Man, I needed a laugh, and that was a good one:) Thanks.
What about the buyback and Mr. Woo?tia
Prisoner, my concern to the IR was, The company should not put out statements such as "We will be announcing DRASTIC measures on the 22nd", only to fall flat on their face. Nothing worse than a bunch of misleading statements to kill a stock. In my opinion, this was intentional. I just wish I knew why...
As of yesterday, he has not even had a conversation with the new IR. In fact anyone who calls them, will get a very bleak outlook. There is a reason they brought this back down. Problem is, we do not know why...
If you dumped, then move on. Oh wait, you're trying to buy back in;)
I am guessing some others called the new IR and heard what I heard, and that is that they have not even spoken to Mr. Saner about what he may have to pr... Then they wanted to know what my position was in the company.. I told them I was long. Then the guy with a (middle eastern accent) said, "no, no, I mean how many shares do you own?" I told him none of his business. "No problem, no problem, we just like to gather information on our investors." Very, very, disappointed with that phone call. Wish I would have made it yesterday, before some others did. I still own a position, but not very happy about the crap answers from the less than professional IR firm. Maybe FFGO is letting HGLC know they mean business about following through. Sometimes I forget that I am invested into pennies. Don't love them, trade them. gltua
What is the 25th?tia
If we could all be as smart as you.rotflmboay
If you're looking for attention, look somewhere else as I have to waste an iggy on you as you bring nothing to this or any of the other boards you spam;)
No reverse stock split here. Read the last pr.
I think trading the pinks is the only way to go. Not very many worth holding. I do however think you may have miss calculated on this one. I think .004 will be history next week.glty
Sorry you flipped, but you will not buy back in those prices in my opinion. You made a 100%, maybe you should take your money and run:) Looking back to see how much higher it will go will only cause you heartache. glty
SEC bans short-selling
Perfect time for a run.
NEWS!eom
That would be a good flip larry. Nice job.
exercise price of .20. Did you forget to mention that?
Theirs.eom
Don't forget this:
GLCC
"These ads will shortly begin to air on Bloomberg, ESPN, CNN, Fox News, and Bravo to name a few networks."
It is Labor day weekend in the states, so not many around the boards. This actually does not need news to continue upward, just more insider buying. Although if they couple it with news, then I am looking for .05+ this week.glta
Congrats "EY"

Phrotz, what are the pro's vs. con's on a hangman vs. hammer?tia
Where is the red candle? Hope you did not flip:)
I wonder why the bid size is 41248 for both HGLC and FFGO? Seems like an odd number...
This will seem a little crazy, but put xchc.ob on your watchlist.
King, you look like a disgruntled employee of NNRF or is it NNRI, or is it VYSO, or is it NuCon-rf, or is it etc. etc. etc... rotflmbo at you!
From an Update on Global Matrechs website:
• NNRF, Inc.
NNRF (formally Nucon-RF) had placed their first order with the Company, which was announce in November 2007. They never took delivery of the product nor have they performed based on our agreement and therefore the Company has cancelled its agreement. with NNRF, Inc. The Company believes that there is a non-compete with NNRF and is in the process of examining is options with regard to NNRF..
Global Matrechs, Inc. and Eurotech Ltd. have spent a significant amount of money over the years regarding the testing NuCap™. This process takes considerable time and is a very costly one to get final approval from government approved
laboratories. The Company believes NuCap™ is the only type of silicon-based geocomposite radiation resistant product that can encapsulate nuclear waste that government projects in the western world would use given the requirement of this type of
encapsulation because of the approval from these government laboratories. Any company that does not indicate who is manufacturing their product or where the product has been tested or is able to produce such documents will not be able to compete in this marketplace.
I don't trust the russians when it comes to taking over companies for their interest.
Compare the AS and the OS to the times you are referring to. Compare apples to apples. I think this will go higher than .03 due to the demand, but .03 is a pretty nice return.
I was partial to "newcon".
What do you mean?
You said before that it would not drop below .004
Maybe you should not give investment advice.
I hope so.eom
Good call genius!
After reading that document signed off of by a Todd Sinclair, one would be under the assumption that NuCap was a wonderful product that had been fully tested and reported nothing but success. Surely Todd is not so stupid that he would make mention of all of these projects with the use of NuCap in mind with not actually testing an application would he? I wonder what the real reason behind the switching of NuCap to RadSeal. Has anyone found any mention of RadSeal and it's successful testing? Anywhere? Why wouldn't the company provide that information for all to see???
This was in the Sept.25th, 2007 10SB12G/A for NNRF, Inc. It was signed off on Sept. 24th, 2007 by Todd Sinclair, not Richard Wall.
