Translation...
W2's scam on investors has been played out so long that the next step is to act as if the company will lure another firm to buy into thier worthless PR. Playing on peoples hopes that another company will buy them out is the same strategy that worthless dot-coms rode out when they had nothing but worthless business plans.
Once again W2 puts out a scam PR about what they intend to do. How about actually doing something. Wasn't it about two years ago that this scam was putting out bids on their potential future GTLs?
What was the headline? "W2 Energy currently has approximately USD$1.7 Billion in production requests for their diesel product."
Yeah right, what a joke.
Now they expect the price of their scam stock to go up because they are potentially going to woo another potential company to potentially join them in the scam. I hear the bomb whistle growing louder and louder.
Its always been a scam. Nothing real has ever come of it. Every PR has been about what they intend to do or that they have contacted some outfit to possibly study a potential plan. Nothing is real. If not that then the PR is about postponing a filing or changing the "company's" strategy.
Another plan.
I guess the WWEN investors will be pleased to see that WWEN is pleased to anounce their plans to begin development on another facet of their scam.
Ronald McDonald threw his followers a bone and I'm guessing that an update to this should follow in a few short months. Let me guess, sometime in mid-August another PR will come out stating "WWEN is currently moving forward with its previously announced plans to develop Bio-Butanol."
I guess their planned development of their rotary engine didn't have enough staying power to keep people interested and prevent individuals from dumping the stock.
So tell me, in seeking joint venture partners, how many people took the tour of their production processes? And how about that Drexel research? And how about their filing status? And what about the acquisition of "synergistic" clean coal technology?
Nothing.
But they now have a plan to develop Bio Butanol so everything is just wonderful.
There's not been any action on this for years. I just come back every so often to get some laughs at posts from individuals that have been drinking the WWEN flavored Kool-Aid.
You seem a bit testy that you bought into this scam.
Wow.
This company is really going to the moon isn't it?
Suckers.
THRU??
"This system was acquired thru the purchase of World Wise Technologies in December of 2004."
Even the informality of their PRs make me laugh.
What, do they have a 13 year old girl writing their PRs from the thumbpad of a cell phone?
What a joke and scam of a company, FoShizzle.
News News News News News News ,
I should work for this company and suck up some of your investment dollars since I can easily write the next PR statement to be issued by McLaren the huckster. Sadly, many of you "investors" will be duped into dumping more money into this scam after getting the next PR statement similar to the following example. I can predict that the next PR out of this scam will say absolutely zero.
News News News
W2 has recently filed an extension to provide information that has been anticipated in the near future to analyze the current situation to consider other filing options that would be in the best interest of all W2 interests and shareholders. These new filing options can be expected to be completed in the near future.
As for the construction of the commercial plant, reactor design review is ongoing and all options are being considered for potential plant design to develop the new technology into viable product streams to provide all future customers their proposed orders. Many financing options have been proposed among various select European investors into the technology for both end product and plant construction for these operations. Ongoing negotiations are necessary for such important decisions and W2 has had to selectively cull potential financial opportunities for the best option to fulfill our long tem and immediate goals.
Besides financing options, W2 has also been very active in negotiating partnering opportunities among many of the largest players in the energy industry. High level meeting have been scheduled to provide potential end-game alliances to provide customers with the most synergistic relationship appeal.
The technology available to W2 allows the company to take positive moves in a forward direction which includes all existing and potentially patented application processes. Compiling existing technology and applying innovation to such is providing W2 the opportunity to reach the sustainability and longevity that will meet the requirements of the existing and future business model according to Mr. Michael McLaren.
Mike McClaren
The guy who's been scamming you by taking your money.
Dolt. I see that some people do serious deep research before dumping money in this garbage.
How many of you guys chalk your WWEN "Investments" up to learning experiences?
Once again W2 and McClaren have you guys hooked line and sinkered.
"W2 has started to schedule..."
yeah, that sounds just like "W2 has just completed the application process..."
Who puts out PR to say that they have begun to schedule appointments to view their tech rather than PR to say that demonstrations are going to happen?
Answer: A scam company.
You have to give it to McClaren for knowing how to put your chains. A couple months of no news and then a false bone for you guys to dump more money into his pocket.
Unbelievable.
Application completed.
Gee,
When have I heard this before? Once again, W2 has put out another groundbreaking PR report to let everyone know that they have competed another application for funding.
Wow. Breaking news there.
How about some PR indicating that they received financial backing?
Oh, If anyone is interested in investing in my 8 year old nephews lemonade stand let me know, he just applied for a diner's club card to get it up and running. I figure that W2 investors would be the best crowd to ask about buying into such a great business opp.
What?
