If these statements can be put into a Hedge Fund's SEC filings, Under Oath and Under threat of Penalty for Perjury, then, just Then, I might consider believing.
Curious, which do you think is worst for shorts?
Glad NWBO is not Pink. OTCQB Venture.
Not relevant... at all. Nobody in their right mind makes a investment decision on a 10 year chart.
ILT, some people just want a PR roadmap so they know when to place their 'short the news' orders.
A 'quiet period' on 4-day windows should worry bears more than dogs chasing them up a tree... which is funny, as bears show their true cowardly colors when a tiny dog bark puts them in fear for their life.
Trust is the willingness of one party (the trustor=shareholders) to become vulnerable to another party (the trustee=NWBO) on the presumption that the trustee will act in ways that benefit the trustor. In addition, the trustor does not have control over the actions of the trustee.
As the trustor is uncertain about the outcome of the trustee's actions, the trustor can only develop and evaluate expectations. Such expectations are formed with a view to the motivations of the trustee, dependent on their characteristics, the situation, and their interaction. The uncertainty stems from the risk of failure or harm to the trustor if the trustee does not behave as desired.
The term "confidence" is more appropriate for a belief in the competence of the other party. A failure in trust may be forgiven more easily if it is interpreted as a failure of competence rather than a lack of benevolence or honesty.

LOL.. I know of one confounded shareholder. LOL
It's confounding some people don't accept the confounded argument.
Maybe some should show a happy face... look at the bright side... Dr. Liau's 10 minutes STILL qualified for CME... the ramifications for a 'confounded failed trial' getting CME is just frankly amazing!!
Shareholders should be just full of JOY and HAPPINESS, our financial dreams are about to come true... perhaps at the expense of some who already sold before owning.
Google Finance chart...5 year

(CME) Continuing Medical Education.
CME is the abbreviation for Continuing Medical Education and consists of educational activities which serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance and relationships that a physician uses to provide services for patients, the public, or the profession.
In contrast, the ASCO industry experts was not. This CME designation adds to legitimacy.
Hope, hey, it is Plenary on closing day, CME and the PI in the US... who knows what else might develop before then ???
I expected this.
Dr. Liau Plenary is CME too boot !
I don't explect much new data however, but this bodes well that the PI is presenting survival data at the Big SNO Show !!
Dr. Liau Plenary V SNO 2022 !!

2018 NICE says this re: DCVAX-L cost-effectiveness
"Economic analysis The reference case stipulates that the cost effectiveness of treatments should be expressed in terms of incremental cost per quality-adjusted life year.
The reference case stipulates that the time horizon for estimating clinical and cost effectiveness should be sufficiently long to reflect any differences in costs or outcomes between the technologies being compared.
Costs will be considered from an NHS and Personal Social Services perspective."

I see the "cost per QALY" as being important, given good 5 year survival data. 200K/5 years is cheaper than generic SOC. IMHO.
I don't know what you are talking about.
At 150-200K per patient, they would keep it.
Golden Egg, Cash Cow, DCCURE... so many names...
You suggest a buyout.. who would do that with a failed trial ?? Nobody.
The pre-May 10th $2 was on simple anticipation/covering that good TLD would be release... imagine an actual buyout or MAA approval... $30 or more with some Orange Juice !!!
NO. Not with you.
Yup. Seeking "total victory" in a 'special military operation'...Hopefully the Russian people, 99.5% are wonderful, see through the BS that has been on RT.
Drinking "Stars Coffee" should be a clue.
Branster, I think his is why we hear lots of $5, $10,15$ price targets for NWBO... market cap wise, NVCR is about 8B now... at a high roughly, call it 20B, that makes NWBO $6/$16...given share count.
Now, 5 years from now... wow... how many other trial readouts can we be seeing... Combos/Non-Operable/Breast/Lung/PIP
AND, what can Flaskworks do as a licensed tech ??
Endless...
Wait, I kill rats and mice with poison, on purpose. Now they are being saved ??
That was cherry picked, dredged and confounding.