NNRF intends to apply a technology known as NuCap™ at Chernobyl. NNRF has licensed NuCap™ from Global Matrechs. NuCap™ is a highly radiation resistant silicon geo-polymer material for encapsulation of radioactive wastes. NuCap™ is highly resistant to radiation and corrosion and has been engineered to resolve the tasks of the nuclear waste industry that cannot be solved reliably and economically by currently available technologies in encapsulation of nuclear and hazardous wastes. NuCap™ applications range from on-site stabilization, design and development, containment and encapsulation, to transportation and final storage and disposal. NuCap™ can also assist in resolving the special challenges faced by operating reactors in nuclear power plants and research facilities.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NuCap™ has been tested at Chernobyl (where there is an estimated 45 tons of radioactive dust at Reactor 4) since 2000 and these tests have conclusively proven that NuCap™ is durable under the most extreme environmental conditions and is proven to be resistant to radioactive, environmental and corrosive conditions. NuCap™ has also been proven to provide excellent encapsulation qualities for final disposal in addition to the present task of radioactive dust suppression. Dow Corning will manufacture the NuCap™ material for NNRF through the projected contract end date of 2009-11.
NNRF recently completed procedures for the import of NuCapTM into the RF under the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature (FEACN), and has received a classification from the Russian Customs Ministry. In addition, on February 27, 2007, the Administration of Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare in the RF certified NuCapTM for dust suppression and encapsulation on remedial work on energy objects.
During the certification process, NNRF prepared a full description of the NuCapTM products in Russian language specification sheets including complete information on: (i) material; (ii) equipment; (iii) instructions on use; and (iv) disposal solution after use.
NNRF has assembled a working group assigned to the marketing of NuCapTM. This group has identified multiple uses and applications for NuCapTM in conjunction with decommissioning, shielding and disposal issues with various Russian agencies and has been conducting meetings with various users during the import and certification processes. To this end, NNRF has signed an agreement with the Department of Nuclear Sites Decommissioning of the Federal Agency of Nuclear Energy of the Russian Federation to supply nuclear safety technologies, products and equipment for Russian and G-7 and G-8 funded nuclear waste decontamination projects, including Andreyeva Bay, Sayda Bay and the ship LEPSE in Murmansk Harbor, Greminhka Bay.
The decontamination of Andreyeva Bay, Building No. 5, a highly contaminated former radioactive waste storage site undergoing decommissioning, is a high priority for the government. Andreyeva Bay contains extremely high levels of radioactive dust that prevent further disposal of more than 150,000 tons of radioactive construction materials, 1.5 million tons of associated metals, and thousands of tons of solid and liquid radioactive waste. Much of this material comes from spent nuclear fuel assemblies of decommissioned Soviet-era nuclear powered submarines. (See www.nti.org/e_research/e3_43a.html ).
In decontaminating Building No. 5, NuCapTM will be used for the containment of radioactive dust, radioactive sludge, broken fuel assembly elements and highly radioactive fuel pieces, and for general containment of radioactive floors and walls. This containment, once complete, will increase the safety for construction personnel to enter a contaminated building to perform decontamination projects.
NNRF is in discussions with the following organizations regarding the use of NuCapTM on various projects:
· The Federal Agency of Nuclear Energy of Russia
· The Dismantling Department of the Federal Agency of Nuclear Energy
· The State Concern -- Rosenergoatom
· The Mining and Chemical Combine ("MCC") of Zheleznogorsk -- nuclear waste disposal and remediation
· The Ministry of Science and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany
· Lithuanian Energy Institute
· European Bank of Reconstruction and Development
· The Annual Conference of Nuclear Technologies (Germany)
King, HNIPU is under $80 a gallon. I know because I looked into it for a commercial project at one of our properties. To the rest of your questions. Yes.
King, now you've made some good points. Yes, we all have been misled to some degree. I will only trade gbmr and nnri as neither has any long term investment(that I've seen so far). HNIPU is a real product. Yes it is over priced due to the euro vs. dollar. GBMR is supposedly getting a manufacturer in the US. We shall see. I do believe you're being misled on RadSeal, but I would never want anyone to lose money, period. I know some good people in this stock and I am as disappointed as anyone. glty
Is he dishonest? Seriously? ROTFLMBO. He lied to me on the phone several times. I'll submit several exhibits if the time comes for it;) I'd like to see your trading records as well. I'd like to see how they go along with your little divulging of information the week before the conference call. I'd like to know of what went on in your little private meetings with the company executives. Careful big shot, as I think you're barking up the wrong tree.
Wow! I think I can see why he did not send you a sample. You seem to be very limited in your knowledge on application, which probably threw up a red flag. Hopefully your better spoken on the phone than on a keyboard, as that would be the second red flag. Thirdly, if you are involved with nnri in any way, which it sounds like you are. I mean you have met with them, then I can assume he ran as far away as fast as he could since you wasted his time and misled investors on NuCap sales.
King, did I mention that is has no odor and is non-toxic. Soooo, it can be applied indoors during business hours without disrupting work. Hmmmmm. Do you know of another polyurethane that can say that?
Btw, could you please post a link that shows that RadSeal is a real product? Example:
Manufacturing agreement.
Testing Information.
Sales contracts.
