we should see 1.50+ today
Personal opinion is all I'm allowed to say.
this is why the stock is slow to respond at this time:
"this legislation will authorize an industrial hemp pilot program within the state of North Carolina and establish the Industrial Hemp Commission (IHC) to be followed by pilot program participants."
HEMP,Inc, will undoubtedly be one of the participants in the pilot program. this will allow them to grow and process hemp
(and process hemp from other sources WAY before next year's crop is ready to harvest). in the meantime, the Kenaf they now have
will be processed when the equipment comes online "by the end of the year" (direct from the Director of Operations, whom I met in person at the facility a few weeks ago ).
i'll be buying at this price, because of the potential revenue that this facility will create within the next few years. we will also see an influx of funding from institutional investors, who were unable (legally) to invest in a facility that processed illegal weed (it was illegal to transport over state lines, too) now they can, and will. the facility is real, the management is real, and HEMP is real. the market place for products made from HEMP is real. invest or not, up to you.
gents-here's a link to the photos I took yesterday-
https://goo.gl/photos/WVBup3yGBuRDEC4w8. our Kenaf is about 12' tall and flowering, but doesn't seed so they can
let it grow another month or so, harvest and dry. they're
working on a mobile machine that can cut and process "in the field" (ie- green). the transformers, breakers, main wiring, and machinery are in place. they are pouring the slab for the adjacent building, and when that is finished, and the common wall removed, the wiring to all the equipment and ductwork should be fabricated and installed (from above. then they can fire everything up and do the final tweaking and test runs (30-60 days).
here's what important about all of this- kenaf made sense to plant
and harvest this year in anticipation of the equipment going in
and learning how to process from the field to the buyer. the seeds
were legal to plant and grow, and kenaf is legal to sell. if the North Carolina Legislature passes the Industrial Hemp Agriculture
bill on it's desk this week or next, the whole game changes. When
Industrial Hemp Manufacturing Co. can actually DO THAT (process HEMP), this becomes a totally viable and profitable business. Hemp's value trumps Kenaf by a factor of 10 or more (per Phil Boyer, Plant Manager/ Director of Operations- and he knows his stuff). although it's taken longer than everyone has wanted, I was impressed by what the plant looks like, and the thought that has gone into the engineering- thinking ahead to the processing Industrial Hemp, and being THE go-to facility for North Carolina
and beyond. please remember I'm just a stockholder like the rest of you, not an expert, and may not have the answer to your questions, so I would encourage you to ask Hemp, Inc., first. I can forward questions that directly relate to the NC facility to
Mr. Boyer, and if you're patient you should get an answer if it's
pertinent, he has the answer, and the time (he's doing almost everything himself). Bottom line for me; I'm a buy and hold type of investor, and I don't think you'll be sorry if you bought in
and are patient.
cheers,

Condor- email me for the answer to your question- same as det_bob
Robert,
please send me an email for the answers to your questions.
ethos4u2@yahoo.com
I agree100%!
My autocorrect misspelled decortication facility, I don't know what that other word is, sorry!
Good questions!
Good questions. Because the plant isn't officially open (stockholders can visit) there isn't any foot traffic yet, but I'll ask if
they'll be actively promoting plant tours.
I think these types of questions are best
requested to Hemp, Inc. directly to investor relations. Industrial Hemp, where I'm going is a subsidary, and the director of the facility probably wouldn't have access to the answers. Questions pertaining to the rectification facility are welcome.
So no questions when I visit the Decortication Facility?
what part needs clarification?
funny....but Hemp isn't illegal here. now, neither is cannabis "oil" for the treatment of disease (epilepsy, for
example), thanks to hard work by organizations like NORML
knocking some sense into legislation in NC. hopefully, if we scream loud enough and call OUR State Representatives, it will
happen all over the USA. Will you do your part?
you got it.
good afternoon.
tomorrow morning I'm making the 2 hour trek to Spring Hope, NC.,
(I'm from Philly) to visit with the Site Manager, Mr. Phillip
Boyer at the Decortication Facility (it only took a month to set up). i'll be touring the facility, and checking out the status of the Hemp Fields and Kenaf (both processed and unprocessed).
i'll be issuing a report for y'all when I return (most likely
Wednesday). if there are specific questions I should ask him, or
something you'd like a status update on, if I can, I will!
it's beautiful weather, and I'm excited about seeing my "investment"!
cheers,

Scottrade said they should have them by the end of the month-
WTF!!
Canafiber machine doesn't even exist yet.....
Condor- that was fantastico!! great job- thank you!
so if I buy 5m shares at .0002 it costs me a grand plus a few bucks for the trade. 3 days later I can sell that at .003 and make
almost 500.00 profit. place an order the same day for another 5m and wait. works for me....only in pennyland (yeah, I know, I could
lose it just as easily- I like to gamble- when I win,,,)
last trade on Scottrade .022! I wonder what this thing will open
at tomorrow morning???
so I have confirmation; there are 2 Magnegas Gassifiers, and they are at <40% of capacity. they will announce when the next unit is
scheduled to go online (hopefully this summer) the "capacity" I mentioned was mis-understood.... it's not production capacity (and there are plenty of fuels available for feed stock), it's bottling capacity that's sometimes problematic- meaning sometimes they can't get enough bottles to fill fast enough. since our dealer-distributors stock enough to meet anticipated demand, this is understandable, and can be remedied by purchasing more bottles.
so we can do quite a bit more growing!
does anyone know definitively how many Magnegas production machines there are producing fuel right now? I posed the question directly to Ermanno a few weeks ago, and he has yet to answer .