You people can't stand it when individuals call out this scam and reveal it for what it is. If you don't agree with their posts and their not on board with your pumping up of this worthless scam, you want those posters banned.
You might as well be paid by this rediculous outfit or be working for babybulls.com considering the way some of you go on over this crap stock.
What Drexel documents are you referring to. The only thing I have seen has been the report from drexel which states that two grants had been rgiven regarding Hydrogen production. One from the Florida Institute of Phosphate Research and entitled, and the second from "W2 Company". The combined budget for the grants was $360K.
For one thing, W2 or any other scam could have ponied up 100 bucks to give some credibility to McLaren's scam. For another, even if the scam had put up the full $360 thousand and it wasn't combined with other research, that amount is not going to go very far other than a sky-high level, general research report.
This "company" is a joke and McLaren is a huckster.
Excerpts from Mark Solis the fearless "Chief Scientist" of this scam. http://www.sciforums.com/-t-31767.html
Even I was sceptical that this was the same Mark Solis that "works" for W2 however various pumpers confirmed this by calling and emailing this yahoo/idiot in the past.
. . . (9) Around the first week of November 2004, I was downtown in front of the library, when a felt-tip .177 dart hit me on the back of my neck, right on the spine. It felt like a spit-wad. I looked to see where it came from, and there was a geeky-looking guy closing up a large, wrinkled paper bag, but it had the shape of a dart pistol with what is called a "pop suppressor" (essentially a silencer for BB guns) apparently inside it. The dart was lying on the pavement near me. The "geek" tried to look non-chalant, and walked off into the alley.
Two months later I was in the VA hospital with severe congestive heart failure and sepsis. I was days away from toxemia and death.
I've recovered, sort of...but my cardiac efficiency is continuing to decline.
Meantime, I live entirely on food stamps and the good graces of my elderly white landlady in a high-crime black neighborhood. I have a .22 bullet hole in the front of the house from a recent "problem" with one of the local gang-bangers. Drug dealers, burglars, and car thieves abound. Shots ring out in the area most days of the week.
I have no phone, and have to walk to a distant public library to use a computer.
I'm effectively cut off from emergency services. If I have a "cardiac event," or some gang-bangers decide to come in on me in the middle of the night, I'M DEAD.
Now tell me that all this doesn't just coincidentally happen to please the hell out of SOMEBODY in Ottowa...
...considering who I pissed off with that report...namely CSIS and the US DIA (the good ol' DIA---now THERE are some dark bastards)....
Yours truly,
Mark A. Solis
...The apparent purpose was to take ME down without necessarily hitting me directly (as I was a little too high profile at the time).
Things have changed now, however. This CHF episode would suggest that I am now considered sufficiently vulnerable to be "taken out" directly.
I have to watch my back 24/7/365....
I received an E-mail a week or so back that warned me that I am being watched.
..."life in the Mark Solis lane"...
...in other words, WELCOME TO HELL.
Yours truly,
Mark A. Solis
your_neighbor_2000@yahoo.com
OK you caught me.
I'm part of a big bad scheme to make money shorting this stock. Yeah. A big plot to short a volatile 6 cent pink sheet stock. Whatever.
Face it. the company is a scam, and no, I don't have to worry about the W2 sueing me for commercial disparagment. Read Picker Int'l v. Leavitt, 865 F.Supp. 951, 964 (D.Mass.1994). The same is true for Matteroftime if he wanted to sue W2. Under the american rule the defendant pays his own legal fees, not unless it was deemed to be a frivolous lawsuit. Considering the standard of proof necessary and based on this companies actions, such an action would never be considered to be frivolous and wouldn't even meet the standards for a summary judgment.
Give it up.
This or next month!?!?!?!
Are you kidding? I hope you didn't buy this on that information. Patents? Yeah, they have a patent for a modification on a rotary engine. WooHoo!!
Hah Hah Hah!!!!
As I've always said, this company is a pure scam!!!
So when Ronald McDonald was telling all of you pumpers that they were in a quiet period because of their filings he was telling you another one of his lies.
Waiting, Waiting, and waiting for them to break out of their SEC imposed quiet period. Whatever.
How many of you "investors" got suckered into buying more of this garbage on this news. You could put this stock to better use by using it as insulation or wallpaper.
Oh wait.... It's going to .25... oooh ooooh
Awww. No it's not.
The only one with a clue here is matteroftime.
You're the anchors all right.
Anchors of a sinking ship.
Hows the W2 scam going?
Oh that's right.
Just keep in mind that there's strong support at zero. The histogram triangular candlestick told me so.
Wow Big Mur..
Sounds like you're getting a little testy.
I guess losing money has that effect on you pumpers. When you can't respond intelligently, your responses are "Go away basher"
"This poster is just a basher"
That poster is just a shorter"
Let me suggest why they are not posting any news...
