Still low market cap with great share structure. With the new CEOs pharma background, I'm excited to see where this one goes!
Plenty of room to run. Many market caps hit 50-100 mil minimum very easily. Especially with structures like this...which means at some point (I don't make timeline estimates), this will likely 5-10x from here easily.
I'll wait. Not even pink yet. Waiting for OTC markets to update status.

The strength LEAS has shown while being yield still, has been amazing.

It has received WAY less volume than most tickers that are popular, and yet has been breaking new highs over and over.

Market cap still very low. Tons of room to run. New CEO spent 110k of his money to clean up the debt and take over...I'll wait.

Not sure if you're upset that certain people are on this?? There will always be pumpers. It doesn't take away from the fact there's money to be made here. People will have to take an entry and exit where THEY personally feel comfortable with...just like with any stock pick...

I waited this long, I'll hold. No reason OTC markets hasn't made this yield.

I usually cut positions off quickly. But I'm not feeling that with this one. Not worth it to me. Rather play it out. Upside too big, imho.

It more than doubled/tripled on a filing..then doubled again. Good strength.

There's people posting proof on twitter about the very little info needed to become pink limited and yield, and this has qualified for days now. OTC markets is the one that needs to step it up...

I do believe we see filings extremely soon. Keeping my eyes peeled.

There was a countdown in Paranotek's tweets. At one point it said, "7,6,5"...and a few days ago we were at "4"...I won't be shocked at all if we see filings drop this week. They have access, so it could be any moment now.

This is actually false. You can see for yourself that Paranotek has kept folks updated on their Twitter account for the past several years.

They didn't go dark....
And yes, Twitter counts, as you can see investors commenting along the journey...

Mick has been showing work behind the scenes.

It takes certain steps that can't be rushed. Time to make partnerships, have meetings, paperwork, presentations/events, etc. So much I could say...

Actually, just a little digging would show you that this question has been asked already regarding ASTA's standing with the restrictions coming up.

More than once source has showed proof of email correspondence with a Schwab Representative, which shows ASTA is in good standing.

Also keep in mind that even if TD does end up putting a restriction with sell only mode, other brokerages can still buy. And traders will want the discount!

If you are a long holder, time a good entry and have patience. Don't throw away a good entry and risk having to buy in higher (imho).

Compared to many tickers, this one is actually not talked about much yet on Twitter and discords....

This peaks my interest. In for a significant amount of shares.

Jealous they snagged some that low. Wish I had more liquidity for that dip.

Someone had just bought like 100k shares at 7¢ earlier that day....so the dip was kinda silly. People have been tightly holding overall.

OTC update with Betty added on Board of Directors.

She was on the board as well with her last deal.

Ball is still rolling behind the scenes. 8k can drop any day now....Can't wait!

This info is not up to date. Respectfully, this type of spreading of speculation can cause inaccurate ideas about the new direction.

Let's wait for the official 8k or word from Betty. We don't want people getting the wrong ideas about what's coming.

The truth is, there's no new official info yet about the new merger.

We will find out the truth soon. Patience:)

She was the president/CEO. I don't know all the details since it happened years ago. But you can see documentation that she was in control and helped work out the deal.

Even if this ends up being a small fraction of the type of deal as before....that's major profits on this share structure...

Betty is someone who we anticipate will bring actual value here. Not some "pipe dream" "dime a dozen" type garbage.

We know Betty will bring in something good. This shell is sweet.

I'm excited because I think we see something higher quality here.

Honestly, with how crazy overloaded the OTC markets system is, I wouldn't start getting concerned until after like at least a couple weeks, if not more. Only because SO many tickers are flooding the system with needed updates.

I think this has shown a lot of strength considering how so many other tickers are nosediving or behaving erratically.

The potential here is too big for me to sell out of impatience or fear. Unless there's legimate major red flags and bad news, I'll be hanging on til fall/winter. Summers tend to suck in the OTC. Lots of panic this season too cause of SEC.

We can see the officers on otc markets and updated filings. It shows Miguel, AND the updated address on otc markets is same as Gold Quest.

The NEWS is pushed, not the merger itself. We can literally see the filings and updated contact info and officers on otc markets showing Miguel.
The new address literally is the same address for Gold Quest...
