Let me start by stating that when I first came here I instantly saw that your opinion was masked by others written columns that I had previously read because you did not provide the URL. Typically people do not read the articles and thus would assume you to be the author voicing an opinion when it is not yours at all. Thus I merely read your posts and went got the articles then posted the URLs.
Your response was small, like “nice articles”. Then you finally come out with what I was looking for in your propaganda post. I could not get through the first few paragraphs and I was getting sick and then after I reread it I became angry. There is a point where I can;t read pass. I have been in a war and I know what propaganda is and the spinning of words.
Americans were drew into WWII by Japan with the attack on Pearl Harbor. Thus after entering the war and losing more and more American thus came Hiroshima and Nagasaki which put an end to it. But this attack on the WTC was very well planned to do nothing else but bring the USA into a declared yet formally undeclared Holy War. Makes me think of a nondenial denial. Everything in the interviews and the Arabian papers prior to this murderous war tactic shows that forces in the Middle East knew and wanted the USA in this holy confrontation. The only way was to do a terrorsitic act large enough to draw the US in.
Thia shows that Arbian media possibly knew this murderous act was coming
http://star.arabia.com/article/0,5596,87_1970,00.html Sep 09, 2001, 12:38 PM Quotes:
1. IT IS inevitable. Despite their best intentions, Americans, are going to find themselves physically part of the conflict in the Middle East.
2. And now, largely unbeknownst to them, they are playing a role in the way a war is being waged. It is not a declared war;
3. Are Americans aware that no response still counts as a response, leaving them complicit in actions they would surely find reprehensible?
4. With all this in mind, will Americans remain mute when one of their own comes in harm’s way?
5. But the reality is Americans come together when they see one of their own attacked.
To the interview with Bin Laden http://abcnews.go.com/sections/world/dailynews/terror_980609.html
“We have seen in the last decade the decline of the American government and the weakness of the American soldier who is ready to wage Cold Wars and unprepared to fight long wars. This was proven in Beirut when the Marines fled after two explosions. It also proves they can run in less than 24 hours, and this was also repeated in Somalia.” ”We do not differentiate between those dressed in military uniforms and civilians; they are all targets in this fatwa.”
In American History the original American had a term …‘Fork Tongue.” Reading your composition I never really understood the true meaning. What I did get without a doubt is you just wrote a sympathizing touting glorifying composition to terrorism while stimulating the emotions of American readers.
Basically that composition is an expression of a Catch 22 and laughing at the US and the loss of the innocent lives by a murderous terroristic act. You fuel the US should enter the Holy War and take out the terrorist but you realize that the Islam innocent will stand up to not let that happen. If the US goes through the innocent then they become that which they are after. You want the US in this Holy war so it can be used against them as being terrorists and taking innocent lives. You want the US to clean up this that the Islam nations will not do.
You start it off to spark anger by naming it “Death of Freedom” knowing full well freedom has nothing to do with this murderous act. But if you can sell this nonsense then the US will be “freedom fighters” and bring the snake to the level of the terrorist known as “:freedom fighters.”
But then you compare WTC mass murder to “Mongols burning of Baghdad and the entire loss of Islamic treasures.” This instantly brought to mind Suddam. There were far greater atrocities like the enslavement of the Jews by the Babylon. Anyway that seems odd to me because I realize that the day of the WTC murderous annihilation was 9-11-2001 the 10th anniversary (9-11-2001) when President Bush Sr. stood before Congress where he expressed that Suddam would not succeed in the take over of Kuwait. But Suddam has not been mentioned yet. This was about Usama Bin Ladin operating a vast, international terrorism network. This makes me think that Suddam is behind this somehow. Especially since the White House and Airforce one was targeted which means aside from economic disablement this was an assassination attempt on our President. Was that Suddam’s price to help in this well oiled murderous act?
You touting the economic world is on its knees, basically, but that can be handled simply by restricting short selling. That will improve the world markets in no time. However though out this entire propaganda, as far as I could read, you are looking for reassurances that this ghastly murderous terrorist act will live in infamy in the minds of Americans that can be used at a sympathy tool for support in regard to the plight of the Isla, Nations once America enters this holy war and does one thing against an innocent...
Further, you brag that “the vulnerabilities of America’s domestic defense were revealed.” We would not need a domestic defense if terrorism was abolished by those that claim to be part of a Holy War. You also make reference that no matter how much money the USA spends, nothing we can do to stop terrorism. You are basically stating that the terrorist can take box cutters and cripple a nation and affect humanity. Thus they are invincible. What it appears to be is you are bragging that you believe no one can stop terrorism.
