Greenowner has quite a bit of knowledge and makes some fair points, but they all come attached with wild accusations, assumptions, theories and are unrelenting to the point of chaos that can no longer be sorted out. The energy to do so is a waste of time and resources, unfortunately. As I will no longer view his posts in order to save my sanity, please know:
I will always be available for productive conversation, with anyone who shares legitimate concerns, questions, or ideas; presenting them in a respectful manner.
My time is spent preparing a stable footing for GSPI, re-opening past technology, and presenting it to today's market. I am researching, studying, searching for the best paths. I have found advisors and experts to assist me in building GSPI. It will not happen overnight, but it is Happening. I am always open to new knowledge and ideas that will improve GSPI. Assumptions aren't made, ideas are challenged and that is how I believe that we will accomplish great things.
I will leave this last thought here for a while, there are a few quotes I will share that sum up my thoughts on this situation occurring on this board, and the other board as well. I wish I had the ability to provide a big picture that could answer "Everyone's" questions, but there comes a point when you are no longer attempting to answer or educate, it is futile and I refuse to land there for so many reasons.
"Beware of false knowledge: it is more dangerous than ignorance"

"To know that you do not know is the best. To think you know when you do not is a disease. Recognizing this disease as a disease is to be free of it."

This is about politics, not facts. If you look at the political environment today and want to take everything you hear in the media at face value, you have far more problems than anyone here can relate to.
As the expert on everything, you must know everything, maybe you should run this company.
So many of your "FACTS" are incorrect or off base for so many reasons that I cannot even spare the time to correct you and honestly it isn't even worth it.
As the world of GREENOWNER turns...
I have to be honest, I have removed myself from this board, as it has become the "GREENOWNER" show and I am literally too busy to reply to the lunacy, therefore avoid it and respond to the legitimate questions and comments made to me directly. As many can attest, I am very easy to communicate with.
Unfortunately, we have newer shareholders in the mix who may not be familiar with that aspect of the true history of GSPI, its accomplishments, the founder, our goals, or daily tasks to run GSPI.
My understanding of the IHUB boards is to allow the free flow of ideas from MANY, a place to share questions, concerns, encouragements, news, feedback, and even a gripe of two; in order to get a consensus from others with the same interest and solidify the status of shareholders; good or bad.
I call it the GREENOWNER show because it is like some type of peeking into the mind of madness and conspiracy; some type of drama. The cast of characters is GREENOWNER and a small handful of people asking the guy to stop being a maniac. I have literally watched enough detective dramas in my lifetime to be a little nervous about him showing up at my house and killing me for the "reply that sent him over the edge". Yet... here I am as fearless to this as I am to everything else I do in my life, most importantly running this company.
GSPI has a history firmly planted in environmental technology, electric engines, biodiesel production, Algae production, lubricants that are earth-friendly, industrial coatings. VSS was/is a passion project born out of concern for the health of people and the planet.
I want everyone on this board to know, they are welcome to email me with their questions anytime and request to be added to my email list; where I email updates and answer questions to the group. I always make time to respond to our shareholders, as I feel that is part of my position as I have formatted it. I think communication is important.
So let's tackle, at least a few of the rampant conspiracy theories and "Demands" GREENOWNER" has spelled out. Apparently, GREENOWNER is in the position to layout demands of what he "EXPECTS" to see from me and GSPI on every front; financials, press releases, business dealings, responses, communications, business decisions, science, media, the list goes on. Apparently, he has quite an impressive background in running a public company just like GSPI with all of his expert insights into everything (literally)??
My Grandkids are not old enough to post on Ihub (2,4,12).
I have not been arrested by the Federal Govt.
MRI Global has tested our formulas and continues to do so even today.
The FTC does not want us to mention COVID-19 in our advertisements, as they feel it is a "delicate" subject in the United States and feels that we need to reach a status of Testing referred to as "Human Clinical Trials", before even making a "Connection", to COVID-19. Unfortunately, with our formula, in its' state as a dietary supplement, there is not yet a protocol approved to do that in this situation and until there is, we are going to have to back off of specifically pointing out our COVID lab testing in relation to the sale of our supplement.
We can still sell VSS (We are rebranding as a Broad Spectrum Antiviral Supplement).
Our financials are done and being given their final look over to make sure all T's are crossed and I's dotted, they will be done in time.
