Everything is good to go, but the notes section. I’ve been saying this since 14 Oct. I can’t find anything wrong with what was submitted other than this section. Just my opinion. I’m sure the company is trying to rectify the annual. OTCM got a mouth full from the last PR.

$FRMA is the first company similarly situated as $ASTA to get off the EM list.

Both had OTCIQ access, verified profile prior to 9/28. $ASTA annuals uploaded on 9/26 9/27 - $FRMA 9/28.

$FRMA went from EM to Pink Limited today--up 7,172% this morning.

I shall wait patiently.

If you are Canadian and can/want to purchase while we wait for Pink Limited upgrade--you may need to up limit order (not sure)

Volume at this level has come to a standstill. If you put in 0.02 it will grab whatever is available at the lowest price possible.

Interesting to me that it hit at 0.0064.

The last bid/ask published was 0.0064/0.014. If we do get to Pink Limited soon…likely we jump back into that 0.015+ range fairly quickly. If we do, obviously those who are able to buy now will look pretty smart.