There is none. The company is a fraud. How many CEOs blame their stock performance on short positions?
And what ever happened to all the pumpers belief on this board in the so called "Chief Scientist" mark Solis on this board? Nobody ever did answer my question regarding how there is any connection between this scam operation and that crackpot.
Let me guess, your repsonses will be...
"Go away basher/shorter," or some other adolescent attack.
Just like a pure scam!
They pay for a service to pump press releases out for them.
You think babybulls.com is a reputable source for information?!?!?!
Quiet period my ass.
Just like its a quiet period when asked about what patents they have.
"Oh, (whine) but some other company (whine) wants to take over our technology. (whine)"
So that prevents Ronald McDonald from saying what patents have been approved?
I forgot, they own a patent on a modification to a rotary engine. That's it. What a joke. And you pumpers have dumped thousands into this scam. You deserve it.
Hey Big Mur
Do you still wonder why I questioned if this guy really is the chief research scientist of W2?
Even though this company is a scam, I can't believe that a scam would use this guy for any PR, which is why I still can't figure out what got the pumpers on this board to start beleiving that this guy was connected to the comapny.
Was it because he had a web site in which he rambled on about plasma? If that's it, you pumpers need to do a bit more research. This guy is a crackpot. He believes in antigravity, perpetual motion machines, and he thinks that Men-in-Black are out to get him.
So a pumper from this board e-mails him and asks him his connection to psuedo-energy company. What do you think he's going to write back. Of course he's connected to it.
I get a laugh out of all the pumpers on this board have been belittling others who question this guy, while ranting and raving about this guys scientific knowledge. You pumpers act like you have done so much research on this company and know so much about it.
I started reading this board to find out about this company when I first heard about it and get some more information. I decided that it was a scam but I have continued to follow it after the reading many of the pumpers responses to other fellow investors looking for the same insightful information I originally was in search of. The pumpers on this board have been so arrogant, condescending, egotistical, and overconfident that I want to see their reactions and justifications when this company tanks. The pumpers on here deserve to lose their money on this scam.
I say it bottoms out at .00
According to them, a lack of pumpers is a good sign. It indicates that the price is going to go back up.
Hmmm...
" I did my DD, now do yours!"
Are you idiots in gradeschool?
Even if you think that I, or a few others on this board are bashers, there are possibly hundreds of others coming to this board, reading and not posting. And since they're reading the various posts their likely interested in putting their money into emerging alt energy.
Yet your responses to questions are, "I did my due diligence, I spent my hard earned time, now you have to do yours?"
Give me a break. It tells me and anyone else reading one of your posts that there are no answers to the questions posed. Let me guess, the next reponse is that you don't want to waste your time posting whats already been written. Yeah right; you'd rather spend time writing lenghthy posts of personal insults and attacks about someone's age or for instance, or their motives for asking questions, or analyzing the effects of "bashers."
On another note, where is it that anything is said, even in W2's fluff campaign PRs, that this Mark Solis guy of Shreveport, LA is there chief research scientist. As I'm sure you might know, I believe this whole W2 thing is a scam but even if it's not, and this guy is part of this company I'd be even more scared for my money. The guy is full of ramblings believing in anti-gravity and perpetual motion machines. OH MY GOD! And someone previously posted that if what this guy was saying wasn't true, other scientists would be calling from the rooftops discrediting him.
Uhh yeah. They already did. His name was Newton with the 1st and 2nd law of thermodynamics and Einstein with the conservation of energy.
You might want to ask if he goes by the psuedonym "Americano" on the iHub website. The way Americano blindly believes in this stock leads me to believe that he and the scam artist are one and the same.
W2 Energy Inc. Signs Financial Engagement Letter With ABB
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/051107/89270.html
Since many of you treat the relationship with Drexel as if its breaking news, I figured I'd post another old headline which should get many of you all excited.
You can start praising and thanking me now for my "DD."
This company is a scam. it always has been. Ronald McDonald the CEO can donate $1000 bucks, piggybacked on some other project, and have his company name added to the PR.
As for calling Drexel, if you call and ask them about research they are doing with Debbie's Dance Studio Inc., their not going to give you any info.
Your chief project scientist believes in perpetual motion machines?!?!?!?! Oh my God.
"...What many have failed to realize is that the
mutual field interaction which causes this to happen is in fact the infamous "Newman Effect."
"The upshot is that the rotor magnet can be made to perform
"external work"---to the consternation of many physicists who, at least in this author's opinion, perhaps do not understand their EM physics as well as they should."
You have got to be kidding me. Good luck with your investments however. HAH HAH HAH HAH
You have no concept of sarcasm do you jabber?
