CSKH don't ban me for being off topic but you may want to look at SHKZ it is acquiring solar companies and growing by merger-acquisition. Not recommending you buy or sell anything.
Sometimes a shake out below the base precedes a rally. jmo
But jamietheguru says you cannot do technical analysis on pinks.
Somebody dropped 250k at .028 then there were small buys at .031 -.033. bid .028-ask .032 at close
SHKZ flat base forming.
SHKZ iirc there was a lot of this kind of message board crap on the LBSR board before it made a huge run up a while back.
It was called Technology Resources before Shaka Shoes, probably they thought it was a mining company.
I'm sorry to hear you lost money. If you don't mind the question, what led you to buy Shaka Shoes at 3 cents? The shoe company had no revenue for 2 years, I think.
What I understood that to mean was the Quigleys have a large network of past clients and sales people which will get their part of the business going.
Residential solar is just starting to expand because product prices have fallen- it has been done by a lot of mom n pop contractors- someone merging all of it under one roof- sales, financing, product distribution, installation, power purchase agreements, monitoring of energy credits- the possibilities are awesome. That is where I believe this company is going. I could be wrong.
Please continue to post here, I enjoy reading about your concerns.
Of course I am not advising anyone to buy or sell any security.
Well, if the best bid was .0031, what bids were at .0030, .0029, .0028, you know--under the market.
I don't have L2 if someone could give me an idea of the bids under the market I'd appreciate it.
What could be the 3rd acquisition?
The sells before the late buying.
Anyway, if the 3rd acquisition is in financing, distribution, marketing, or more construction areas, this could be a major company he is putting together. It could go higher than even is being talked about here, imo.
Thanks but yesterday you called me a retail bid whack. :)
New long here, bought yesterday. What he said in the interview is true- the money in solar is in the installation, especially in the financing that makes it easy for the homeowner or business to convert to solar. The owner gets cheaper electric bills, the installer gets profit from the energy credits. The ceo said they were working with strong financial backers. Even if government solar subsidies run out, solar is getting cheap enough to make this a huge growth industry.
Which one?
:)
After these sellers are done it will get over 2 I bet, esp with a good pr.
.017 x .022?
1.5 billion revenue coming. Have a nice day
Have the shorts covered yet?
My take fwiw.
Company is for real. Product has a huge potential market. They have added influential board members. Cellairis will help sell a lot of product. Announcement tomorrow about another retail agreement. Bieber video campaign to start in 2 months. Cellairis marketing to start in 1 month. Personal injury attorneys and police know how to find if/when a driver was texting in relation to a collision. Product suite is far more than just anti-texting. Cellairis to acquire OPMG stock and distribute to franchisees. Bieber is for real, his manager's dad is one of the new board members. Corporate liability is potentially huge for distracted driving which will increase demand for product. No reverse split but would not be surprised if share count grows. CEO receptive to shareholder concerns. Apple iphone market being worked on but less potential than android. This could change if product demand grows. There may not be a rally this week unless the PR tomorrow is about a major retailer, but any sell off will be minor to get rid of longs who wanted quicker profits.
All imho.
If things go right most questions will be answered in the speech and the forward outlook will be as good as can be expected-
I bought a large position last week through Scottrade so I think it is a TDA problem with failures to deliver. Sucks for you when this rallies.
I doubt there would be high volume until after the call- although it would not be a surprise if there is a rush to buy in the last hour- the good point is no selling.
I will ask your question if is better than mine, not a prob.
I will be listening- and can ask a question if needed.
What is puregrowth?
Don't blow your wad too early or NITE will close it at .016.
What really good news could come out?
Aon will give a discount to its customers if they buy Phoneguard for all company vehicles?
Auto insurance companies also will discount for teen drivers with Phoneguard?
Phoneguard will be available in more countries, on more types of phones?
Aon will sponsor a series of ads featuring Justin Bieber?
Auto makers or dealers will offer it as an option?
Any thoughts?
If this type of post has been done for months here and everyone is burned out, sorry.
Regarding the dilution- if a company diluted from 200 million to a billion shares, wouldn't most stocks go subpenny? The fact it is 1 3/4 cents could be a good sign.
For public relations services, Emerging Growth Research, LLC has been compensated
with three million restricted shares, which are not eligible for sale until at least November
14, 2011.

What's the current bid/offer?
Exfo looks bullish compared to most optical stocks.
INFN had a lot of selling in the last half hour but still held up pretty well.
