He should have blamed the horses. The horses were drunk ozsafer.
Because all the naive investors are saving there cash to pay off there debt. There is alot less of stupid money floating around now due to the economy.
"usually a pink stock with no bad news or numbers . should not be trading from around 0016-0001 in 3 months .obviously has been shorted/bashed to death manipulating the stock price usually a pink stock with no bad news or numbers . should not be trading from around 0016-0001 in 3 months
It's very simple actually, it's called dilution.
Your CEO issued more shares then there were buyers thus tanking his own stock.
3.5 billion in outstanding shares should give you a hint of the amount of dilution that took place.
I love the quoted this company has never hired a stock promoter. Maybe they should next time they dilute the hell out of there stock.
Good day.
"LGTT the growing company with BIG future potential."
oh, well, they haven't grown yet so there future potential is nil.
You should include a forward looking statement clause whenever you post because it's obvious that you are either promoting the company or a blind investor with the same intention.
Usually a company that trades in the .0001 range is full of fluff to began with so the Big PR your expecting will most likely not happen. Nasdaq won't happen because this company isn't even near the dollar range. They would have to R/S before doing so to shrink there O/S for Nasdaq to even skim through there application. Plus they would have to make enough money to pay for nasdaq services and to comply with SEC filings.
You expect a 5 million dollar lawsuit to proceed on a complaint?
The mind that you have in your possession is gone.
Keeps getting deleted.

You need to include this Z whenever you say fuel sales and profits.

Jim, there is something called the internet where you can pay your bills electronically now. So you can stay there.
FYI:
There is also something called dry freeze, people in Costa Rica catch there fish and immediately dry freeze it so it can stay fresh when the fish are transported to florida. So you can stay there.
Have fun, show us some pictures when you get back. Catch some fish!
Actually I was saying scam, way back when.
But thanks.
I'm invisible.
What's that in the sky?
It's a crow, no, it's bat, no.
It's super-basher.
AMCG MORE NEWS + Notice About Naked Shorting
Hello All,
AMCG Just Released MORE BIG NEWS a few minutes ago:
Amico Games Corp. Plans First Game Portal Launch
http://yhoo.it/d3jEAJ
SAN FRANCISCO, July 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amico Games Corp. (OTCBB:AMCG - News), announces that the company plans to launch a game portal in the fourth quarter of 2010 in order to receive a larger percentage from its mobile game revenues.
The game portal, named "E-Ge-Ge" which means "Big Brother" in mandarin, is the first attempt of Amico to distribute a number of mobile games directly to cell phone users in China through a consolidated games platform. Bypassing intermediate distributors should allow Amico to receive a larger percentage from the revenue generated by its mobile games.....[Read More]
IMPORTANT:
We want to take a minute to explain the action this morning on AMCG. As many of you saw, AMCG was hit hard right from the bell by Naked Shorts bringing this down. HotOTC's pick DNDT experienced the same thing. This is something that we are seeing more and more often these days.
Too many people are figuring out how to short penny stocks and we believe this is a practice that is 100% unethical and should be outlawed as it has in European markets.
And there in lies the problem. Since being outlawed in most Euro markets, many European shorters have but one place to go...and that is the US Market.
Shorters are targeting popular newsletters as they know there will be increased liquidity. What they will do is short right from the opening bell, create a panic and artificial sell off, and then cover at a support region. However, once they cover, you will see the price rebound quickly as it had with AMCG today, from .075 to .098.
How do we combat Naked Shorting? Well, many might not know this but if you place a short order on a penny, you must cover by the end of the day.
Some ideas we have been discussing are alerting our picks later in the day as a short must be covered by 3:55 PM EST. This way, it may be too risky for a shorter to cover in time.
Secondly, and this goes out to all subscribers: REMEMBER YOUR TRADING RULES. Do not buy something if it Gaps up on open. Before entering a position, decide if you should WAIT. See if its worth the chase. If shorters want to short at the open, we will let them create a short squeeze and buy when they offer us a cheaper position! Once they cover, we will reap the benefits of a huge rebound as seen today in AMCG.