You attempt to overly emphasize the importance of this Murderous act by stating, “mankind’s darkest day.” Though I believe this is up there in the Chronicles of America, what about the Jews and Hilter. What other Murderous campaigns like Stalin, Mao, Khmer Rogue just for some. What you are trying to portray is misleading though one of the darkest days in America it is not however the darkest day in mankind. This glorification of this terroristic murderous act on humanity is absurd. This is flat out murder and the resolve is what is going to be darkest day in terrorism.
I almost threw up when I read this “The attack on World Trade Center and its associated human loss of life is ironically maybe too small a price for what has changed for humanity today.” TOO SMALL? IRONICALLY? Typically, ironic is use in an usually humorous or sardonic literary style of expression and I find nothing humorous about the LITTLE value you place on human live as compared to humanity change. I read this that the price is TOO small and that you feel more lives should have happened. Your expression this is a cheap price to pay made me sick. Thus the more I tried to rationalize this the angrier I got. How much Himan life would be acceptable for it to not be ironic or too small?
But then you try to instill the image of fear by stating “The next time any plane in the air will not only be worrisome for the passengers, but the real agony will be for the people on the surface over whose heads these planes shall be hovering.” Thus I believe the propaganda is to show how this murderous act has made the world come to its knees with fear. Most are aware that terrorists and their sympathizers are masters at the art of instilling ultimate fear. I will not be afraid of planes flying overhead nor will I be afraid to get on one either. But you hijack one I am on and thus you will have to kill me.
Then you point out that Islam is not about death so why haven’t the Islam nations not called out for the capturing of these holy radical criminals? How many people outside the realm of you region and reliligion have died in this holy war globally by your radical terrorist? How many more have to die before Islam nation calls for the disbanding of these criminals and bring them forward to face charges for crimes against humanity? Has this ever been done or is the sheltering them from the outside world an Islam nation way of protecting their Holy War fighters against the infidels?
“Is this a fair price to pay for the whole Islamic nations that today one billion people are under suspicion? The act of few has clouded the prospects of billion. That is not something, which is acceptable.” No but what can you expect. This also leads to the Catch 22. I do not see the Islam nations trying to stop terrorism considering some of the terrorism comes from Islam nations. Islam dances in the streets over innocent deaths. Yet you state Islam is about love and peace. Islam as far as I have watched is mainly terrorism, war, death and hatred in the name of a supreme deity. That is why I am studying the history of Islam as I showed you in another post. These same terrorists are not hunted down like dogs by the ones that harbor them. I doubt this represents Islam faith so I am totally confused why Islam has not put an end to these types once the first terroristic act was performed.
As with each paragraph you start out making observations to keep the Americans feeling your sencerity and end up insulting America and praise this terroristic murderous act. Bottom line you are calling for America to enter the Holy War that they cannot win and will be the destruction of America for daring to try. But America has no choice which you clearly convey. “They have to mingle with the world; they have to be associated with the world. Their vulnerabilities are huge.” As you brag on the results of this heinous crime and our weakness I am reminded of the Laden interview..
“Never before in history, even after the Second World War, did markets close for three continuous days.” Thus you wallow in the pride of the murderous radicals possibly harming the economic structure of the world.
But then you go as far as to state, ”The nuclear arsenal stands useless today as a resolve of a few individuals ready to die for a controversial cause; they have glaringly opened vulnerabilities of the greatest empire the world has ever seen since Rome.” I got news for you sand can turn sand to glass very easily if that is what the final act has to be. Especially since it has been proven over and over again that to die in a holy war is the Islam way to go. Thus by drawing in the snake (USA) in and then Islam innocents standing between the infidels and the martyrs, death is of no consideration. This whole composition is about the theme of try and take out the terrorist that can’t be stopped and you will have to kill innocent people and thus you become what you are after.
I do not worry about fanatics dancing in the streets over murder. I wonder what kind of people can this be.
I can’t read this propaganda complete because the entire composition is a fork tongue crock. But I will tell you this, the eye opener will come when your high and mighty terrorists have no where to run and anyone that harbors them is no better than they are and will face the same fate. The US will not be terrorists but right now terrorist are face with the ultimate terror to try and survive.
Personally, I think that any loss of life is TOO MUCH a price to be paid by terrorist or war or any other political or holy war murderous accomplishment by radicals to change himanity.
I say give the sympathizing states that harbor the terrorist 24 hours to surrender all terrorists or make glassy plains.