GREENOWNER will not dictate when we sign any contracts or market any new technology.
Greenowner is not affiliated with this company, has no knowledge of our current projects, the specifics of our technology, the experience of our markets, partners, or offers.
Greenowner is an armchair scientist per his past statements, not a verified member of the respected scientific community.
I am not going to push back at the FTC at this time, as I can in some ways understand their concerns about any product pulling people's attention away from the government's agenda about the importance of the vaccine. (I will not share my personal opinions, in discussion as a representative of this company). The other reason for complacency is that by fighting the perception of the "Too good to be true" natural supplement for the virus, we have been hitting multiple walls in getting our formula out to be easily purchased and that is not doing anyone any good. I would rather make sure everyone has access to a great Antiviral Supplement at an affordable price than only a few knowing about VSS and limited availability at a price many cannot afford. The goal was always to help people naturally, not make a fortune. Lastly, GSPI is not in a position to bear the brunt of the cost of lawsuits; GSPI has other projects that require our financial resources to grow this company. As shareholders, I will assume you agree that we need to generate income before spending what assets we do have on a fight that could bankrupt the company and halt all other progress.
VSS was never the financial savior of GSPI, it was passion and
the drive back into getting GSPI back on the radar. People needed antiviral help, we felt what we had was needed and it pushed GSPI back into the spotlight.
The future of GSPI lies in the environmental technology that we have already developed, which when developed was "Ahead of its time". Guess what...this is our time. Since 1992 JP Lastella has preached to all, the benefits and applications of the electric engine, set records, and made waves...people weren't ready. Today, people are ready and what Joe was selling back then is still more advanced than what currently exists, so it is time to sit up and listen.
GSPI loves the idea of biodiesel and has created some impressive tech to produce it efficiently, exceeding the tech currently being used, but... GSPI needs to be profitable and when soy prices went up, Biodiesel was no longer profitable in a way that GSPI was active in the space. Our tech is available to the right project, but none that make sense thus far have presented themselves. Algae to Biodiesel, great idea, but... Algae is now widely seen for the greater benefits, food, health, research, and medicine; the benefit to produce algae for fuel is far smaller than the production for other uses. Biodiesel has taken a step back in our efforts, as you can see, for good reason.
GREENOWNER is trying to dictate what projects we should take on without any data or real-world experience to make those choices. Would you have GSPI produce Algae to create a product that sells for $1 a gallon or $50, you decide, as shareholders. Not to mention, have you seen the research on the health benefits of Algae? The world needs algae, but not in our gas tanks; we need Algae for our good health.
Mark Edwards, is helping us find the right project for Algae, he has amazing connections and background. When we have the right project insight, we will tell you, I promise, it is my FAVORITE project!
Our coatings are a licensed product that GSPI has promoted in the past and is NEEDED in infrastructure projects. Govt contracts take time and that is what we are gunning for, to get these products to improve our projects while making no negative impacts on our environment. If you have ever tried to get the Govt to notice your product, you will know, it is hard to do (and it can land you in the lap of the FTC trying to keep from being sued).
Imagine a lubricant used in manufacturing, equipment operation, etc that is not only water-based but non-toxic and cost-effective to boot. We have that product and are actively getting it ready to push into the market. We talked about it before, it made moves into the market before the pandemic and now...our phone is ringing again with projects coming back to life.
If reading all the mania from GREENOWNER makes you nervous, write me, I will either respond personally or if I get many with the same questions, I will put out an email contact to everyone on my list and share that answer with everyone. (Remember as a public company, we cannot discuss any details not already public knowledge)
Hopefully, by next week, the FTC will be satisfied with my changes and compliance and TWITTER will un-suspend my account. I had almost 700 followers there and loved being able to pop out small bits of news. As always, news that is new has to be publicly shared, but being able to share the small daily goings-on at least keeps people in the loop and knowing that every day I am working on our future.
JP Lastella is back in the lab improving his products and getting attention to his tech, as only Joe can do.
email me with your questions: kristy@gspiusa.com, ask to be added to the emailing list. Keep track of the website, we make changes regularly. When you see GREENOWNER rants, liken him to the BOOGEYMAN, that thing in your closet that makes you afraid to step on the floor and run to the bathroom but you always arrive at the bathroom without anything grabbing you.
