OTCM has been brutally slow at removing CEs and seems like they have been making the process increasingly difficult. Same story across many CE tickers. Hoping fins and attorney letter are enough here.

It would be more concerning if plenty of other CEs were coming off while UNSS was not. However, this isn’t the case as there hasn’t been a CE removed in over a month. Issue appears to be on the OTCM side.

CE removal takes a ridiculously long time. Hasn’t been a CE removed in almost a month now. Not for the impatient investor. However, if anyone wants to sell me some more cheap shares it would be appreciated!

CEO is Frank Igwealdor who I’m a big fan of. Check out what he’s doing with NIHK for a good example of what is to come. GMPW as well (though the CE is yet to come off there). Quite excited to see what he has in store for this one. Holding long and buying dips

New to this one with a small position but have done a fair amount of DD recently and love the potential. Seems like we have some very knowledgeable longs here so wondering if anyone could answer these questions (I will obviously conduct my own supplemental DD on these as well):

1. With the A/S at 2.5 billion, is there any reason to believe we could see significant dilution in the future? Just curious if the A/S being this high is reason for concern. My initial thoughts are that this is not a concern as insiders hold a large amount of restricted shares.

2. Is the attorney letter the only remaining item needed for CE removal? Are all other filings now in order?

Appreciate any input that anyone can provide.

Only a matter of time before they run this one up. Doubt we see shares under .03 much longer. The weak and impatient shareholders have likely been shaken out at this point. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the last few sell out soon and take off from there. The weekly chart and accumulation line tell the story here. Hope you all stick around long enough to see the big run!

Can’t say for sure who it is but agree with you here, someone is loading up. Accumulation tells the story. Once all the impatient shareholders have sold right into the floor, this will break the wedge upwards on the weekly chart and take off to .07 as the chart indicates.

The accumulation can be seen on both the chart and L2. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I will be playing the chart and holding my shares for the breakout. Best of luck.

While I agree an update would be nice, you have to step back and think about a few things:

Why the silence? Is it because management doesn’t care? Or is it because they are waiting for federal legalization to move forward with their full business plan? Why did Brent Crouch, CFO of SGD Holdings, Ltd., become the Managing Member of C1B True Organics, LLC, and the License Holder for the Cannabis Retail Store property located at 601 Hwy. 85/87 Walsenburg, CO 81089 in April of 2021?

Why would there be no dilution for so long if they didn’t care about the future of the company? Why hasn’t Hicks sold? Why do insiders own 55.7 million shares? Is it because they know where this is going?

Who is accumulating all these shares? Check the chart, someone has been consistently loading up. Why? Is the lack of updates to allow others time to load cheap shares and lock the float?

With a float of only 57.7 million, how many shares are locked up by longs? What happens to the share price when the company does drop huge news?

All imo and points I have considered. As I’ve said before, this stock isn’t for the impatient. However, I believe those that are willing to accumulate at these levels will be rewarded greatly. Best of luck to all.

Accumulating at these levels and holding long. Let’s see what the share price is in June of 2022. Hard to find investments with a risk/reward as good as this.

Someone's been loading up this week and I highly doubt they're doing it for a quick flip. Zoom out a bit and take a look at the weekly chart. Look at the accumulation. With this share structure, the wedge break will be explosive. A lot of people won't stick around long enough to profit from it but patience will pay off:

Didn’t expect it to see low .02s again but I was happy to accumulate. Weak hands sold out for a loss. Now it’s just a waiting game to retest .07 and beyond.

News or not, with this share structure it’s only a matter of time. Accumulation line tells the story.