Excellent post Excel... I just got back on line ... got sick and signed off. I hear there is a good article on the bible thread.

Why is it every post you made boils my blood? I have for 4 years been dealing with people that talk out the side of their mouths while bascially they are fueling the very thing they claim they are not.
If I can calm down I do intend to make a refute to your eloquent rehtoric.

That is great George ... Any lives that make it through this murderous tactic to drag the USA into a holy war is a blessing.

I agree but I am angry right now and trying to clam down to make a response to some propaganda.

I did not read you other post bb.

Spiel great find ... Do me a favor and let me know when you see propaganda. It will come out and it will be very deliberate.
Bottomline is they want the HEAD of the SNAKE in the Holy War that has been declared but not formally.
It is a nation of consumers whose power is unknown to them. Many live in a vacuum unaware of the brutality outside. And now, largely unbeknownst to them, they are playing a role in the way a war is being waged. It is not a declared war; to label it so changes political dynamics. Though most involved would feel a sense of relief at calling a spade a spade. Are Americans aware that no response still counts as a response, leaving them complicit in actions they would surely find reprehensible? Right now Americans are worried about their dollars.
Look for the propaganda... It will be coming. They want the USA in this war same as Japan did.

As I read that composition I began to get sick to my stomach. Till it dawn on me I was getting angry. Setting back I read the first again and it ticks me off. You are basically stroking the flames of fear. Taking potshots America and our country. Propaganda is and uunderstatement for this composition.
Using the word IRONIC in refernce to this massive murder and slaughter of innocent lives is appalling.
OH I am so mad I am going to walk away from this composition and see if some way some how I can bear to read the composition to its end.
You are totally off the wall. I hate eloquent Rethorical Propaganda!!!! You are good I will give you that and I just posted one a few minutes ago that impression would be forth coming.

Beware the liberal damage control. There will be the "impression management" crying of foul and rights issues. As with most horrible mass murders, liberals will be out in force and of course so will the terrorist through their network supporters.
I am curious to see just how committed Bush is to taking out numerous terrorists leader and the cells of brainswashed sheep.

ÇáÃÑÏä (Star) - IT IS inevitable. Despite their best intentions, Americans, are going to find themselves physically part of the conflict in the Middle East. What will happen then, especially in light of the American convention of protecting their own? Even recently when a young man was accused of possessing and dealing drugs in Russia, he knew he could count on his President to whisper in the ear of President Putin for a get out of jail free card.
And now Israelis are hitting Palestinian-Americans in their continuing aggression. It was inevitable. Will President Bush come to their aid the same way he did for the American accused of drug crimes? It is curious to most outside the US, outrageous to others, that American citizens continue, day to day, to sit in their homes eating dinner, watching television and allowing the violence to continue in the Occupied Territories. How can Americans sit back and watch a people ‘targeted’ by weapons their very government supplies? Are they unaware they are financing this aggression? Haven’t Americans realized their silence makes them as much a part of this as their President and his ill-defined policies? Truth is, they don’t. Americans’ relation to the world is complicated. It is a complexity that is perhaps best understood in the Middle East, where complexity is a way of life. It is complicated by a media that sees its job as entertainer first and then as a very selective informer. It is complicated by a society that seems to value pop culture and the Weather Channel over global warming and the ill-effects of globalization. The US economy is in the doldrums. Afraid to say the word ‘recession’, a struggle continues as the budget surplus promised by the previous administration dwindles and the finger pointing begins.
With all this in mind, will Americans remain mute when one of their own comes in harm’s way? Western media reports change their tone and direction when an American face or voice tells the tale.

Declaration of war! "The kings of the earth will see the smoke of her burning, and they'll cry and carry on, the kings who went night after night to her brothel. They'll keep their distance for fear they'll get burned, and they'll cry their lament:
'Doom, doom, the great city doomed!'
'City of Babylon, strong city!'
'In one hour it's over, your judgment come!'"

Grrr ... Clinton exported NSA-ducking phone, high-tech encryption devices to Syria

Peter M. Leitner, a senior strategic trade adviser at the Defense Department.
Leitner, who reviews commercial license applications for exports of some of the most sophisticated military-related technology, thinks he knows the answer.
"The technology that would allow these terrorists to mask their communications was given away, hand over fist, by the Clinton administration," he said in an interview with WorldNetDaily.
Leitner says the previous administration rubber-stamped the shipment of top-end military-related telecommunications equipment to Syria, which is on the FBI's list of sensitive countries that pose a threat to U.S. security.
"Syria is a terrorist-supporting nation," he said. "They provide infrastructure to bastards like [Osama] bin Laden. They provide backup and support and communications abilities to these terrorist cells."

