The only thing keeping us back is the looming RS. It would be nice if the Board would cancel it and give us a Great Christmas Present!

With EVTV trading on a new board , even though it's not NASDAQ.. It's still an up grade. ... We will have to stay on this board for a while. I believe the board members (EVTV) may drop the RS . This board may give enough of a lift to get the stock price over $3 mark. Then EVTV can transition to NASDAQ....JMO

Yup....We're not going anywhere until the board decides to act on the RS. Still adding , GLTA

The impending RS is keeping buyers on the sidelines . I hope the Board makes a decision soon .

Trying to make sense of the 101. No matter how bitter the fight Worlds does not want to financially hurt ATVI while trying to negotiate a settlement. The stronger the company the larger the settlement. Exposing the 101 right now would hurt the bottom line. A merger would also make sense . One stronger company going after Microsoft (for now mutual benefit) Would be a better plan. ....First time poster. I'm here for the long haul, regardless of the path .