Cosider what the price of the stock was at the time that was posted.
I'd love to know how much you and others have dumped into this scam. Are you willing to post it or are you nervous of being ridiculed at how stupid an "investment" this was?
Look Out! Message from a basher!
I just passed the application process for a house I'm building. I have some european guys that have put in request to me to buy it for $2 Billion once its complete. Would anyone care to invest in this with me?
Oh, and I also have some Nigerian banker that wants to share the funds of an account that just turned up in one of their audits.
And I'm considering investing in WWEN.
Something seems similar about each of these however. What could it be?
This is a pure scam.
Let me guess... I'm a basher or shorter like some voodoo boogeyman to you WWEN suporters. Now that its up tick I'm trying to knock it down. Yet yesterday I would have been one because it was down. Why don't you consider that this stock is a scam and answer on this board some of the questions posed by other posters yesterday?
This message should last about 10 minutes before its taken off by the biased board moderators and complaining supporters sucha as Yoda who fear posters questioning the legitimacy of this company.
"Most likely I bet someone who had a few million from .04 or less."
Yeah,
That guy that got in at less than .04 would have hated to have gotten out at .15 or above.
Looks like strong support at .12
Great buying opportunity here!!!!
My 5 minute chart tells me that this is going through the roof!!!!!
Boooyahhh Baby!
This company has...
1.7 Billion in Production Requests for product
Issues...
Letters of Intent to build in New Zealand
Writes...
"Memorandums of Understanding" to contractors to build plants
Give me a break. I love how they put these expressions in parenthesis as if they're snickering to themselves as they write them. Can anyone say scam.
Oh, let me complete your next post for all of you.
"Ebola's just a basher." "Ebola's just a shorter."
Sorry. I just find it interesting to read your posts of how ou justify this scam as a real company.
Pure Scam
BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suckers
Great buying opp. now!!
This is awesome. Great news coming any day now.
My charts show strong support at .00
Q. Why would you short?
A. You don't.
Posters on this board argue that the short positions are the reasons for all the trouble and downward movement, failing to consider that this is a pure gamble at best.
You don't short a .10 cent pink sheet stock. You short companies like BP ealier this week and airline stocks yesterday and when you pick up a point or two you get out fast. There are no short positions in this stock and for the CEO of this company to have stated that this is the reason for downward movement on the price of his stock shows even more inexperience and adds more evidence to the idea that this company is a pure scam playing on speculators interest in alternative energy.
So.... He's into making fuel from garbage.
But he wants to build 300HP engines....
Ummm, and the expense to do these things is what? Oh, it doesn't matter, he's got day traders dumping their money into his hobby under the understanding that its a real company.
Who is going to finance the alternative fuel development when he's sidetracked by some rotary engine development?
Listening to you guys mentally masturbate over this stock is giving me a sure lesson in how not to trade. this Company has nothing and is ridin off the interest in green tech at the moment. You sound exactly like everyone during the .com phase. They might have something here but you all are speculating on this CEOs few PRs and short interview. He doesn't give the names or backgrounds of any other employees of his and the website is a template you can modify for 61 bucks. See

Hello,
I've been following this stock for about three weeks now and was hoping to find out more info from others who have been doing so for a much longer period.
I haven't jumped into the latest/current wave of interest in this stock, somewhat to my dismay, but I guess you catch some and lose some.
Because many of the the people posting here indicate that they have conducted their own due diligence and suggest others to do the same, I'm wondering what many have of you have used for research other than the latest press releases and the company's website.
If any of you can answer these questions I would be greatly appreciative since I am very interested in alternative energy investments.
Who are the directors of this company? Their web site indicates that they have a team of seasoned management. OK, so who are they and what is their background? The only one I know of is Michael McLaren, the CEO who gave an interview the other day on MN1.com.
In various press releases, they note that W2 Energy currently has approximately US$1.7B in production requests for their diesel product. By who?
In regards to the numerous gas to liquids plants they intend to build, what is the cost of these plants. Just recently rentech inc. has stated their intentions of constructing a coal to liquids plant with a production capacity of 10,000 to 30,000 barrels per day requiring an investment of $800 million to $1.5 billion. This based on a Fischer-Tropsch carbon based catalyst method. So what kind of investment would W2 Energy require?
I’m also a bit skeptical on the catalyst method they use. Can somebody else explain this a bit better than merely a high temperature plasma catalyst as described in their web site or recent reports? I want to believe in these types of companies and am willing to risk a little but the lack of info provided in their flash heavy website makes me a bit nervous.
Since many of you have posted that you have conducted a lot of research and DD I was hoping that some of you might be able to answer these questions.
Thanks
