i remember when RonRan said he sold alot of his position over 2.00 and i thought he was crazy....i wish i had not been so greedy (or maybe i was the crazy one). now buying where i did back then (i think my first small buy was at .08, but then alot at .16, and then .32 and all the way up through 1.30). would LOVE to visit the "Glory Days" once again (this time i won't be so greedy, and will listen to my mentor).
best of luck to all!!

yeah, it seems their "long-term contract" for processing ore didn't last too long- Washoe and Kenneth Bowman don't have a phone number listed anywhere i can find...does anyone know how to contact Mr. Bowman- is Washoe defunct?
yeah, it seems their "long-term contract" for processing ore didn't last too long- Washoe and Kenneth Bowman don't have a phone number listed anywhere i can find...does anyone know how to contact Mr. Bowman- is Washoe defunct? is RAPTOR defunct? is there a recovery technology? we'll find out soon, kids....
guys (and dolls) i'm a non-pay so i can't send private messages- send me your email address (privately) and i'll respond...
this thing stinks to the core...names of investigators that are
decent (have good track records with prosecution) will be helpful, too.
thanks!
sorry, i'll send you the correct # now........
call me @ 610.415.9229 and leave your email address. thanks.
why can't people like this be held accountable? can't the stockholders get together and file suit? are you with me if i do?
anyone else?
i'm going to have "someone" do a little investigating of this company and the supposed technologies they claim to have, there's
no reason not to communicate with shareholders unless you're being sued or there's some funny business going on. i've been screwed so many times by companies claiming to have something they don't, if i find out this is the case here, i'm going to sink every last penny i have into as many lawsuits as possible, and name everyone i can that either is or has been involved.
i've come to the end of my rope with companies that refuse to tell the truth,,,,,,,,,,,anyone else with me on this? if you don't hear back from him soon (or if you do) please let us know.
thanks,
harpdog
EBO- can you please tell me whats going on with this company?
thanks,
harpdog
didn't you hear? the oil they're pulling is actually COOKING oil,
AND you can put it in your diesel rabbit and it smaells like french fries!! it's being sold by the gallon, and it's called
"injun- oil"....
does anyone have information on the lawsuit? the link above doesn't work. thanks!
bitter sour grapes doesn't even come close to how i (and many, many others) feel about this company, what it pretended to be, and what it actually was....not that there weren't grand intentions, but there was never any proof provided that i recall (and i was an investor for years) that there ever was a rig anywhere- and this responsibility is the Company's to provide to it's shareholders, not the other way around...
maybe profitable neighbors have better equipment?????
so this is interesting; for the month of May so far, someone(s)
has purchased almost $50k worth of shares @ about .80+/- per share.
now who would find ANY value to this company? and when i mentioned class action suit, i'm referring to the fact that "drilling rigs" were referred to several times, and i for one, do not believe they ever existed, and would love to force Raj or whomever to produce proof- that would be the basis of criminal action.
been looking for legal representation- anyone help there?
thanks, guys....

what goes around comes around, too!!!
plugger,
why is ANYTHING happening with NAGP?? i chalked this one up as a gonner years ago, and now it seems to have SOMEBODY buying...
they must not realize the reverse split makes the stock almost worthless (mine is, anyway)
so maybe someone could call Raj ( i don't think i could be civil) and ask HIM what's going on...he shows his number on the 12b-25 (stating that the filing will be a bit late) as 718.408.2323 and ifit's wrong or disconnected, we should tell that to the feds, too.
again, is there any possibility of a class action suit or
should i bury this one, too?
so what actually happened to this stock?
debt? what about the technology, is it still viable?
can an investment group buy the rights to US sales?
any chance this can come back??
anyone interested in a class action suit?
anyone hear anything more about the pending suit?
if anyone still visits this board (or there's another one i should go to) please check this out:
But that is the case at junior nickel explorer Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) after last week's appointment to its board of industry veteran Terry Grammer.
Grammer was joint winner of the award in 2000 with Tony Rovira for discovering the high-grade Cosmos nickel deposit. He was also one of the driving forces behind the successful mid-tier nickel miner Western Areas.
He's in good company at Sirius, joining managing director Mark Bennett, who took out the award for discovering LionOre's Thunderbox gold deposit and Waterloo nickel deposit, and major shareholder Mark Creasy, who picked it up for Yandal belt gold discoveries.
Sirius was floated off last year to hold and advance the nickel exploration assets of Creasy and Apex Minerals.
It recently began a nickel drilling program at its Lawlers joint venture, where it holds the nickel rights on two joint ventures with Barrick on ground surrounding the Lawlers goldmine.
Later this year, it plans to boost drilling at the Polar Bear project in the Widgiemooltha area, which is prospective for nickel sulphides and gold.
It won't take much in the way of exploration hits to get the share price moving. It closed on Friday at all of 0.7¢ a share.
oneman... how can i be a part of the "lawsiuts?" i'm assuming it's a class action? if so, i'm guessing we're (shareholders)
all in it unless we excuse ourselves from it.
thanks!
maddogs- wouldn't the Starion System be a patent infringement on the CSMG tissue welding devices?
veerrry interestig!
thanks....nothing to report yet.
keep up the good work, guys........
thanks, King.
i'll try to get something happening this week.
will keep you all informed.
very cool, thank you.
anyone could help me locate references to the Rigs?
i can't remember anything official, just conversations that people had with Raj, etc.........
any attorneys out there????
can we file a class action suit against anyone? we'd have to show that there was intentional deception, but it would be worth letting the DA in the area where the corporate offices are know about them, and the FBI has been investigating fraudulent companies, so they should be notified so they can investigate. Anyone care to volunteer?
i'd certainly agree to be listed in a class action suit, but we'd need to find an attorney to handle the "case", if there's any possibility that there was/is illegal activity.
so has anyone verified that there actually are/were rigs owned by NVMG??? if not, there is cause for a class action suit, and i'd be interested in finding someone who lives in the jurisdiction that their offices are located in, and file asap, before anyone skips town and can't be served with the papers.....i'm really tired of people that disappear after taking my hard earned cash and not telling the truth.....
harpdog
all,
look @ cerp if you want to see a viable product.......
plastics- contact me offline @ harpdoggyo@yahoo.com
thanks
thanks. does anyone know the last 'trades' made and price/volume?
does anyone know how to sell shares- do i just call my broker and say i want to sell them? do i just pick a number, use what the last sale number was? and how does someone buy it? i'm not familiar w/grey trades........
thanks!
can anyone stop by their office and speak to Raj or Joe personally, please??? i've got so much tied up in this it's killing me not to know what's happening....
PLEASE???
they'd still have to be crazy to buy penny stocks...............
everone knows institutional investors rarely touch "penny stocks", and PTSC is truly a penny stock, and has been for years. So how are they going to "attract" institutional investors????
this was news in February. is there any NEW news??
well, Raj actually called me back tonight and left a message on my cellphone. He said they are working with the SEC and their legal council, and would release info via press releases when they could. He mentioned the "false legal practices of an attorney about 3 years ago with Halstead Energy (the shell, i presume that they bought), and are trying to sort out the details with the SEC, and they fully intend to keep investors updated, but were restricted in what they could say. they also desire to rectify the situation asap. He also invited me to email him with any other questions that i might have, and that he'd answer them to the best of his ability. SO it appears he's trying the best he can. We'll see.
