Exactly. The reclassification will not help any banking issues. Only SAFE or total legalization with solve that problem. It's a broken record with you idiots. Keep dreaming.
Largest marijuana distributor in CA, Herbl, just collapsed. Yes, Bill is a fool's fool, but also CA marijuana laws suck and the feds are no help. Herbl died due to overtaxing and over-regulation. The market died due to no federal help. Merk killed the merch. When the federal regulations finally get relaxed, the big boys will buy out Billy and then the company may prosper. Until then, p$ss$ing in the wind on our own weed.
"No glut?"
You are so very mis-informed. You obviously do not live out west.
Not likely.
Yep, I am out of shape but ran 1 mile on Friday and 2 today. Doubled in one session. At this rate, I will be at 32 by next Friday. Anyone want to invest in my marathon fund?
Oh, come on. We are at least two weeks away from that number. I bet we hold 0.00001 for a while before it all goes poof.
Except, Halloween decorations cost more in CA than our crop.
Agreed
Well as a matter of fact he did give me the numbers. I thought the narrative was enough, but obviously not for you. The amount he put into growing, trimming and processing outdoor high-quality cannabis was the same as the sales. Since you need a number, $0.00. I could add it up again if you like.
All good points last two days. Hate to give more bad news, but a grower buddy out here in CA just told me that a pound of processed quality weed sells for just over the cost to trim and process. 30-year grower has no profit here anymore. So, we are back to over-regulation in CA legal market and, of course, Congress on the federal level. Even if Bill was a pot smoking Musk, he still would be struggling. Go LVVV.
LOL, you are buying? I see 5 trades for under $1000 total. If that's your idea of buying, then wow, we will get out of your way. Play'a.
LVVV
It'll be 115 F where I am in CA and none of our local growers are freaking out. Par for course. You are correct, the poster of the temperature forecast is a fear-monger. The plants will slow or even stop vegetal growth but the buds already in bloom will be fine with water. Warm nights do not mean a thing. Simply disinformation.
Go LVVV. Stay cool longs.
13 trades for some $1273. Same money that changed hands slinging weed down the street from ERF. IMO. Gas, Grass or Ass. We can get there somehow.
Jimmy Conners, the Snoop Dog of tennis. Yeah, that was a fail by a failed leader. Anyone sticking up for Billy-boy should be slapping that ask and strutting to the bank, right? And, if you think ERF weed is Premier Weed above and beyond the norm out in CA, then you need a field trip.
Yep, good products can fail from bad leadership.
Yep, that's exactly where we are. Forget the charts, stats, opinions, and Congress. Our only hope is god.
"Endless negativity..." That's all we see from LVVV performance. Some people call to ask for truth and communication. Some just call to blow sunshine where even weed don't grow. I prefer truth and accountability than lame platitudes. Go LVVV.
Right?!
All you 5-cent people should be gobbling this up at a 1/2 penny. If the future is so bright, buy, buy shares. Or are you still afraid of the bye-bye money. I'll say again, until Congress (the actual name of a group of apes) acts we are treading water. Bill may not be a swim champ but he is treading water pretty well in very rough CA waters. Has anyone other than Bill actually tested the ERF product? Based on LVVV progress, I can only demise that it's Top-of-the-line. LVVV longs are the only ones left. Even the shorts are stuck with stagnant shares and are now longs because a cent or more is a mile away down the stoned road.
This analysis is flawed. Go LVVV longs.
Our basic problem is that California decriminalized weed within CA. It did not legalize it. CA cannot legalize it until the Feds legalize it. All CA did was let loose an already vibrant black market. I like to hassle Billy H. too, but he really is paddling up a solvent stream with a bud paddle. When it all settles down and weed is Legal. LVVV might just be poised to thrive. Until then, we can wish in one hand and blow smoke in the other. I am in CA, so both hands are full.
Go LVVV.
Is this considered "on-topic?"
Since I could not find all the answers from this forum, I turned to ChatGPT for answers. I asked it if it could tell me the future of LVVV. It wrote me a poem and a nice hippie song, just like Billy Boy. Looks like we are on the wave of the future. Long live the Longs. Go LVVV.
