like what?
agreed. bought some at 4.35 hopefully will recover. 0 debt is very encouraging. huge market for data/file transfer. i am predict atleast 8 or 9/per share by around 2nd quarter of 08.....if they can keep their debt down. maybe 12 or so this time next year.
John
i was told yesterday that i should wait 3-4 business days.
I thought Ameritrade customers cannot trade till the HISC UNTIL your acct is reorganized to HISU. atleast that is the notice i got said.
OH NO! we are going down again...yep, its now at .03 (-.015)
[Sarcasm]
But dont worry! There will be another stock split on the way...
[END sarcasm]
Message from Ameritrade:
"HISC underwent 400-1 reverse split to better position themselves. This transaction will be appearing in your account in 3 to 4 business days. During this time, you will not be able to trade/sell HISC/HISU. Thank you for your patience with this matter."
Ameritrade Reorganization Dept.
When are they going to release the funds to the RNO share holders? RNO stopped trading on Sep 30th. Does anyone know when they are going to release the payment to the RNO stock holders?
i take it that you are from mongolia?
Well Gardasil has pretty much doubled MRK's profits from 25 bucks during the Vioxx disaster era to $50 bucks now. :) I guess the stock was on sale back then
Lesson Learned, moving on. Dont invest in any "unproven" companies with incompetent management. Sure their products may have "huge potential" but hope is not a good tool for investment. I am about to cut the losses and move on. Maybe I will invest in my own employer (merck) afterall. Like my friend warned back in the day before i invested in HISC, "There are thousands of companies like HISC that are out there under "pinksheets". Only a few of these companies make it out big."
ACTU, JAVA, TTM, are all good companies to look forwards to.
Take care.
wait, i think i missed a news clip.
what do you mean the "whole deal was illegal"? what deal?
On the second thought, it might be time to bail out with what ever is left in my HISC stocks.
I bought these shares when it was at 0.3. I guess I was not as wise as I thought. Hope is never a good investment strategy. Very discouraged.
I am debating wether to load up at .002 or not. any suggestions? seems like the stock is slipping again. but why?
I remeber back in the day, i said that we need a "Cingular (now ATT) contract and that is how this stock will get above $1.00."
It looks like this is the first step :)
and this is the best part of today's news:
""In addition, the Cyber Tracker solution will be added to AT&T's website under BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Also included on the website will be a description of the solution.""
Congratulations everyone!
yeah, the shares are going down. thats whats "up".
More competition on the horizon Teensurance.com.
Cybertracker better get going real fast. wasn't this idea one of the selling points of the cybertracker?
The Teensurance beacon brochure reads just like a cyber tracker brochure:

and Protection System

go figure! so much for that teen driving market!
Hope this comes through. But I believe that if the deal with Cingular/ATT goes through, I am going to see a bunch of millionaires on this board in the near future.
Speaking of intellectual property and kinkos, I am assuming that you already have permission from HISC to do this? If so, what is the problem?
Spencer:
First off thank you for your effort in advertising HISC's Cybertracker.
Some companies that you may want to target with your ad. Include:
-Trucking:
Here is the directory of Trucking Companies.
http://www.fleetdirectory.com/a-zcos/aco.htm
-UHaul, Budget, and Penske Trucking.
-Driving Schools.
-Law enforcement (i guess start with local police department first and see how they react to the product)
Law enforcement is a very hot market; here is a few articles on what i mean:
http://www.balough.com/news/252007201049.asp
http://news.com.com/Snooping+by+satellite/2100-1028_3-5533560.html
Here is an example of a company that took advantage of GPS use in Law Enforcement:
StarChase http://www.starchase.org/
Eventhough Cybertracker doesn't work similarly to starchase, it can be mounted on a patrol car to track the trooper and report back with his status. It is also an excellent technology to track offenders out on Parole or for people who have a habit of drinking and driving like Paris Hilton and according to US laws, this technology does not fall under invasion of privacy laws.
Well didn't Cingular/ATT at one time consider adding Cybertracker to their lineup?
my apologies. i just rejoined this board on 5/7/07 after being absent since Oct 2006. didn't notice the new rules. thanks again.
P.S. i do not have the private message option. anyways take care.
actually, the bids were exactly at .001 when i tried executing the transaction. so are u saying that it should be above?
i should also add that this same prblem has happened when i tried trading stocks from other firms such as: ASTM, BNVI (both stocks are going places in next 2 - 5 years if anyone is interested.) but same BS from Ameritrade.
have you had a similar problem w/ ameritrade?
Ameritrade: I am very frustrated!
I have scheduled to sell at .001 several times yesterday and today and ameritrade hasn't executed any of these transactions even though all conditions were met. what gives? has this problem happened to any of you?
we are already at the bottom :)
none for me either. I just checked 30 minutes ago.
ahh, thanks :) i misunderstood.
Shouldn't we be getting 1 share of Evans/50 share of HISC today?

Well this is the way i look at it. Fact: the company is a budding new company with A LOT of potential. Fact: This is their 3rd year in business (correct me if i am wrong) Fact: This is not a huge money make in the next 12 months. Fact: However, they can have a huge potential in say the next 5 years. Given all these statements, I am surprised that people on this board are irritated at the new financial report. Well, what did you expect? To be very frank with you, If you are looking for a quick buck, this is not your stock. However if you are in it for a long haul, your patience will be rewarded. Please add on to this statement if you choose to do so or correct me if my assumptions are wrong.
John
yes :) I hope it does move. but then again, i am in this for the long term and do not really expect anything in the near 12 months. :)
JTM
Hello everyone, EVSI dividents. Are we getting them any time soon? Sorry, i haven't followed this stock in a while. Just wondering what the status on EVSI is. Didn't they at one time mention 1 share for every 50 cent of HISC owned? or somethign along those lines?
GOOD HARBOR PARNERS. Does HISC know about this company? Maybe someone should email Ian and tell him about this company which is waiting for an acquisition.

thank you 711
hey, i am sorry but what does that mean? I am new to this thing. Too much technical jargon.
OTHER POTENTIAL USES FOR CYBER TRACKER
one can modify CT to hook up Car's alarm system so if the person gets locked out, they can call home and someone at home can unlock the car for them.
Also other potential uses that i can think of for this technology: installing a 911 button on the system so if the person driving the car gets into trouble, all they need to do is press the "911-button" and the CT will transmit a signal to 911 dispatcher with the location cordinates and Alert someone at home (on their home computer) at the same time.
What do you guys think about these ideas?
Perhaps they can create a Cybertracker for cars with these two options included.
If any of you guys call up Frank or anyone else at HISC, please pass along these ideas.