Strike force prepares attack on terrorists
http://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/0,,3-2001315628,00.html
BY MICHAEL BINYON
AS THE United States prepares a strike force to carry out President Bush’s promise to hunt down its terrorist enemies, American troops around the world were put on full alert yesterday for a possible operation against the man suspected of masterminding the attacks on New York.
Osama bin Laden, the Saudi terrorist, is hiding in the mountains of Afghanistan, but America is now analysing every reconnaissance photograph, intelligence report and witness statements that might pinpoint his location. President Bush has left no doubt that America will respond to this “act of war”. He said no distinction would be made between the terrorists and those who harboured them.
Congressional leaders promised to support “whatever it takes” to prove that Americans would not be intimidated. But the Pentagon gave no hint yesterday of what forces would be used, where they would strike, or what preparations were under way.
The target will almost certainly be bin Laden’s training camps in Afghanistan, thought to be located near the city of Kandahar. Satellite observation can identify some of them, but it is impossible to be sure where bin Laden will be as he moves about every night, does not decide until the last hour where he will sleep and tells almost no one of his movements in advance.
President Clinton ordered a Cruise missile attack against bin Laden’s bases in Afghanistan in 1998, but the bombing had little impact on his ability to launch further terrorist operations. American intelligence has been tracking the elusive terrorist leader and is thought to have drawn up contingency plans to send commandos in to attack him. However, the operation would certainly cost many lives and there are no guarantees of success.
America will use elite forces for an operation that must be as devastating as it is precise. The most secure jumping-off point would be the US military base in Diego Garcia, the British archipelago in the Indian Ocean, which played a crucial role during the Gulf War. The base is manned with B-52 heavy bombers. Secure, fully manned and within striking distance of Afghanistan, it would be the logical base from which aircraft could operate.
Another option is Incirlik, the large Nato base in southern Turkey, which for the past nine years has co-ordinated US air patrols over Iraq.
America could also assemble a strike force in the Indian Ocean, from which missiles could be trained on targets.
There are also some American forces still in Saudi Arabia, but in the present heightened state of alert Washington would be unwilling to trust security in any host Muslim country.
General Colin Powell, the US Secretary of State, said in a television interview yesterday that Washington was not about to launch a military operation and that he did not yet know who was behind the attacks, but this was almost certainly a cover to give added surprise to whatever operation is planned. Strict secrecy has been imposed across all US troop movements, bases and military operations.
General Powell said that, sooner or later, the United States would take action against those held responsible. “They want us to act as if we are at war and we’re going to do that — diplomatically and militarily,” he said.