Of course, this does not hold true for all of our picks - we expect that all our subscribers are experienced traders who can distinguish whether to buy on open or wait for a dip.
-------------------------------------------------
LOL. Naked shorts. LOL. Dilution.
Are all of you stuckholders millionaire's yet?
Just give your money to me and I'll hire someone for you for free.
You must live in Arizona.
Old folk don't work in florida.
Because they wanted to play on an empty golf course. I would do the same thing before it got over 100...
Florida isn't as bad. A year back, I actually saw a weather guy on tv say it was a good chance of rain that day, and guess what, I also saw him on the golf course that same day.
lol.
It would be funny to me if the U.S actually went back to the gold standard because the value of gold will be 20,000$ per oz today.
With deflation approaching and higher debts around the corner, why not?
I agree.
Let's hope JB posts some pictures, of the catch, then the catch on the grill.
You don't need to hunt with a rifle with the Jeep he's getting, you can just ram into em.
It seems we both have nice memories of those days...
I was too young to mosh pit or even travel to the Lollapalooza tours...
But, I was doing my extremes on the internet with aol3, I would work all night programming with these songs blasting in the background.
Where did this music go, I'm still waiting for it to come back.
I think you left out one....
Headswim
I guess you can put some push monkey in there too.
The only shows I watched where on MTV then Beavis and Butthead would come on.
HAhahahah.
oh Beavis and Butthead....
I don't know....
Ch3, Ch6,....
I just don't know how it's possible for one to convert plastic back into oil....
You might be able to convert plastic back to some other kind of fuel but not back into oil. The Chemistry doesn't make sense.
Also, this fuel is not the fuel that you would put in your auto-baun car let alone a truck like what Jim Bishop is looking at.
It's more like plastic 2 lawn mower fuel if that. I wouldn't put anything but the best in my lawn mower so I wouldn't buy the product even if they had a product.
This is just like algee to diesal. or fourtune cookie to diesal.
If there is a chance you can extract the plastic back to oil, it wouldn't be 100% oil because you don't make plastic with 100% oil.
you can't magically convert something back to it's natural state.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm just waiting for there financials. I'm not into inventions or future BS nonsense. if they don't file, they will go to pink.
In my opinion.
I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
-Temple of the Dog
In my opinion, The song is one of the best and still is. Both artist have the most powerful voices of that time including Rooster, Alice and Chains.
One week options?
I guess, it wouldn't draw me in unless I was playing the stocks earnings announcements, which I do. The spreads have to be a rip off and the premiums are probably throught the roof. Being right week to week is almost impossible.
But then again, another game I can play if I get bored with the one I'm playing now.
I agree. So did GG.
todays if you don't mind posting more charts.
You should look at the Level 2 charts for these companies.
ANR
ATI
Talk about some crazy movements in the share price. $$$
Huge market movement today. Tomorrow will be the same. In my opinion.
Shorts covering.
The two countries I mentioned aren't the U.S, Russia, Canada, Japan or China. So I have nothing to worry about. Besides, my assumptions are quarterly.
I can't be a pessimist, it's impossible. I'm anticipating the U.S market movements through my assumptions that are based upon future growth of the Global GDP.
The global future GDP just decreased. Cash from selling stock is moving into safer assets because of the concerns of the global future growth.
This website needs spell check.
I'll be buying the assets from the meteor theorist up to 2012, I have nothing to lose according to them.
(2a. There is a 1% chance that the U.S tells china too go fly a kite. Our debt will be wiped clean but then WWIII will happen....it's not likely to happen with the media coverage that is available now to the world. Decreasing the nuclear arsenal is smart, but I hear that two countries have enough nukes and are crazy enough to drop all of them on each other. This will most likely form a nuclear winter. This will drive down the global GDP growth severely.
(4. China has to sell U.S bonds so they can sustain there own growth. I hear that they are building so many office buildings by square foot that China can put each one of their farmers into a 15 X 15 cubicle.
(4a. When china starts to sell U.S bonds the U.S bond yields will go up and when they go up to certain point, the Feds have to raise interest rates. Guidelines.
