I'm hesitating to buy more with the delta variant looming. If we go back into lockdown I don't see how company can survive. The movement will be stopped in its tracks and we all will scramble to collect scraps at under $10pps
yea. Dont think we will see these levels again. I loaded
99.99999999% discount from where we headed
Anyone watching L2 can clearly see CDEL stacking BS walls
Gobbled up another 170k shares. I see CDEL working overtime to get that price down. They love manipulation Friday to leave investors red over the weekend.. I'm not letting them shake me.
Same Zhang that's ceo of SV@D? Another angela collete custo. They just went current. Is there any links between the 2 companies?
Yup its Crank. I searched by SB not company so crnk came up
So its possible he used those shares for buyback? It clearly states that he was issued 32.5M shares in that 8k
Can someone clarify the share amount SB has. From the April 8K when he signed on he was issued 61% of OS which was 32,500,000 but the OS at the time was only 53M. So now since the OS is over 13B how many shares does he have? The same 32.5M or 61% of the current ~13B
Just slapped that 71 ask as well. With any other ticker I would never slap ask at the day high, but something about hpil seems so right. No regrets
Very realistic way of looking at it. EV and gaming division is icing on the cake. You either trust SB that he can get at least one area of business to fly, or you don't. It's that simple. I have seen nothing from SB as of yet to say that he is not working hard everyday. Guy seems like a genuine go-getter
Oh I was looking at L2 on TD..so maybe they haven't updated their status yet
Anyone know why there isn't any premarket data right now for svad? Its the only ticker with a 0 pps and showing -100%. Is it MMs adjusting their bid/ask or halt?
Pink current! Let's see some action

I think alternator-like technology could be used to extend the life of a battery by converting mechanical energy to electric.
EVs don't have alternators, they have converters that convert DC to DC electric energy. Gas cars have combustable gas as their energy.
We are not talking about perpetual "free" energy, but anything that can extend the range of a EV battery will be a huge moneymaker. So a device that is secondary to the ev battery, but works in unison with it
Must not be updated recently
Same. 2 million here. I didn't wanna wait to get the 0009s so I just slapped some more 001s. Seemed like the floor for months now. There has to be some news coming out about drilling and those darn results that have been in that Chinese University from before covid
Noone would let me buy. I would have bought at 0002 when the ask was there last week but anything more is to risky for me
CDEL is highly involved influencing the price. I saw it at 0001 and 0002 for days then they've been on the bid at 0003 and asking 0008. IMO to make it appear there is a market for this ticker. Then they could drop the bid to 0001 and have all the suckers who bought at over 0003 bag holding
Yes, there is a high probability in increasing range for an EV through our technology. All you have to do is find a way to increase range by 50-200 miles and the technology will be worth its weight in gold
Wen moon?
HPIL is a huge squeeze contender. Just saw that between 50-60% is being shorted. Insane
Those algorithms are no joke.. They put up huge ask walls yesterday and took them down instantly in time to create price fluctuations. I won't put up a 50M ask then take it down changing my mind in seconds
I was hoping those images were not the actual nft for auction. Something more realistic would be an artwork of the artist. Thanks for clarifying
Exactly my thoughts. Or simply to keep the price where its at with insermountable walls. Did you also notice how thin the ask was today and pps upper movement. I think CDEL bought some shares back today and added to the volume
Was notice given to Spain before the order. Such as listing the wreck in a Spanish newspaper or notifying a Spanish authority about the wreck found?
I'm not a lawyer, but pretty sure orders can be reversed if new evidence or appeals come to light. Or Spain really didn't believe that it was their wreck or knew from documents that treasure wasn't aboard that particular vessel
Buying an original NFT is an investment. Same as buying any other collectible, but a NFT is much more secure as it is a coded certificate of authenticity that cannot be duplicated like 3 dimensional collectibles, which can be forged and made in China a million times over.
My question is not so much the value of a NFT (we know there is value in collectibles by looking at early nft auction hammer prices) but the copyright behind the NFT. In this case photos for sale. I know you cannot sell these photos without permission from the owner, even as newly minted NFTs. So how in the actual fuck can they sell that monroe pic.
I'm inclined to think they are brokers for the pic for the Monroe estate, and would get a hefty commission once sold. Highly unlikely they outright own the pic. As it would most likely go for 7 or 8 figures.
Another possibility is that they bought the rights to make an original nft of it which imo would cost less than the hard copy of the original pic's worth, but still would be pricey.
I was confused about that "no further challenges" remark. I took that as challenged by the state or US but not by the Spanish govt. How was that judgement granted to Judd and under what circumstance? I assume Spain can appeal any previous verdict and get their stuff back.
Im sure this topic has been beaten to death on this site but I am new to sfrx. The US will allow Spain to take back any wreck since the US does not want other countries to lay claim to US ships that have been wrecked overseas. Pretty fair and simple. And being a history buff I believe Spain has every right to their history, as US does theirs
https://www.ncleg.gov/EnactedLegislation/Statutes/HTML/ByArticle/Chapter_121/Article_3.html
I read it thoroughly. There seems to be alot of red tape, but generally the way USA looks at these shipwrecks is "finders keepers". Which means they are more lenient than other countries in what salvagers can keep. That being said, they may allow pieces to be kept in museums or as donations but not sold to private parties.
The question of Spain wanting their booty back is another question. The feds will 100% grant Spain any treasure they seek as seen in the previous cases. Spain has not abandoned their ships
Can someone explain how they are able to mint these NFTs for auction. No way in hell they got permission from the Monroe estate for one of the most iconic photos of all time. Joplin as well. Spice Girls meh. I'm long and strong HPIL but don't get the process
Article 3 in the engineer corps salvage bylaws
From my research although FL cannot claim any treasure, the federal dept of history and culture has the right to take some or all treasure and has the right to assemble a crew to observe all salvage operations which will all be stated in the army engineer corps permit.
It can also be used for a major merger or acquisition
And now the 38M at 32 disappeared and changed to only 8M at 31. Those are not retail orders.
48M ask wall by CDEL at 32, it dropped to 38M without the volume changing. Too me it looks like heavy manipulation. That NFT auction can't come soon enough
Collecting is going into the digital space hardcore.. I just had a good friend, who is a professional dancer, sell his first video of him dancing as a NFT for $3,500 worth of ethereum. I see tons of art going for thousands.
I don't think the OTC has let the vision of HPIL sink in yet. This could be a trillion dollar industry. Instant gratification of winning your favorite artist's work. Its digital... safe, secure, and traceable for collecting purposes
Any big ballers here planning on bidding in the NFT auction? Sure would be sweet to acquire one of the first ever pieces by our company
Spot on. Excited about NFTs, art, history, crypto, auctions. HPIL is my new favorite ticker
