correction- I spoke to mr. Sheinwald's assistant on Monday, not yesterday.
So here's the real-time report from my friend, who lives there;
there's been little or no activity for "quite some time", there
are a "few" cars in the parking lot, but he doesn't know who they work for or if they're just using the lot to park, he's seen no
trucks of any kind lately (semi's, ups, fedex). nobody has called me back, not one of the 8 'employees' that I left a message for, the Investor Relations man, Allan Sheinwald, has been asked to return my call (I spoke to his assistant yesterday and today and was told he would get my message). I suppose that some salespeople
might be working out of their houses, but if I had a potential order, and no one called me back, not only wouldn't I use Ceraplast now, but wouldn't in the future. not even a "merry Christmas call back after the 1st" on the answering machine (which is a cellphone number, not a local one, which would be 524, not 220)
too many red flags.
I'm out.
So nobody had the balls so i called the local police. They're checking on the building and will call me later today. The cop gets the $100.00 if the company is still in business. He told me some other things, but I'll wait for his report back. I'll also get his name and number if you want to verify yourself.
$100 cash reward...
so nobody has taken me up on my offer to prove that Ceraplast is a currently operating company. no return calls from the 8 people
I called last week. voicemail still not functioning right, no "out for the holidays" message. nobody willing to call the local Police to see if the building is still occupied.
i'll Paypal $100.00 to anyone that can prove that the company is
still in existence at that location.
that blog was a release of a statement last April, 7months ago.
show me ANY recent activity.
come ON people ???
maybe? what do you base that on? and why are you talking about a company in India, that can get their product anywhere- did you talk to them and they're telling you they're buying product from Ceraplast? will someone verify that this is a viable company or all you just HOPING it is ??
MSU- there IS a reason to continue to post here- nobody has proven to me that this company hasn't already folded up and is gone- and others should have the opportunity to at least sell
before it's completely worthless if it has.
believe me, I'd like nothing better than to know for a fact that it's still in operation, I'd love to try to re-coup the staggering amount of money that I've lost so far.
would someone PLEASE tell me how they KNOW for a FACT that Ceraplast is still a functioning company?? you're all talking about the stock price as if it doesn't matter that they can't put an "out of office" note in their voicemail, and NOBODY, out of the 8 people I left messages for 3 days ago, has had the courtesy
to call me back?? what if I wanted to place an order? someone prove to me that this company is still operating NOW, and i'll
buy back my 2M. shares on Monday morning. oh, yeah, I forgot;
that public relations person never called me back, either.
I don't know what you guys are talking about when there doesn't even appear that CERP exists as a company anymore....
why would anyone invest in a stock of a company that doesn't answer their phones, the phone system doesn't even work right, I called and left messages with 8 "employees", even the maintenance department 2 days ago. no response. no callback. nothing. the voicemail doesn't even say happy friggin' holidays. I guess no one took me up on my request to call the police and see if anyone even works there anymore. if I was a potential company that wanted to purchase a million dollars worth of product and I got this response from Ceraplast, I'd go somewhere else, and fast.
you guys have money that you can afford to lose, great. you probably will. I just won't invest in a company that doesn't
exist.
and sky? give it a rest, will ya please??
nobody knew I was going bankrupt until it was too late, unfortunately.
and you know this, how, my friend???
Bull, like I said, it's heartbreaking. I threw my life savings
AND borrowed money into my company, and try as I might, it failed anyway, and people got burned. I still get choked up when I tell people what I went through. thought this one would give me something back to try again....
sorry, Sky, this still means nothing to me. I have all that for my company, and I don't buy raw product from Ceraplast. a company that's actually in business would have a functioning phone system for crying out loud.... closed for Christmas? how tough is it to
change their voicemail??
would anyone be willing to call the local police department and
ask if the doors are locked and if there appears that there's still an office there (furniture, lights, etc)? might not be proof, but I'd be interested to know.
Bull, did you call and speak with Mr. Sheinwald? what did he say? why doesn't the phone system at least say to call him with questions?
my guess is that they held out for as long as they could, and just don't have the income to support this company and it's operations. it's heartbreaking when this happens, and I've been through it with too many companies. I never should have bought
any shares without speaking with someone who had a realistic
accounting of where this company actually is....shame on me. oh, well, 20% is better than nothing, I suppose. I will be filing suit if they file for bankruptcy protection without informing
us.
sky- this means nothing. sorry.,.
I finally quit today, sold everything I had, and lost a LOT of $$.
why? well, I thought I'd call CERP. there was only the voicemail,
and even though it said dial "0" for an operator, when I did it said that line didn't exist. so there were extensions for "employees", so I called them all. Terry Daniels ( I just pressed # and left a message) Tug(?)Willaker (1005) Vanessa Salizar (1004) Angie Hodey (?) 1012 Mike Ocatta (1010) Pat Luann (?). I even call the "Quality Lab".
nothing. no one. no return calls. WFT? is this a way to run a company? ok, maybe the whole phone system was broken. maybe.
maybe not. maybe someone will call me back tomorrow, maybe not. maybe there isn't a CERP anymore, and that's why people are selling. has anyone been there lately? ever?
if they've filed for Bankruptcy protection, I will be filing
suit for not letting their stock holders know, you're welcome to join me.
did someone say they had Fred Sheer's number? mind sharing it?
here's the number I called. see for yourself. (812) 220- 5400.