Well, we all saw Billy give away millions of shares for 0.004 last couple of years. And, wow, we hover just above that plateau only because of dreamers like you. I know backyard growers with better social media accounts. Billy's share expenditures and expansions will not outlast Congress' lack of acting. S.A.F.E. Act is dying on the vine (or bud). Keep hoping and propping.
As far as the forum, most contributors are okay, but the auditors of the site are biased and thin-skinned, so not all content is "approved" and available.
Pissing money away. This company is due to fail. Along with this forum. LVVV up in smoke.
Thanks bmel. Nice post all around. That's wickedly cool. Good for them and good for us.
Yep! 0.0075 and I can buy some new socks, at 0.008 my world changes. go lvv :)
Yep, big news coming. And Bill will tell Tristan and he will email Bmel and he will tell us, and that will be the extent of the press release.
Also, housepainter might not be that far off on the storm impact. Central Coast got hit hard. Hope the best for LVVV and all.
More natural? You must be smoking ERF weed with Billy Boy :) Sing us a song about it :)
Shumer and McConnel will be gone soon enough and you will all make your money back.
Go $LVVV
Right. Bill is more of a The(ear)rhetorical expert than an actual theoretical expert. More like an expert; high, outstanding in his field.
Tinnitus would be better than this dribble. This news release is $$CRAP. Bill has more than a ringing between his ears. More like $$HIT.
As has been the case, it's all about the government. From the fed's to CA regulators, overreach and control stifles innovation. Speaking of which, ERF brags about outdoor organic product but then ships it off to a lab for processing. The black market here is flooded with super high quality outdoor weed from ma and pa farmers. Who wants a costly laboratory product when high quality product is $100 a pound next door? I still have faith real work is being performed behind the scenes getting the company ready for the legal enlightening. Until then, paddling upstream.
Yep, even at $100/pound, my neighbor is making more. And he gives "super-duper" away for firewood. You all invested in air and dirt and weeds. The Weedery idea is the only thing of value out here.
Told you all this a year ago.
Go LVVV.
Well, if Bill and the crew got their feelings hurt from a comment on this forum, then they have no salt, and we are all just wishing up a rope.
Good luck LVVV
Nice job Matlock. I agree today would be a good day to give a press release. Though, when is our next long weekend, as par for course?
Go LVVV
How do you know it only covers the one acre?
Estrella River Farms LLC
Lic. No. CCL20-0003226 (Annual)
Cultivation - Medium Outdoor
Medicinal
Effective on 2021-05-28
Expires on 2023-05-28
License Status Change on 2022-05-14
https://search.cannabis.ca.gov/
https://search.cannabis.ca.gov/results/16811
This site has dates but no other pertinent information. It does specify medicinal.
Some math:
3 acres=3x43,560 sf = 130,680 sf
9 sf/plant for growing and isles leads to 14,520 plants
1.5 lbs per plant average leads to 21,780 lbs
at $500 per lb leads to $10,890,000 per year
$0.50 per outstanding share = around $850,000,000,00 (like everyone wishes)
78 years away to make that much revenue.
$LVVV will never be a billion-dollar company unless they vertically integrate and take specialty products cradle to shelf.
$0.10 max as a grower and weedery.
Sell when the hype hits, but don't wish beyond what's in the other hand (proverbially).
At least this OTC stayed straight; HIPH went from CBD ointments to cryptomining in one day; try reading that MACD graph. LVVV seems to be in disarray, but the future of their endeavor is at least real and tangible.
Probably nice; I have same story different strain, name, and end game. LVVV only has a piece of the market. This whole ERF ideal would sell if it wasn't for the 1+ billion shares wasted in the wind. Buy back would probably help.
The renewed license is still only for Medicinal MJ only. Even the recreational growers are struggling here in CA. Supply is high and demand is low. $600/LB makes it tough. At least ERF is outdoors. Indoor will allow for depo growing and more harvests per year, but also costs money for lights. Congress needs to level the field.