(4b. Who will start buying our bonds? India? China will have too print money to sustain their own growth or the chinese economy will have a good chance of going into hyper inflation while the U.S falls further into deflation. The U.S trade deficit will fall dramtically.
(4b. Raising the interest rates to a certain point will cripple the U.S economy where the U.S government has no other choice to pay the interest payments on a bond through taxation. Taxes will be raised, by raising taxes, you will shrink the GDP and the unemployment rate will increase at a more then modest pace quarter after quarter.. All the U.S companies will pay more in taxes and when they pay more in taxes their profits fall along with the Price to Earnings ratio (if they're public, but both the public and the private sector will struggle). The unemployment rate will gradually increase while decreasing the pay per employee. this will decrease the U.S domestic sales thus forming deflation.
(5. If china succeeds by filling most the office space with a new line of work force then china has a good chance too sustain the growth through a new source of trade from taxation. This will create jobs, a massive amount of jobs. The chinese government can then start to tax there new trade which will generate X amount of revenue to sustain their growth. By sustaining growth, the chinese won't have to sell U.S bonds therefore keeping the U.S from having too raise interest rates.
(5a. 5 will only happen if Inida becomes the next global manufacture (Super Power).
The invisible hand is moving to another country, where labor is going to be alot cheaper so trade can rebalance itself. A new global currency will either form, or will the theory of debt continue so that India can be the next creditor to the world while the U.S continues to rebuild.
The Wealth of Nations.
28 Mins.
Tonight and tomorrow should be very interesting......
China markets.
Market outlook, To All to read
even the dump and pump which I'm unable to post there.
Today was a breakdown in the U.S markets. Not only the U.S markets today, but it will be interesting on how these markets react.
The China markets.
The Europe markets.
Then Our markets.
Will the support hold....
Not looking like it right now after the market close today.
I watch alot of stocks and look at 1000's of charts on IBD a week.
My level 2's were interesting after the market close, because most of them had a bid vs. ask ratio (100,000 vs. 100) and all of them got filled within 5 minutes...... OPPS, I guess the supports weren't expecting that.
If the bank bill doesn't pass tonight or tomorrow, expect a 2-4% decline in all markets.
This is my opinion even though I base my opinion on facts.
We could be in a long term deflation period.
If you review history, we are correlating with 1927-28. Now it's up to the U.S government to either follow the same path, or change it.
I can go on about if the U.S government raises taxes for the consumer or businesses but that's speculation.
What I see now, I see the free market reacting to lower earnings and a long term deflation.
The U.S markets are over valued because the interest rates are around zero and the U.S GDP is shrinking with a "Gradual" increase in the unemployment numbers.
If you add in the Tax increase then you will shrink the GDP even lower which could put the U.S right back into a recession.
It's hard when your overseas.....
I hope that those shares were registered entering the market.
But looking at the FTD list, they weren't registered.
This is different then your avg. pump and dump.
They cooked there books which is fraud.
They sold unregistered shares which is fraud.
They wired the money somewhere which is fraud.
The avg pump and dump aren't on the OTC:BB.
The funniest ones to me are on the otc:bb.
USXP
SPNG
JBII?
Look at the volume when the SEC released the lawsuit. Those were all his shares in my opinion.
But, maybe he is still holding on the certs which are worthless.
It was halted because there was a sell order at 17% below the price for 3200 - 3800 shares which triggered the breaker and halted the stock.
Nice assumption.
We will see.......
It got halted again today?
It got halted yesterday too.
Tomorrow should be exciting.
Never heard of them, what country are they from?
If you have any links to provide so I can do some DD would be greatly appreciated.
What are their expected earnings like?
I don't see this going up much further in the future if people are paying 100 - 200 P/E. It will look like a bloated pig on the charts.
The price for one car is not going to sell well for the avg. american who can't get a loan for a car let alone buy it with cash.
I hope they are dumping hundreds of millions in there R&D department because if they can sell an eletric car for 12,000 - 25,000$ USD. Say hello to the global market's like India, China, after america buy's them up first.
My opinion. I love these types of companies.
TATA motors is a good example. TELSA needs to experiment.