GREENOWNER - You are legitimately a pain in my ass, but you Don't scare me. Bigger, scarier, angrier, (some with weapons and even handcuffs) people have tried to intimidate me over the years, and I have never backed down to them. You have no more power against me than the annoying mosquitos that come around in a season and fade away. An annoyance for sure, but in the grand scheme of things, no consequence to me or GSPI. It breaks my heart to be unkind to any human, especially a shareholder of this company I love, but now, you are causing other shareholders far too much irritation for me to continue to be polite. If you are so concerned this company is poorly managed and heading for doom... you are free to sell your shares, there are many looking for a great deal to invest in the future. I would hate to see any person stress out so much over their investment with GSPI that it causes them to have high blood pressure or something, no company is worth that kind of stress. After many attempts to answer your questions with kindness and clarity, it just seems to make you even more brazen and negative, I do not have the energy to answer all of your assumptions, ideas, and negative beliefs. You ask for information that cannot be publicly disclosed or has no answer that you will find adequate. You are impossible to please and I have too much to do, to waste any more time trying to be kind and transparent with you directly.
Thank you all for the time it took to read this book, my unfortunate need to respond in a way that I do not enjoy. I look forward to getting back to my more regular communications schedule and sharing more good news with you all soon. If I can not slow down the ranting of Greenowner on this board, I will be more creative on the GSPIUSA blog and you can always subscribe and comment there, ask questions, etc. I would love for our Blog to be more interactive. As a rule, even feedback that is not positive is displayed and responded to, as there needs to be a fair exchange if we are to call it communication and it is of any use. My issue with GREENOWNER is that his comments are bordering on Mania most of the time, in my personal opinion. The volume of negativity just dilutes the sharing of relevant information.
Enjoy your weekends...as usual, as the President of GSPI, I will spend a large part of this weekend working; it takes time to do big things, time for rest when we have our tech being used by the world.
Unless you have Restarted an Environmental Tech company that was quiet for 4-years; bringing in no revenue...
Unless you have been in the driver's seat of creating a product that no one knew existed during a pandemic...
Unless you have tried to get a "Too good to be true" product noticed by the United States Government...
You have absolutely no clue what goes on in the background, the reality of making this company successful.
It will not happen overnight, it cannot, there is far too much to do; unless you have done it before, you can't even imagine.
If you feel it necessary to expect everything to happen on YOUR anticipated Timelines, you will see a lot of disappointment.
My inspirational Statement for Monday: The sky is NOT falling and a majority of companies do not make people rich on a product introduced to the world in less than a year, this is not the lottery.
Not an attach Greenowner, just see the posts on some days are casting unnecessary doubts, from the perspective of someone that is not taking into consideration the length of time it takes to do the things you seem to feel are necessary to be seen in a positive light. Make suggestions if you like, obviously, I listen and consider input. But... try not to announce in a "the sky is falling" way, that I feel compelled to explain so others do not get sucked into that thought process. The negative connotations can send newcomers into a negative space and then...the share prices fall again because of doubts and worry, rather than just the stable pace and MM being a pest. I am busy trying to move this company, they have to spend a half-hour explaining to others why they should not worry. (I am exhausted already, Mr. Green)
There is so much that goes on, on my side of the fence and to expect the movement you do at this stage of the game is literally impossible without the resources someone like say, Tesla has at his disposal.
Think of it this way (from my position), you say the sky is falling - newcomers don't know our history - drop stock out of fear - price drops-our potential ventures see the drop - takes longer to gain their confidence - less forward movement for GSPI. Shareholders are not the only ones that make decisions on the value of our company.
Do you see now why I wish, if you have suggestions, to make them in that tone rather than in a format that creates doubt and worries?
If you want to be a part of seeing GSPI grow, do not scare our new shareholders off unnecessarily. Make suggestions know I read and respond.
You are heard when you speak by me, no need to scream.
Another Greenowner Doubt Day...
This is NOT a retail sales outfit, we are not on Amazon selling a bottle at a time, to track and report to you daily sales; this is a large-scale distribution scenario. Contracts take time, distribution takes time. Meetings take time. Slideshow presentation to Govt officials takes time. I will not share sales/contract info until it is signed. I am one of the VERY FEW CEO's of any type of company that shares any daily progress with my shareholders. If I don't say anything for a day, I am not doing anything, If I do not report a $$ I am not doing enough? There will not be major news every day, but at least updates to the steps being made so you as a shareholder know progress is being made. We are not Johnson and Johnson YET, we are relatively unknown in this space and as such it will take time to have the type of movement you seem to expect. Be patient, we are not an overnight goldmine, we are building a stable vehicle for environmental tech that far exceeds VSS. I will not be able to babysit every doubt you have, I require faith. Faith from seeing all of the progress that has been made in just 7-months of exposure to the market, in this environment.