a yearly contract to purchase CERP material?
ok, running now. last sale (mine) .0058
hmmm. Scottrade just posted "sold out".
anyone know what that means????
is it possible? could I have actually bought at the bottom and could actually make a profit on a penny stock? for once in my life?
as Sarah would say, "you betcha" ;-}
So for any of us that feel that sales directly affect the share price, wouldn't it make sense for those of us with either sales experience or potential contacts in Industries or Companies that would benefit from using CERP plastics (um, almost everyone)to
take an active role in promoting the Company, instead of all the
mental masterbation that's going on here?
what I'm going to do, and anyone who'd care to join me, is to contact the sales director at CERP and help make introductions and find sales leads. anyone ever heard of Linked-In?
the potential to find Green Groups, join them, and start to help promote this company (and maybe even get a commission for doing so) would do a lot more for moving the share price than sitting on
your hands and hoping someone else does it.
you want a successful company? help sell it.
I'll be posting my progress, and would enjoy starting our own 'group' and helping one another to achieve our own, as well as
CERP's success.
Anyone??
cheers,
harpdog
well, good luck waiting for that to happen. meanwhile, i'll
be buying here at .017 and selling at .021 and making a 25% profit
each time. why would anyone sell below a penny? they'd either be
taking a loss or they bought sub-penny and are desperate. there's
one other option, I suppose; if the Market Maker "borrowed"
millions of shares and purposely drove the ask lower and lower,
but that's quite illegal,,,,
agreed. good call.

folks,
the quote that stood out for me from the last Q3 report:
"currently,liabilities and total liabilities were
26 million and 34.8 million respectively. simple math will
show how far away they are from actual profitability. that is
why the stock price will continue to drop closer to .015-.017
until the profit exceeds the liabilities (which might happen
in the Q4 report). if so, up nicely next year imho.

hey, Plugger-
Raj told me the same thing over two years ago (or was it longer)
before my 80,000 shares went to 80. break even? not .
by the way, I was just reading above about the suit that was settled in 2012- why weren't ALL stockholders members of that group? I never got notice of a suit, and I was certainly a stockholder then (have been for 7+ years).
hmmm?
hadronic- when does this R/S actually take place? I still am showing the same number of shares in my account.
thanks.

Izer- new here, thinking of jumping in,,,,are you saying the gap has not been filled yet? i'm guessing it's under .03....
where would you suggest i jump in? don't want to miss the run up,
though. thanks!! ps: i'd like to hear from anyone!
i guess you didn't understand... the company that extended them
credit (or lent them money) accepted an exchange of equity for debt- they accepted 400k shares @ 1.00 in exchange for 400k in debt. now i'd never accept that exchange, especially at that premium over open market price, (it's restricted for 6 months, to boot)unless i thought there was something going to happen. if you're saying that in 6 months they're going to dump 400k of shares on the open market, the price would tank so fast that they wouldn't get anything. but if there's some merit to the Semjet technology, and i almost believe there is after speaking with "Steve" who reps. their PR, it just might be worth it for them to hold onto there stock until (or if) it trends higher.
but the only way it will trend higher is when they get the 2 more
(of 5 total) wells actually producing oil. it's an interesting read (the SimJet technology). best of luck to us all.
hey, oneman- seems like you've been here as long as i have...
whatever happened with the lawsuit?? anything?? looks like they may actually be crawling back; they just settled 400K in debt with equity (sound familiar?) but at 1.00/share... now why would anyone pay 1.00/ share when the open market price is what. .14C?
they must believe that all 5 wells will be producing sometime this
year (3 are supposidly producing now, or will this spring, anyway). i read the Zacks report that forcasts $2.00/share....amazing (that would be nice, but i still wouldn't break even from pre-reverse split).
maybe they should use up all thise shares with a 1000 to 1 FORWARD split this time; i'd get my 80,000 shares back and this might be worth what i paid for it 8 years ago..... i still can hear Raj telling me over the phone "oh, you'll be ok..."
really??
ron,
can you share any info on the company? i'm looking for a graphite play.
thanks!

i don't hear the hundred or so "infringers" that have paid millions in legal licensing fees, complaining that it wrecked their business...any of those companies listed filed for bankruptsy since paying licensing fees? what? they're all still in business during the worst downturn since the Depression?
show me the MONEY!!
Boug,
where did you read about this? is it possible he might still pass this off on the incoming Judge?
thanks,
harpdog
i wasn't aware you could place a stop-loss on a penny stock...
who is your broker, please?
so what wasn't established as far as the patents are concerned
in the previous Markman- i thought the Markman clarified validity- or was it specific to a particular patent or wording that this one will address?
thanks,
harpdog
thanks for the link to explain the Markman. in the last 6 years, i don't remember a Markman ever coming up before (am i wrong?)
if not, and it seems so crucial to us getting things done more quickly with infringers, why hasn't a Marman come up before...
is it something that we've just decided to file for, now that we have so many Licencees?
thanks, for your thoughts.
harpdog
would someone please explain what the Markman Hearing is, and what it will determine without getting too technical...Ronran?
we've gotten confirmation from USPTO that the patents are valid on a number of them, so exactly what will this 'ruling' be about?
thanks very much, and Good Luck to ALL.
