I bought many around .10 range, but not considering a sell for quite some time. Some would be happy with that return, but I have a higher sell point in mind.

I guess the same reason people sold @ .08 as well. In time, the sell side will thin out. Maybe those who bought in the 20's or below decided to take some profit.

Does anyone have access to patents owned by IQST or employees with IQST? Given we are basically funding a technology division, one would think their is an extensive list.

As a bull, this concerns me. For 2 consecutive years (2020/21 & 21/22, IQST won "Smart Appliance of The Year Award," Smart Tank and Smart Gas. Roughly 2-3 years later, no contracts or revenue to speak of? How does award winning technology not generate any contracts or revenue? Are their interested buyers in this technology? It's time to $hit or get off the pot.

I am growing tired of our mgmt teams performance regarding the stock price. They have done little or nothing to get this quickly turned around. All the fuckers would have to do is buy some shares. Do they not have confidence in their company at these prices? Pathetic.

Given what I would describe as a "quiet" period, it seems to me IQST is in bed with Apollo. We use to get bs news all the time, now nothing. Once Apollo gets all their discounted shares, how long do they have to hold, or can they sell immediately?

There is no money to be made in this market. The OTC is a shorters dream right now. Good news, even great news, is not driving price.

Another option which is happening with some frequency is a merger with a company already listed on the exchange.

Maybe not, but I fully expect vehicles to charge while being driven. There are too many moving parts not to generate energy. I see that as the next break through.

I'm not a fan of motorcycle or EV car business. I don't like the potential cost associated with recalls and lawsuits. In my mind the risk is much heavier than any benefit.

It seems to me the shorts have again used the letter to shareholders as a tool to comfortably short the stock, just my guess. I guess they figured there was nothing in the short term to drive up the price.

I wish we knew more about the offer for EV business. I for one am not excited about this part of our business. We'll have to sell a shitload of motorcycles to make any money. I may have supported selling EV business and seeing company do a stock buy back with funds.

Our management team believes we can qualify for NASDAQ organically, which means $2+ per share. If that is the case, IQST should be investing in their own stock. They will not get a better return in any of their business. Start buying shares and get the share price to fair value.