My PR's share the progress and eventual history of a Greenstar that will Change the world, not a company that is just selling VSS on the internet.
Our stock is STABLE, no one selling, new shareholders filtering in, little movement, no dumping, MM playing around a bit to make cents, the sign of a company with confidence again in its infancy. Little moves are easy, BIG moves take time to be done right. (still up over 2000% in last year, that is true progress)
RELAX GreenOwner, you are casting doubt where none should exist. LONG TERM investment, not an overnight Lottery Win. Let's look back at this in a year, see how you feel then; OK.
Happy Wednesday $GSPI family. Last evening I worked with three different social media people on a plan to hit the social market in 5-different ways at once. Going to flood Social Media with VSS, to support our distributor's efforts and drive those Sales.
The social media gurus can get VSS seen by consumers all over the world. In order to Drive Sales, we need to tell people who we are! The more people hear about VSS the more they will talk, then it will spread like wildfire.
The VSS TAKEOVER begins!
$GSPI, Mark Edwards is a Major Player in the Algae World, he is respected and sought out for his knowledge. Mark looked to Joe Lastella many times for collaboration on ideas. Having Mark on our Team paired w/ Joe and his tech; a literal Dream Team that will promote

sharing info on the Algae Market. Many independent studies exist; pointing to one that sums it up pretty well. GSPI has the tech to produce high-quality Algae faster than anyone else; we have the formula to help them BLOOM! Market info on Algae: https://www.theinsightpartners.com/reports/algae-products-market
Know why Algae is such an important industry for us. While Biodiesel is 1 thought, the return for other Algae products is far greater. We are looking at many Algae projects, to find the best for our Tech. Learn about other Algae options:

You are right, we do and we are! More testing as we go. We have gotten some great feedback on Herpes outbreaks. The science is relatable, so worth a step forward into the space and test the effectiveness.
Thank you Timing...
I can tell you...the list I would have with a Magic Wand!
Working within our means takes creativity.
We have highly regarded professionals volunteering their time as we speak to assist me in my work. People who have worked with GSPI and JPLastella for as long as 30-years, Lawyers, Bankers, retired political advisors, Fed banking managers, Biologists, Dr's, professors, OTC experts, and logistics professionals. These people believe in what we are doing, enough to still answer the phone and put in the effort out of pure faith.
I have encountered new advisors recently that are also putting in the effort with only the promise of a future, again on faith.
The 30-foot view of what has been accomplished on tireless effort, faith, favors, determination, and what can only be described as "Miracles" has restored my faith in humanity!
I not only see a change in GSPI's future, but I think we will set an example of how a Public company can utilize its shareholders' combined energies to make positive change in the business world. I am utilizing all the energy I can get from those around me to make the best decisions for GSPI.
I appreciate you Timing, you are a Solid Rock for GSPI!

Thank you GreenOwner...
I am glad you have stayed. Being here through the quiet years can really bruise the hopes; I know. But the change in leadership has helped bring the planets in alignment with GSPI. Timing in the market is right, the political environment is right, and now Joseph is where he belongs to make the magic happen; where he is the most effective and I am in the position that I was born and bred for, management of a company with continual chaos to manage! I am not a scientist and Joe is not a manager...so we are now perfectly complementing each other, to boos all of this wonderful tech he brought to the table.
I have studied business, communications, and Psych in order to understand people's decision-making, how to properly train people, and to learn how to gauge the input from outside myself to make better decisions. That is why I am so keen on communication and listening to feedback...EVERYONE has a bit of wisdom I have not yet taken in, and I watch and listen, so that I can create a better road map for GSPI. I may not always agree, but I will always listen. I will also, always respect any disagreement that is presented respectfully. I appreciate that you spend so much of your efforts thinking about our products and company.
