Dean,
I believe every investor is aware of your need for scrutiny on this site or any public site for that matter. SEC rules are restrictive to prohibit insider information. I know you are following those rules. I know you and your company are also going the "extra mile" on this issue to avoid any appearance of impropriety. I commend Imaging3 for this position.
As you stated, the scrutiny will increase and you must disseminate information/developments through press releases to maintain news in the public domain. Dean, for whatever reason, Imaging3 has not done well in posting these press releases.
Just a few examples:
-During RSNA 2007 articles in the evening news and local papers were discussing the amount of radiation from current imaging technology. Could Imgaging3 have press released to promote their technology's extemely low levels of radiation?
-RSNA 2007 was a success. It appeared to me that members of this board had to encourage a press release concerning your success at RSNA
-In your last post you stated you have "many exciting new developments to look forward to as we continue to move forward". Can any of these be information (or at the very least advertisement) in a press release?
I believe you are missing a valuable opportunity to promote your company and attract additional investors. Your zeal to follow the "very restricitve rules from the SEC", without using more press releases, hints to Imaging3 investors the impression you are hiding behind those same restricitve rules.
I have been invested in your company since March 2006. I hold a significant number of shares. I understand why many of my fellow investors are impatient. Investors are not impatient because it takes longer than expected to bring a product to market. We all believe in your vision and your company! But a lack of public press releases and your posting then deleting of an I-Hub post has caused me to ponder. Mike Nesson has availed himself as a phone call away....but doesn't that create the appearance you are trying to avoid.
Thank you for listening! I hope you are able to issue more press releases to inform your investors in a SEC correct manner.
Jeff