War Talk Begins in Congress

WASHINGTON -- Congress is moving quickly on the Bush administration's request for a multibillion-dollar down-payment to fight terrorism, and legislation authorizing force against terrorists is not far behind.
Some lawmakers wanted to go further: formally declare war on terrorists.
"I say, bomb the hell out of them," Sen. Zell Miller, D-Ga., said Wednesday. "If there's collateral damage, so be it. They certainly found our civilians to be expendable."
President Bush was expected to ask Congress on Thursday for $20 billion in immediate funds to help rebuild the damaged Pentagon, clean up the debris from collapsed buildings at New York's World Trade Center, reimburse federal and local governments for rescue efforts, and bolster security.
Lawmakers said they hoped to have the bill to Bush by Thursday, but Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle said he doubted the measure could be approved in one day and said there was no final agreement on a dollar amount.
At the same time, a separate measure would authorize the administration to undertake military action under the War Powers Act.
While the thought of spending billions more this year and likely tapping into formerly untouchable Social Security reserves would have ignited a political firestorm just a week ago, lawmakers said Wednesday the request would be granted now.
"That debate is over at this point," said Sen. Richard Durbin, D-Ill.
"If we can't protect our national security, how can we protect Social Security?" Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, said.
Congress suspended its normal operations Wednesday -- a day after lawmakers were evacuated in the first mandatory evacuation ever of the entire Capitol complex -- and devoted the entire day to the terrorists who crashed hijacked jets into the twin towers of the World Trade Center and into the Pentagon.
The House and Senate broke during the day for closed-door briefings with Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld and passed a resolution condemning terrorism and expressing solidarity with the president in his determination to "punish the perpetrators of these attacks, as well as their sponsors."
The word "war" was on the lips of many lawmakers, who either called the attacks an act of war on the United States or called on Congress to declare a war of its own.
"America came face to face with undisguised evil," said Rep. Nick Smith, R-Mich. "These acts of war may have bloodied America, but America will remain unbowed."
"There is no such thing as a measured response to this horrific attack," said Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev. "This act of war will be avenged."
Senators went further, suggesting that Congress formally declare war against terrorism, elusive terrorism mastermind Osama bin Laden _ who appears to be the top suspect in the terrorist attacks -- or any nation that harbors him.
"If we make a declaration of war, we're recognizing that a state of war exists, like Roosevelt did after Pearl Harbor," said Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa.
"We say to them, 'We're at war, turn him over to us or there'll be military consequences,' Specter said.
Hatch suggested a broader focus, saying bin Laden was "not worth that, but terrorism is worth a declaration of war, if that's what the Congress so chooses to do. That would give the president and the armed forces complete power to do what is necessary to win the war."
Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, added that a war declaration would move the United States away from a criminal investigation footing with regard to the attacks to one geared more specifically to military action. "I believe that is the way the American people want to go," he said.
Other lawmakers called for caution. "I think we need to give ourselves a bit of time," said Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D. "We need to take some dramatic action -- this is clearly an act of war -- but it's a different adversary and one without uniforms or geographical boundaries so I would want us to have a pretty good discussion to understand the ramifications on that."
"We've got to make sure when we retaliate, it's against the people who were involved in this terrorism and not just strike out blindly," said Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., a senior member of the House International Relations Committee.

Afghanistan Girds for a Possible U.S. Attack

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Sept. 12 -- Afghanistan's ruling Taliban militia, which is providing a safe haven for reputed terrorist Osama bin Laden, is bracing for an imminent U.S. attack, sending its top leader into hiding and repositioning its military hardware throughout the country, according to reports received today by Pakistani intelligence sources.
The radical Islamic movement's top leader, Mohammad Omar, has left his headquarters in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar and is in hiding, according to Pakistani military intelligence officials. In addition, the Taliban has begun moving artillery batteries, aircraft and other weaponry in anticipation of a U.S. strike, the sources said.
"We have definite reports that the Taliban are now preparing to meet a major U.S. military onslaught," a senior security official said in a telephone interview from the Pakistan city of Quetta, near Afghanistan's southern border. "There is a warlike situation inside the Taliban military installations inside Afghanistan."

Afghan Taliban Warns U.S. Strikes Would Sow Hatred
By Syed Salahuddin
http://us.news2.yimg.com/f/42/31/7m/dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20010912/wl/attack_afghan_taliban_dc_2....
KABUL (Reuters) - Afghanistan's ruling Taliban movement said on Wednesday any U.S. strikes against the country in retaliation for Tuesday's terror attacks would succeed only in sowing hatred in the region.
Taliban spokesman Abdul Hai Mutmaen told Reuters from the southern Afghan town of Kandahar that U.S. strikes could lead to further suicide attacks.
``If innocent and sinless people suffer, then it is certain that on the level of the region, hatred will further increase, the result of which will be similar to the suicide incidents,'' he said.
Mutmaen repeated the Taliban position that the attacks, which saw two hijacked commercial jets plough into New York's World Trade Centre and another into the Pentagon (news - web sites), were a humanitarian tragedy and that Saudi terror suspect Osama bin Laden (news - web sites) was not involved.
``Once again we want to say that the present incident in America is a humanitarian tragedy and we are sad about it. We condemn it strongly and oppose terrorism,'' he said.
Concerned over a repeat of U.S. reprisals on Afghanistan that followed deadly 1998 attacks on U.S. embassies in Africa, the Taliban issued hasty denials that bin Laden, who they describe as their guest, was capable of mounting such a vast coordinated conspiracy.
Mutmaen called for patience as the investigation sought to catch those behind the deadly attacks and said -- as had been the case for around two years -- that bin Laden had no outside communication links.
``The ban which we had imposed on him is in place, he doesn't have access to fax, to phone, or any other means of communication,'' Mutmaen said.
He added the United States should be patient in its investigation and not jump to conclusions.
``In America, the circumstances of such an incident... should not be attributed with covered eyes and with illogical reasoning to somebody and neither its revenge be taken on an innocent nation,'' Mutmaen said.
The Taliban said earlier on Wednesday that it was premature to talk about extraditing bin Laden.
``It is premature,'' Taliban ambassador to neighboring Pakistan Mullah Abdul Salam Zaeef said. ``If any evidence is presented to us, we will study it.''
Mutmaen added that the Taliban and bin Laden should not be blamed for the terror attacks, but if there was a U.S. strike against Afghanistan it would fail as there were no worthy industrial targets in the poverty-stricken country.
A newspaper in Pakistan said it had received a message from Osama bin Laden that he was not involved.