I know there are back-orders now, and wonder what their plans are to match production with demand...they seem to be setting up
customers, but if they're at maximum capacity now with just one Gassifier, it's not good to have unhappy customers if they can't fill orders. I've seen the Tarpon Springs facility, but that's
the only one I know of. I've heard rumors of more facilities,
but nothing definitive....
anyone?
yes, PLEASE!
yes, that's the 'old' facility. I was there a few weeks ago .
I believe there's still both the Magnegas I and II on the property. the large white box in front of the garage doors is
actually a brand-new mobile demo unit designed for processing
animal wastes (manure) like the unit at the Hog Farm in Michigan
( I think that's where it is).
I am stunned and saddened by this accident. I know how dedicated
everyone that works at Magnegas and ESSI are, and that they are
very much a "family"- that I feel a part of, as well. I can also
tell you from personal experience ("please put the safety glasses
back on, sir...") that safety is of utmost importance at both facilities.
my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone touched by this tragic
accident.
so NOBODY is buying or selling????
REALLY???
it's low volume after-hours, probably trying to spook someone.
i'd buy as much as i could at .90
i've seen the magnegas II live at the factory, it's amazing. i'll actually
be demonstrating and selling in the Philadelphia region soon, i'm just waiting
for the arrival of the Magne Tote. that's how much I believe in it......
contact me if you're in the Philly area to arrange for a demo.
cheers!
Roy,
so please tell me the difference between this and the card reader i now have for my cell phone that accepts MAC cards??? it doesn't appear to be "exclusive" technology at all,,,,,,
so would it be foolish to 'invest' in this at .45??
it would be great to know how many more of these booklets will go out
across the country and suck in buyers as the price goes up- i just got
the 15 page booklet today (the 21st). i'm also guessing the price will
drop after it peaks soon and the early on buyers take profits....so it would
be a quick in/out for me.
thoughts??
who is 236?
this HAS TO BE the biggest POS i've ever put my money in. well, almost.
HEMP- from .34 to .035 in less than 6 months.
this is KILLING me here, folks....
I disagree. it IS doing what plasma does, and better. for an impalement, you have to stay almost 24" away when you cut, because
of the time it takes to cut, and the lower heat. at almost 10k degrees f, the cut can be made 8-10", and is faster. it's also
less toxic because of the oxygen that's created when it burns.
it's replacing Oxyacetylene almost everywhere that it's being
demonstrated. I've cut with it, I know. scrap yards that do constant cutting all day LOVE it, and they go through a LOT of
it. when you've used it, then you can tell me what it can't do, ok?
correction: 10,500 degrees F.
sorry
does anyone know an active New York fire and rescue worker?
I believe they've been using it as a test to replace BOTH their
plasma cutters AND the oxy-acetylene - lighter, cheaper and
faster (safer, too, as it releases up to 18% oxygen when it burns)......when they issue a positive report,
I'm guessing the price will move very quickly to the upside.
i stand corrected.
it might as well be.......
can someone tell me how the share price can be .02 when there are a
BILLION shares outstanding, no income or revenue or contracts...
and someone is also suggesting the value of the company might be a
few million? for what, the patents? certainly not the equipment,
which consists of one machine in the middle of the warehouse.
maybe they owned the warehouse??
anyone?
jwm.
you got in at a GREAT time. not that the stock can't be sold lower, people have their own reasons for selling.
have you watched the video of Magnegas cutting through 3" steel?
it's even more impressive in person. I think you'll be happy with
this stock over the long haul. these guys are onto something good.
so it looks to me like the Reorganization Filings include a 200-1
RS (reverse split). haven't experienced this ever actually increasing the stock value, but who knows? does anyone know if
they're retaining ownership or trying to sell? there's still
gold and silver in the ground, so I'm hanging on until this clears and they make a positive announcement.
thoughts?
yeah, a tsunami, and it's going to wipe out a lot of people...
So here's the real-time report from my friend, who lives there;
there's been little or no activity for "quite some time", there
are a "few" cars in the parking lot, but he doesn't know who they work for or if they're just using the lot to park, he's seen no
trucks of any kind lately (semi's, ups, fedex). nobody has called me back, not one of the 8 'employees' that I left a message for, the Investor Relations man, Allan Sheinwald, has been asked to return my call (I spoke to his assistant yesterday and today and was told he would get my message). I suppose that some salespeople
might be working out of their houses, but if I had a potential order, and no one called me back, not only wouldn't I use Ceraplast now, but wouldn't in the future. not even a "merry Christmas call back after the 1st" on the answering machine (which is a cellphone number, not a local one, which would be 524, not 220)
too many red flags.
I'm out.
