The only thing that will correct this naked shorting dilema is to issue the dividend shares from cctr to nwmt. When this happens all shares must be accounted for through our transfer agent i believe. If the dividend was a cash dividend the shorts would have to pay the dividend amount to the recieving company as far as i know.
shortsqueeze represents the regular shorts.Nobody knows the number of the naked shorts because many funds such as hedge funds do not report naked short holdings.
I can't believe i've been waiting for this company to get it's shi+ together for three years!!! What a frickin waist of time and money. There are so many companies that are cheap right now and are ready to appreciate in share price that i have to sell my shares here and move on.These a&&holes on the board of nmkt.pk are just gliding through the motions and i can't figure out why, so i give up.Good luck people, i wouldn't be suprised if these anuses get audited eventually and end up in the big house.Somethin just ain't right here.
Somebody knows something here.
Looks good on paper huh skov?
Verges is trying to follow the bankers bonus portfolios. The problem is that this company needs to show large profits in order to clarify the reason for the bonuses or in nmkts case, intrest on shares. One good thing i can say about phil verges is that at least he does hold quite a bit of nmkt.pk stock.
Here's what i think is going to happen with the $1.5 million debt which was bought by a third party friday march 13th.The founding management will buy the debt from the third party, just like phil says, and then convert the debt into preffered non-convertabal shares and collect .06c per share interest per year just like he is doing with the 60 million shares that the founding management now owns.Just think how much profit this compamy could make without paying the founding management $3,600,000.00 intrest per year.
I'm a buyer here.Anything under .015 is mine.aagh, .02c net profit per share,gold mine indeed.
aagh, making money in china and sitting at .02 per share ? aagh should be uuugggghhhhh.I guess nobody invests in profitable otcbbs anymore. In my opinion, if we're profitable in the 4th quarter, this stock is gonna fly.Good luck to all.
I'm in for the long run(12-18 months).Buisness segments are intact in mt opinion.
Should be a nice bounce upward with financials!
That's funny!!!!
30% says your wrong!
Can't doubt mak.
Thanks mediascan.Your t.a. is very appreciated by me.
Anyone notice the filing about a debt covenant from a company owing us money has been erased?
I've had very few like this one.Hold on everyone!!!
Mak rules.Once again produces pr in the nick of time.Long term hold for me!
You would be a fool to sell any aagh at this price.I am looking at least 12 months before even considering selling, unless fundamentals turn downward.Seeing a possible dividend in the future.Great day to all aagh holders!

Very well written clay.I would hope for phil to be the c.o.o. and to find an excellent replacement as c.e.o.,but maybe his ego is above and beyond our company. Thanks for your opinions.
I can't disagree with you clay, but i believe things are about to change for newmarket. At least i am hoping.
Great post.Good people will prevail and phil is a good person.nmkt.ob is the bargain stock of 2007 at this price and a hold for 12 to 18 months in my opinion.I won't miss this opportunity.
He told me 70 mil. in revenues for 2006! Ya just can't believe him.
I'll bet on that: .52
Best confrence call yet.The good keeps getting better and with so many things happening(lac, xiptel, newmarket broadband, redmoon, newmarket latin america, nmche, chinese visit, etc.) ya just can't doubt anything phil has for us in the future.
Very impressive cc without doubt.
It will explode soon imo.
Click,lights out!
.275 dip covered the gap at .30c.

Flix Engine 3GPP gives Flash video on websites a reach to 3GPP handsets
TARRYTOWN, N.Y., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On2 Technologies, Inc., (Amex: ONT - News), a leader in video-compression software and solutions, today unveiled the Flix Engine 3GPP transcoder which converts popular web and user generated content for viewing on 3GPP mobile handsets. Among the desirable features is the ability to convert On2 VP6 files used in Flash video, and dominant in video portals and user generated content, to 3GPP formats.

Flix Engine 3GPP builds on the heritage of On2's Flix Engine 8 as the premier Flash video creation platform based on On2 VP6 codec licensed by Adobe for Flash Player 8. The Flix Engine 3GPP's added capabilities gives video portals, user generated content sites, and service providers the ability to simultaneously create Flash video and 3GPP files for serving mobile and non-mobile users with the leading format for each service.
"For the first time, web content can easily be made available for mobile services," said Bill Joll, president and CEO of On2 Technologies. "On2 VP6 based Flash video has taken the Internet world by storm with the creation of tremendous amounts of new content, but that content was not available on mobile devices until now. The new Flix Engine 3GPP changes that."
On2 Flix Engine is the leading server-based encoding platform for Adobe's Flash Player 8 and used by media companies, service providers and enterprises as a primary Flash video encoding solution. Flix Engine 3GPP will initially support H.263 and AMR-NB 3GPP formats.
On2 Technologies is showcasing its video-compression solutions at Booth No. 7A57, Hall 7, at the 3GSM World Congress through Feb. 15. Executives from On2 are available to meet at the booth.
I guess i'm posting to myself but this week is the week we will start our uptrend.I am expecting a news release concerning refinancing of debt.
There will have to be some volume soon and it will increase the share price dramatically in my opinion.GLTA
Good job charlatan. The good ones i like to hold on to.Especially when they are free.
Well I guess i'm now glad that i sold half my holdings to cover my original investment.I only hope that anyone here didn't expect some pullback after the run we had.The trick now is where to buy back at.I have no doubt that in 12 to 18 months aagh will be a solid investment as long as management doesn't pull a boner on us.Any thoughts?
Holding on for a long time.
I wish i would have kept all my shares instead of selling half. She's looking healthy!
Was it something I said? hello.
Holding and ready to add on dips!
