with. The word is out. Pills to prevent hospitalizations then the big guns when hospitalizations occur. We have had Remdesivir and these two monoclonal antibody treatments around for a significant amount of time yet hospitalizations and deaths still occur. I am quite sure molnupiravir will not be the answer. Hopefully it prevents hospitalizations but we already know through compassionate use that there are many people where everything has been exhausted and now the big guns must come in. This does not take into account the opportunistic bacteria and fungus plaguing hospitalized COVID patients that Brilacidin will work against too.
My imaginary friend just told me over a few pumpkin beers that the trading action and algorithms points to a run over the next few weeks. Will you take some profits before the good results come out? Were enough shares taken from stop losses and dumb money today? I would say that they would try and persuade more shares out of greed but there's too much buying in and around .20 to drive this for further stop loss. As long as this stays under .25 per share I will be a major buyer. Have a great weekend!
This is a repurposed drug, quite different form a novel drug like Brilacidin. There is a higher interjection needed for novel compounds. Even with this higher standard the FDA authorized Brilacidin for compassionate use and the independent body recommended protocol not once, but twice.
Secondly, molnupiravir would be given to patience who go to the doctor with early symptoms to help avoid hospitalization which an estimated 50% will avoid the hospital. This doesn't take into account the amount of people that went directly to the hospital with severe symptoms without ever going to the doctor. We don't much hear of people getting Covid, having moderate symptoms that progresses over time to a hospitalization. What we hear is, person has severe symptoms, goes to emergency room, tests positive for COVID, has multiple exacerbating conditions, requires oxygen and so on and so on. If you are vaccinated, get a breakthrough case, show moderate symptoms, go to the doctor early, then molnupiravir is right for you. Does the study state how many vaccinated to non-vaccinated people and which and whom received the placebo? Would be interesting to know as an actuary.
The Oracle of Omaha once said that he only purchases when everyone is selling out and sells out when everyone else is buying in.
Buy LOW, Sell HIGH!
This looks like a chance to take the advice.
I am on deck for another 100,000 share order today! Some to the retirement portfolio.
Yes, as a matter of fact they did. Before I answer I am wondering how someone could state something like this while incessantly posting on that said OCTC stock? Do as you say not as you do? Credibility is a major issue here.
For your answer. My friends said that a large number of Blue Chip stocks got their humble beginnings over the counter. The idea is to find the very few from the many. He said investing is a triangle diagram just like the nutritional ones displayed in school. The very top or 3-5% of your investments money goes to such stocks as for every high risk there is an even higher reward. They said that the only investors that make it in this market are the ones that use intuition, understand the peripheral, don't listen to the nonsense, and there's a lot of it, and overall be more patient then you have ever been if you believe in the company or product of the company. I assume you believe in the product because you are here but not so much the company. From my little time here I believe in both and I see many others do too. I also see non investors post incessantly throughout the day and they have been here for the six years of manipulation. Are they here to manipulate or do they like the abuse? Either way they are here and I don't believe stocks as a hobby, only as a way for profit. What is your method of profit? It seems to be in an OCTC stock that you say I should run far away from. Who is making much sense here?
Sincerely,
Jon
Hello sox040713. I have been invested in Innovation for almost two months. I have purchased a decent amount of shares. I have never owned an investment listed over the counter so I asked some of my high powered, trusted friends directly in the business to give me some tips to the situation here. More or less they told me that anyone who says this stock is not manipulated and it's share price is due to standard market conditions must also have Elvis and Tupac playing cards in their basement. I tend to believe my friends with a collective 50 years directly in the broker business then a few posters that have never posted one objective thing about this company.
Sincerely,
Jon
I have been trying to purchase shares today. Things seem to be stagnant. My shares aren't being filled, only little amounts periodically. I expect we see something happen real soon.
Someone posted a current short count of over 2 million shares. How did this occur Mr. MXAMDUD?
Hello LIVED. It's definitely getting hot around here. I sure wouldn't want to have an open short position. I would figure the powers that be would want an quick drive up to get profit takers at a minimal level rather than deal with the exorbitant share prices to come! Cash on hand, great results about to come, phase 3 for another indication, possible term sheets in negotiations, compassionate use, possible emergency use authorization after results, $3.3 million grant to GMU obviously to help with their current research into Brilacidin. Should we keep going? I have purchased a bunch of shares over the last month. I have a feeling the price will rise into the .60's over the next few weeks to get some profit takers. I may shed 5% of my holdings if it gets there, or maybe I won't. We'll see how the next few weeks unfold. I would hate to be short here!
Sincerely,
Jon
Hello Pheonic300. I have been a part of the insurance liability transaction of many partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Pending and concurrent lawsuits are not amiable towards future partnerships, licensing agreements or buy-outs but disclosure in something like a 10-K almost certainly guarantees the disputed party is compensated once the the partnerships or mergers have commenced. A good way to visualize this is through real estate. A prior disputed party may issue a lien on a house that will only be recoverable upon the sale of the asset. I am sure Dr. Menon, with his many shares, would not want to dissuade a partnership, merger or buy-out deal, but of course, would like to be compensated for the disputed amount. I have seen this many times. Non-disclosure would surely be disputed from the other partnering company so the CEO has it fully disclosed. I see this as just another positive by the CEO; He has an agreement with his old partner and Dr. Menon is astute to future valuations. Bravo.
Sincerely,
Jon
This is a blanketed statement a company is required to add about their compound due to the experience the FDA has had with both vaccines and monoclonal antibodies. This is not only specific to Brilacidin.
Hello Rdunn88. Actually this is not odd when understanding the situation in regards to COVID. There must be a certain amount of the compound available at a moments notice for the FDA to consider the compound for EUA. I assume this was done to make sure COVID is priority one and this is the result of that.
Sincerely,
Jon
Hello sunspotter. I must say that I appreciate your posts. You epitomize why I am invested in this company and each posts reminds me that I must purchase more shares. I do thank you for this! Cheers.
Sincerely,
Jon
This is being pinned below .30 on purpose. No retail investor has 100,000 sell blocks. This is the brokers trying to keep under .30 for sure. I can see the algorithm at work. Small block shares are hiding the large blocks. Wait for the PR to hit the other sites, then we will see some action here. Brokers want to keep the game going for another week or two.
All investors should do yourself a favor and post a link to the stock price and today's PR to your social media accounts and request anyone with a loved ones in the hospital due to COVID-19 and, or some other infection to direct themselves to the compassionate use information on Innovation's website.
Sincerely,
Jon
I suppose the FDA is being paid off to help with the fluff PRs for Leo's pocket? The physician, hospital board and many others are getting piece too? They must really be making money on the compassionate use delivery although it doesn't create revenue.