BUT... I prefer you write a list each day and email me, so we are not casting doubts all over our board for any new folks that are coming here to learn about GSPI, there are times when our pulse doesn't look so good. To the new guy visiting, top see 20 comments casting doubt, it squeezes out the good ones.
When I see the same concerns presented multiple times, I know it is a wide concern and will always address and dig in on the feedback. Collective wisdom is gold.
VSS has a long road ahead of it, not just for COVID-19, but every flu virus moving forward. We are going to test our formula on Variants soon, Herpes, Cancer, etc. I want this on store shelves for people whenever they feel the flu coming on. It will not happen overnight, we are a long-term hold that will hopefully be an asset to generations in your family, long after you and I are here. There is a legacy we want to build. I am glad to have you on our side.
It is NOT MRIGlobals place to share their CLIENT's information. We pay them as non-biased third parties to evaluate our products. The data belongs to us, the companies who pay for it.
Long Message to cover a FEW points on the Board.
Greenowner Mentioned Bayer Aspirin and the stock for the parent company at $64 from my recollection?.
Let's look at the big picture: The share price of GSPI on 5/28/22 - .0008, so on 5/28/21 we are averaging @ .02; that is a 2400% growth rate in a time when a sleeping company completely opened its doors again, putting out a "PRIVATELY" funded product in a harsh market with no liquid assets to present it, got financials together for 4-years, brought on an impressive advisor, developed a presence socially, entertaining multiple contracts on over 4-different pieces of technology we control. hUGE STRIDES IN SHORT TIME.
Bayer has had 100+ years to develop that business, we have been re-energized in less than a year; I think we are making things happen at an impressive rate. We just got started!
I "Quoted" two statements from the OFFICIAL Lab report from a highly regulated and respected lab, displaying the report itself, with signatures, which if we misquoted could put us in a lawsuit. YET...a few people state that they MUST see all the material. To be blunt, it is not meant for you, not your business, and unnecessary for me to post it. It is above your paygrade and to be honest, above mine too.
My point is this... We are making some pretty bold statements and dragging the names of some pretty big people into it...if I couldn't back up what I say, I would be scared right now. I AM NOT SCARED.
If you want to personally set up a distribution contract for a national store like CVS pharmacy or something of that nature, I will have you sign the necessary NDA documents, put together a meeting with the Board/MRIGlobal researchers and your team and we will walk over all the technical results in fine detail.
Until that request presents itself, I will not waste one more minute entertaining the request that I just go and post a proprietary report that is unreadable to anyone without a Ph.D. in research medicine, for the public to inspect and make wild guesses about.
This long-winded message is in response to the MULTIPLE messages on this board specifically, requesting all of this expensive additional testing that is unnecessary at this moment and disclosure of information that is not useful to the public.
I respect those that share ideas, put in the effort to make GSPI Grow! You are Shareholders, owning an interest in a company that could provide you financial stability...those who reach out to me and share ideas, help us find pathways to more success, they are fighting for all of you to see rewards. I respect the Wisdom of Many to help me navigate my decisions based on this company, offer different points of view. I communicate because I believe in the benefit that goes both ways.
Thank you all for supporting GSPI, we are doing great things that take time, be patient, share wisdom when you can. Get on my shareholder email list to get regular updates, my requests for opinions, useful information.
YES... I read them all. (The daily posts)
I have been so incredibly busy lately with high-priority tasks that have kept me from being able to reply in the last week. I will try to touch on a few things. We are battling a behemoth "The Vaccine". The vaccine is the golden egg that the Govt and Pharma dumped ALL OF THEIR HOPES on, they bought it they sold it to the world and now they must stick to it. The media has beat it into the human consciousness that a vaccine is the only way to beat COVID. When I contact any legitimate distributor or Embassy, Dr, organization, advertiser; they automatically think I am a scammer. Getting past the gatekeepers to a legitimate decision-maker takes a lot of time and finesse. Please keep in mind, we could not market this til 7-months ago, and as of the last month, we couldn't even share all the details of who tested our product. We have come a long way as a product that people are already pre-biased to not existing. "Why isn't my Dr telling me about it?", "If it works why doesn't the government tell us about it?". Because this is not the package that the government signed up for and we don't have "Pharma" funds to blast this into the market. So getting there, WILL take longer than anyone can imagine. I have been on calls with the embassy, Walmart, CVS, Amazon, Govt agencies, the list goes on. We are jumping through the hoops, presenting the materials, trying to decipher the lab results for the gatekeepers to understand to get it to the people who can make a decision.
