Yea lol, I got lucky. Would be great if this was just a panic dump and not something more
Wild drop, just absolute carnage. Got some in the 5s, lets see if we can get a bounce
This stock trades so ugly
Yep, can run big if the company takes it easy on the tap
Yea, I have had that happen to me before too. That is why I said I don't know and it is impossible to know for sure.
I don't know for certain if that was the case, impossible to know in most cases. But I was just saying I believe that weird price action was likely the result of dilution or someone exiting a decent position, and always assume that's the case with an actively diluting stock.
Oh, ok. Not 100% certain it is an AON order.
Either way, I just assume it is either the company hiding dilution or a large holder trying to hide their exit. Especially since we've already seen an OS update with a decent float increase since the run started.
Those are due to All or None (AON) conditional orders.
When someone places an AON order, it doesn't show up on Level 2. People will use it to slightly undercut the ask so that they can get their shares out first without the person on the Ask realizing and lowering their own price. Also happens in reverse with people sitting with AON orders slightly above the listed bid.
Can also be done to hide size.
Yea, such a shame since the company looks so solid.
Yea, I posted about that when the price was still in the teens.
They just filed it with the SOS this morning, along with raising the AS to 3 billion. Won't show up on OTC Markets for a bit.

VERT is on the ASK, they are diluting through any buys that are coming in right now.
This is toast
God damn, Lazar custos love to R/S even with decent companies. Real shame
Watch out, also filed a 20:1 reverse split and raised the AS to 3 billion. They are wiping out current shareholders.
Looks like the company dumping has stopped for now. Looking for new highs
I know they are being slow with everything. But nowhere in that letter does it say they will revert changes made months ago, just that it would restrict future access. Nothing there to indicate they would do that.
I don't trust a word that comes out of this guy's mouth. Account was created less than three months ago and in that time I have noticed he has had a record of posting positive 'insights' about various tickers followed almost immediately by people dumping on the good news.
His name is even OTC Marketer lol. Don't think he's anything more than a flipper manipulating people on social media. Would take what he says with a grain of salt.
OTC Markets does not change or approve anything for the various company profile pages on their website. The only people who modify information on that page are Company employees/insiders who have access (could be the CEO, a tech person, etc), and once they have access to the page they can change what they want whenever they want.
The only thing about that page that OTC Markets manages is who gets access to modify the information there. And that involves showing that you have ownership/control of the underlying entity (TCRI in this case). This is what also needs to happen before filings and other documents can be uploaded by the controlling company/person to the entity's OTC Disclosure and News pages.
Who knows why the address was changed and Munaf was taken off. Could be a few different reasons. But it isn't 'OTC Markets' making updates. Was someone from the company who had access to the page.
Price action doesn’t help when bad news comes out after hours and the stock opens down 50%, like has happened for two consecutive tickers of his
People really trusting frank literally less than a week after the JPEX debacle? Good lord…
Their OTC Webpage had some updates last night, including updating the website to Air Freight's website
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LRSV/profile
Looks like a reverse merger with a pretty large freight company based on OTC Markets update.
Locations across the US and over 1000 verified reviews on TrustPilot, 5/5 stars

Yea, and it is still early in the day.
Who knows what is going on with the site/address change, and what the meaning is. But it makes sense that with the uncertainty lots of people would want to get out. Everyone is just sitting in the dark
Highest volume since jan
Getting clobbered today
This dude has been pumping emails and supposed correspondence with Ameriguard for the past several months and nothing to show for it. He’s probably the one who dumped close to 100k shares at the end of the day after this ‘update’.
I’ll believe it when I see that actual change on the SOS
Looking great here
$VAPR
Yea, that’s likely what happened if Alpharidge is a giant scam. This is the OTC, companies get scammed all the time and this is certainly not the first time a private company intending to merge into a shell ran into issues with the shell/custodian.
Lol no, this is an OTC pink ticker that wasn’t even current until September. He can do whatever he wants.
If this was an SEC filer it would be a different story. But there are no rules and OTC markets doesn’t give af what the CEOs do
I’m saying that I believe Frank and all his tickers are a giant scam. Name one ticker of his that has fully gone through a complete merger, start to finish. There isn’t one.
I don’t know if Veemost is a real company or not. But I can guarantee you that Frank and his buddies made plentttyyyy of money when they bought millions of shares of Jpex in trips and then sold up 300x when it was in the 3s and 4s. No completed merger needed, do that across his 40 or so other tickers and they’ve made out like bandits.
And this is a perfect ending to this ticker, because now they can claim plausible deniability that it wasn’t their fault. It was this hovendick guys fault, not franks, but this ticker is now washed so you’ve got no choice but to go to one of his other ones…
Have you considered the possibility that this outcome, or a similar result, was planned from the beginning with Frank, and he never intended to bring a legit high-class merger into this shell?
Seems to be too much of a coincidence for yet another one of his mergers/shells, and particularly his 'flagship' one, to have something go horribly wrong right before the endgame.
To be fair though, Frank did say that this merger and case was in God's hands, so I guess it wasn't really his fault...
Frank/Alpharidge tickers, likely the biggest and most comprehensive OTC scam of the past 5 years. Real shame, and OTC Markets couldn't care less
Trip 5 or 7 most likely
Looks like the merger has been effectively blocked.
This was exactly what I was worried about with Frank and his tickers. Sketchy, unprofessional business practices all around.
Sorry to all those who have lost money here
Mr. Hovendick's Preliminary Injunction application was to block the consummation of $JPEX merger with VeeMost. The court's grant of Mr. Hovendick's application today effectively blocks the merger. See item #1 on this application. pic.twitter.com/17Iz7Ez6hG

Very very nice
Great thanks
What’s going on here? Did something happen?