Bush Lays Groundwork for Military Strike

The Bush administration moved aggressively yesterday to lay the diplomatic and military groundwork for a possible strike against Osama bin Laden and his supporters in Afghanistan, winning an unprecedented NATO commitment of support and pressuring neighboring Pakistan for intelligence and logistical backing.
As dawn was breaking on the first day after the gravest terrorist assault in American history, President Bush and his top diplomats were already lining up support across Europe, the Middle East and Asia for a response that they said would not just apprehend the attackers but retaliate against any countries behind them.
Secretary of State Colin L. Powell spoke early in the morning with NATO Secretary General George Robertson and by the end of the day had won a declaration committing the allies to back an American military reprisal. Powell said the declaration would "tee up" the invocation of the NATO charter's mutual defense clause for the first time in the alliance's 52-year history, assuring the United States of overflight rights and other forms of support if the administration concluded the terrorist attacks came from abroad.
After a morning meeting with his national security advisers, President Bush called the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon "acts of war." Congress swiftly adopted a joint resolution that officials from both Capitol Hill and the administration said freed the White House from having to seek a formal declaration of war.
U.S. officials also began high-level meetings with officials from Pakistan to insist on their help in tracking the attackers and aiding a retaliatory strike. The Pakistan government has long had the close ties with the Taliban movement in Afghanistan that shelters bin Laden. "The message to Pakistan is: there's clearly a worldwide momentum right now to stand up and be counted. Whose side are you on on terrorism?" a senior State Department official said.
Powell said he had already held several conversations with leaders from Saudi Arabia, who would have to give the go-ahead for the United States to use their crucial bases as staging grounds for any move against bin Laden. But he left unclear whether he had secured Saudi agreement. "If they can be helpful in finding those who may be responsible, we will expect that help and we will express that very, very clearly," Powell said.

No one challenged me on the Internet being used as a terrorist way of communicating instructions. So I will just post the link to the source.
http://www.usatoday.com/life/cyber/tech/2001-02-05-binladen.htm
Hidden in the X-rated pictures on several pornographic Web sites and the posted comments on sports chat rooms may lie the encrypted blueprints of the next terrorist attack against the United States or its allies. It sounds farfetched, but U.S. officials and experts say it's the latest method of communication being used by Osama bin Laden and his associates to outfox law enforcement. Bin Laden, indicted in the bombing in 1998 of two U.S. embassies in East Africa, and others are hiding maps and photographs of terrorist targets and posting instructions for terrorist activities on sports chat rooms, pornographic bulletin boards and other Web sites, U.S. and foreign officials say.

HUH??? CNBC just refered to WTC destruction as "Apocalyptic Scene"
Anyway Two Brothers appears only a two times in his writings:
Century 3 Quadtrain 98
Two royal brothers will wage war so fierely
That between them the war will be so mortal
That both will occupy the strong places:
Their great quarrel will fill realm and life.
Century 4 Quadtrain 94
Two great brothers will be chased out of Spain,
The elder conquered under the Pyrenees mountains:
The sea to redden, RhÒne, bloody Lake Geneva from Germany,
Narbonne, BÈziers contaminated by Agde.
and the sixains
XXVI.
Two brothers are of the Ecclesiastical order,
One of them will take up the pike for France,
Another blow if in the year six hundred and six
He is not afflicted with a great malady,
Arms in his hand up to six hundred and ten,
Scarcely much further does his life extend.
The only other reference to brothers is three like in the Espistle to Henry II

Just making observations like others throughout history. Just like Kuwait it was trumpeted and this is similiar. However, this is global NATO is stepping in. Scaring people is an understatement considering this is about Good and evil, where terrorist small cults have murdered enough innocent people.
I doubt it is the "End Days" but everything as with any of this type horrible events can be made to appear it is the beginning of the end. I do believe this could be the last days for terrorists murdeous cults. Just remember Iraq and Pakistan have nuclear capabilites.