I get so frustrated at the hoops we have to jump through to convince people there are answers outside of the vaccine. But the reality is, you tell the American people right now..."I have a natural treatment for COVID-19, your Dr doesn't yet know about and the Govt doesn't tell you about and it works better than the vaccine", they think I am selling snake oil. So, I am focusing on large-scale distributors with a following, and the ability to promote so we can get recognized... once we are recognized all over, the real fun begins...but it will take time. I am working night and day and promise you, that if there was time to document all of the steps I take, without jeopardizing the work that needs to be done each day, I certainly would.
I read all messages, take in all feedback, reach out when I can. GSPI has other projects that also need attention; I am pushing to get VSS on its own two feet, so we can continue promoting our other projects.
Thank you all for taking the time and energy to share your ideas and thoughts, many things I see suggested have already or are in the process of happening behind the scenes. None of the activities produce a quick result. We are talking about projects that require a great deal of ink and contracts to move forward. I won't give up until they are done!
Feel free to email me also, when I take breaks for correspondence each day, I will do my best to respond. One Message with multiple points is easier for me to respond to. I answer approx 25 messages a day, outside of business correspondence and am happy to take the time to keep everyone informed. Saying that I will add... If I do not respond immediately, it is based on daily business priorities, not a lack of respect for communication.
I am catching up on posts and common questions and will post again soon to address what I can.
WE ARE PINK CURRENT!!!!
Happy Monday! I know everyone is waiting for that Status Change. Now that our final piece has been put into place, it is "Hurry up and Wait". No spikes in share price today, but a steady stream of movement; nothing noteworthy. I am good with that personally, at least right now while we are making so many strides; GSPI needs to prove itself in this market again, dust itself off. We are doing/creating things that are tangible and tangible takes time; tangible is something that can be built upon and show actual Growth. That is what I am after, long-term growth. Working with Joe Lastella, is an adventure in itself if you can imagine: "Kraemer" from that show Seinfeld and combine him with "Einstein", that gives a picture of following Joe around trying to pin down everything he is working on in his head. I was telling my most treasured advisor today that if I could come up with one statement that Joe is known for it is "Everything in Parallels". I am pinning down the ideas that create a full picture of what we have available. Be it Algae/ Lubricants/ Graphene, there is never just one product or idea, it is always an idea that has three that connect and intertwine. Out in public, it is a PR or announcement here and there, behind the scenes, we are doing things that down the line will be explosive...in my opinion. I can't tell anyone what they should do, but if I was a gambler, I would not fold.
PS. Graphene Patent question answered.
The patent belongs to Joe but was funded privately through BTR resources. Any benefit to that patent would obviously be shared with BTR and those private funders associated.
Seeing quite a bit of support from our shareholders, and share prices are keeping steady rather than bolting one direction or another. I feel good that we have a solid following right now. Our Attorney letter is slated to be on the draft table tonight, so my hope is to receive and upload early tomorrow. We will be dropping a new press release tomorrow, and have more news we wish to share next week. Consistent, stable movement forward is my goal; plan to see healthy forward movement, as we value growth in the base not pumped up numbers without a foot to stand on.
As I have mentioned previously, my plan is getting to Edgar by the end of the year and having our books clear of past debt. In my investigation, most debts were either cured by trades in service/stock or no longer have a payee available. Will pursue signed statements to clear or make arrangements to cure as soon as possible.
I have used every favor, donation, or dime we can squeeze out to get us this far without incurring more debt. I am displaying my determination through my actions by holding off on taking my salary from GSPI.
I feel that with the progress made in just 70-days and accomplishments that will be confirmed in the next week; no one will doubt my integrity, determination, or ability to push GSPI into a profitable future.
Keep your eyes open, we are going places!
Confirmed, the first advisory Board member has accepted! This is a significant step us for $GSPI. PR will be released soon with the details and view his impressive accomplishments. I am seeing this week as a game-changer, many PR's in the next week! "Wait for it..."
Aquahoya:
Thank you for the support.
