We are all holding. 674777 @ $0.0228
$180m evaluation in Jan 2020, expected $100m growth per year.
Another sign, the SIC number used to be
3679 - Electronic Components, Not Elsewhere Classified
Now it is
6719 - Offices of Holding Companies, Not Elsewhere Classified
Offices of Holding Companies, Not Elsewhere Classified
Establishments primarily engaged in holding or owning securities of companies other than banks, for the sole purpose of exercising some degree of control over the activities of the companies whose securities they hold.
Examples: Holding companies, except bank, Investment holding companies
Aren't stock companies an Incorporation? Gold Quest Group is an LLC, but Gold Quest Capital is an Inc.

Search for Gold Quest
Reverse split with a reduction in Authorized Shares would help to get us there.
The email address is wrong, they forgot the e, it is
https://www.renewalholding.com
It is their new website.
I watched the video, decent points, but he lacked in actual investigating.
People on here was talking about the custodian filing back in early December, way before it was announced, which is why there was spike buys.

I am guessing SSM later on decided to do a website and Twitter since there was interest.
Also, Carey Cooley is in Sugar Land Texas, and owns Krisa Management, so he set up the merger deal with Gold Quest, which is why the guy on the video found no connection with Mansour.
I like what you said, but I think it is 5 weeks out to turn over custodian by court order to Gold Quest.
9m share buy for someone
Like it was halted, for 30 minutes.
Just to be exact, SSM Monopoly Corporation is still the custodian, not Krisa Management.
"On January 27, 2021, in a private transaction, the Custodian entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”) with Krisa Management LLC, a Texas limited liability company, to sell the 2021 Series A Preferred. Upon closing of the SPA on January 27, 2001, Krisa Management LLC acquired 60% control of the Company. However, the court appointed control still remains with the Custodian until the Custodian files a petition with the District Court of Clark County, Nevada to relinquish custodianship and control of the Company"
$30,900,975 Tax Deferment of assets for the merged company.
Custodian’s motion to discharge, for those that don't know, is a motion by Krisa Management to discharge their custodianship and hand it over to the merged company.
Anyone thoughts on SarahCare? Might have good revenue, but if they sold a franchise for $2m, must not be much profits, but could boost the new ticker IMTH
Warrants would be worth $1.35
How much is Alex Umbra worth? Most these other OTC's have CEO's that live off the stocks.
I seen a trade that was 303,??? did not catch the last three digits, but I assume it was a $325k bid.
AS happen when you want to merge with a company and pay them in stocks.
I have 14500 shares, I am in, hoping for $13 in a year. I have some questions, and I keep them to myself. I am just saying things have changed.
Also March of 2020, is 11 months ago
But early last year was 10-12 months ago
Just my thought, any PR from early last year, it likely is not happening now. Things have changed a lot.
Not bad, understandable. Humbl will need to have people actually buy products, and not expect people to send customers to the studios, but I assume some of that will be done from the app by Geo Location. Hopefully Humbl will advertise on Google Shopping like others marketplaces do, though I am not sure they are charging for the studios or processing fees.
Maybe there are a few more questions to ask, fees and sales.
$1.15m is sitting at $1.30 waiting to get in, so there is support.
EDIT: Does not include a 200,000 shares buyer that just bought at $1.305 5 minutes after this post
Which is what I said in the post
It is not like he has a stable full or something, or like he has been doing it for 30 years, what the heck was he thinking?
And it is dumb because there were some big buyers out the gate, 100,000 share buyers
Decent volume, think around 90k
Pick up cash at a Humbl Hub
I just seen where you will be able to receive cash at a Humbl Hub. You will see a map with Humbl Hubs nearby.
They are a little ambitious as they show CVS, 7-Eleven and Walmart as hub pickup points in the demo.
They are dreaming big.
Moving now, $1.44
https://www.humblpay.com/deal-days
As much as I think they should stay focused on their core, I made $27K in profit in December doing affiliate marketing, by myself, imaging what a large brand could do. Their Deal Days do not have affiliate links, but I assume that is/was the goal.
They might be able to give the big dogs a run for their money in Affiliate Marketing.
Now if they can do universal checkout with Humbl Pay, $CHACHING$
"ultimately walking away from the plans with Coinbook"
Not true, the owner of Coinbook, the man behind the AI for the ETX is part of the Humbl team as Chief Marketing Strategist
Calvin comes to us from Coinbook, a company that develops and produces profitable trading strategies. He has been involved in crypto since 2012 where he wrote high frequency trading bots in the first rudimentary exchanges at the beginning of the crypto world. Since then, trading has evolved and he has perfected the best trading bots to allow Humbl customers to benefit.
Not to mention Jacob Davis Sr. VP Financial Technology is now on the Humbl team.
Jacob entered the Developer world after joining Coinbook 4 years ago to explore his passion for cryptocurrency and API integration. Jacob built Coinbook from the ground up as well as many other projects connecting systems to the crypto world. Jacob is now part of HUMBL Financial and making next level crypto tech for the consumer.
Got 14,500 @ $1.36
It is moving up. I put in a 15,000 limit @ $1.27, could not get it, so changed to $1.30, up to $1.33
Looks like it is set to go up out the gate, be patient and wait for it to dip around 10:15AM to buy or get back in.
I have taken out a 48 month loan for $24,000, $705 a month, going to dump at least $20,000 on TSNP and let it ride.
Are you saying there was no investment by Cyberbeat?
Cyberbeat investment into Humbl, I think it was $2.5m, is a big deal.
Cyberbeat knows the Asian Pacific market, know the regulations, and want to leverage Humbl and all their products.