You are right, it should be public and at some point will be added to our GSPI blog. Again, it is testing metrics and numbers, no real statements until the final summary. Of course, as I have mentioned we were not allowed to disclose the lab until given the green light. Hopefully, we are able to do the PR with the announcement at the end of the week (it is being reviewed for accuracy before being released). At that point, we are able to share the summary. Since the lab is government contracted, they require pre-approval of all statements we make to the public. So that can be verified if need be. I have requested that they offer us a more user-friendly summary and note that all statements are approved before disclosure. I think that will assist us in credibility.
Soon, you and others will have access.
Hello IHUB Users.
I am Kristy, the newly appointed President of GSPI. I am new to IHUB and have read through pages of posts; I want to get a feel for questions on people's minds and use the feedback (as always) for self-reflection.
I want to provide a few answers to common questions. Many of you are on my Twitter page (@GSPITODAY), where I try to make daily updates/share info related to our company.
1. The VSS product is meant to be used to protect cells from infection and progressing damage while assisting the body's natural Anti-body production. In this process, VSS will protect healthy cells from progressive damage during the healing process. Unfortunately repairing damaged cells is not the function of VSS; repair is going to be done with time and keeping your cells as healthy as you can. While in theory VSS can help keep your cells healthy and that will assist, we have not performed lab tests on that ability; we will not make claims to the healing of long-term cell damage.
2. I have looked at the lab tests, and if a layperson was to inspect them, they are confusing and will get you nowhere. We will include the final statement on a certified copy of the lab summary with the PR that we are preparing (which is being verified for accuracy by the lab currently). Lab results have always been available to other researchers and those who can relate to the raw data. The lab has given approval for all claims made to the public.
3. While we have had many testimonials, we cannot use them as anything more than shared opinions, not technical data. As an approved "supplement" we are not required to perform all of the studies that a certified "Medication" does. Testing is hugely expensive and takes more time than we felt the public had, to help when this formula is most needed. While the vaccine was fast-tracked past certified animal testing prior to use on humans, we completed animal testing on toxicity prior to offering it to the public. The animal testing on a "supplement" was an extra test done on top of the required testing. 38-years of unofficial human use was enough for us to trust it, personal use as well.
4. My entire family uses VSS every other day as a preventative; myself included, even my grandchildren 1, 3, and 12 -years of age. No one in my family has been vaccinated or been infected with the virus. With a disabled grandchild, my family has been in and out of the hospital weekly during the crisis, putting them at higher risk. I work every day in a small office that is in contact with infected hospice patients and people discharged from the hospital every day. My coworkers all use our formula and thus far there have been no infections in my workplace. I take these risks, as my family does without fear as a result of our belief in the VSS formula. I know enough to trust this with the people I love and protect the most.
5. Yes, I am casual in my speaking and off the cuff. My messaging is done with minutes to spare in my daily (long) list of activities devoted to strengthen this company, prepare for what we expect to happen, and cleaning up years of inefficient reporting and inactivity. When it comes to priorities, my public contact on social platforms is meant to keep people in the loop and know we are active; I do this because I have seen positive feedback in trading, bringing in new shareholders, exposure to our products and company. The feedback is mostly positive (about 90% in my estimation). I feel the progress in streamlining the company operations and building a strong team to lead us into the future requires far more effort at this time.
6.I also have an email list that I send out regular updates, you can add your name to the list through the contact form on the GSPI website or email me.
7. GSPI does not spend any time on retail sales, we are negotiating contracts with large distributors that have substantial customer bases, to get the best exposure and reach for VSS. We have other projects to move forward on and retail is a slow tedious process that is not financially beneficial to us at this time. That decision was made in December; the foundation I run decided to take on the retail operation in order to fund/provide our formula to first responders, consumers, and in humanitarian efforts. We run on donations and revenue from retail sales.
8. My goal is to get past the OTC "Pink Current" reporting level by end of this year if possible, qualifying with "EDGAR" standards. I feel getting to the Edgar level will lend GSPI more credibility. To add more credibility and resources we are looking to add a respected Ph.D. and author into our advisory board, and hope to have his approval on our press release this week. Until he approves of the document and signs on the dotted line, I can make no guarantees, but I feel confident he will accept our offer.
My hope is that I have covered the majority of repeated inquiries. I am putting together a podcast to come out shortly after PRs' to address questions asked in response to new information. After my first podcast interview, I can navigate the process in an organized fashion.
Thank you all for your support, feedback, and taking the steps to support GSPI. I am certain that my changes and hard work will take GSPI into a positive direction.
