Here's MY response from E-trade that I just got regarding the $20 charge as well as the overall situation:
Dear xxxxxx:
Thank you for your message regarding your Encounter Technologies Inc shares (previously ENTI).
After reviewing the situation, I see that Encounter Technologies Inc has undergone a merger. Currently, we expect for the reorganization to be completed within 2-3 business days. Please note that there are instances when the completion may take longer than expected. Please log on to your account and go to Trading & Portfolios >> Portfolios >> Positions to view the position. If you would like to sell the stock and are unable to do so online, please contact us at 1-800-387-2331 and our Corporate Actions Trading Group will assist you by placing the order in your account.
As we must facilitate the exchange of shares in your account, a $20.00 reorganization fee was charged to cover the processing costs. To see the details of the fee click on Transaction History under the Trading & Portfolios tab.
Sincerely,
Genalyn F. Trinidad

I second that emotion and believe that all the good you've shared will come back to you...tenfold...
Edited to say I meant that for Rocky, but shoot, Louisa....you add a lot too. Thank you BOTH!
And Slaz.....I REALLY appreciate YOUR perspective!!!! You always comfort me with your astuteness. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why you have 74 "followers"....
Too many others to give my thanks to, but a few that come to mind are DevG, live42daygirl, Vipr, Houston Trader, Nabbbbs - I know I'm forgetting people - and don't I feel like I'm at the Academy Awards!
Thank you....that was a perfect letter.
Please add my name....
OoooooEEEEEEEE.....you tell em, Slaz!!! That was an awesome read!!!
Been lurking for months, though I've posted occasionally....but just wanted to tell YOU that I think that's an excellent idea...
Maybe one of the active board members could pass it on, as you suggested....I've emailed a few times and gotten no response, but it was also right in the midst of their initial launch (when Rick was at the helm)...they were scrambling....
Anyhow - liked your suggestions.....
LOL - pretty good list, except you forgot to mention that Sherri Cook no longer works for the company......
LOVE IT!
pant pant pant.....I don't know....I'm having to skip PAGES and PAGES of posts - LOL....my eyeballs are burnin'...
Congrats to everyone - I personally am holding on for awhile...I have no savvy when it comes to buying selling buying selling...just gonna stay PUT!!!
Weee....I meant, Wooooooooohooooooooooooo!
Kastlem....
Your clear, consise, and CALM posts are very much appreciated by me and I'm certain by many others. God bless you, Slazenger, Dev, and anyone else who refutes/clears up misunderstandings, half truths, and outright lies.
Putting out fires is an endless job.
Having said THAT, I'm glad when someone brings up a misgiving or a frustration or an implied "scam" question....because your strong truths (and others' truths) ALWAYS reassure ME, even when I don't even know I NEED reassurance. Here in pinkieland, though, I think most of us always know our investments can go down the tubes and never come back up....so THANK YOU ALL for continuing to keep ENTI and its potential/hopes alive on this board.
We'll all find out soon enough whether or not we were putting hope into a dead horse or a thoroughbred....
Thanks to all for compiling this - truly appreciated.....
Just saw this on Yahoo homepage....includes several artist names I've seen mentioned on this board as possible spokespersons - interesting to read through and look at the sales generated by Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna....

Though I'm guessing most schools still do the traditional summer break, there are a lot that are also on year-round schedules....
This thing's gonna go or not, no matter WHAT time of the year it is....least, that's my opinion.....
Is THIS "young jock", then? (God, I'm gettin' too old to keep up with all these young whippersnappers...) Googled and got this from Wikipedia...
Jasiel Robinson (born April 2, 1983), better known by his stage name Yung Joc, is an American rapper.

Got my order in (with eTrade - good for 60 days)....have heard that this works, and have also heard that it doesn't....but it took 2 seconds to do and so what the heck....can't HURT anything!
That is WAY cool....I'm in my mid 50's and don't recognize most of the artists (LOL), but I CAN finally recognize the incredible draw that this is gonna have for a lot of people. I wasn't quite understanding the magnitude of it until seeing this.
By the way....I could watch it perfectly fine WITHOUT logging in; my browser is IE.....
Thanks for posting that...!!
No it isn't....can't fathom how you got THAT out of it.....???
I wish they hadn't RELEASED that danged PR.....LOL....
Though they've sent out all kinds of positive and meaty PRs, which I greatly appreciate, this one felt almost "fluffy" to me. NO part of me felt like selling upon reading it, but if I didn't know better, I would have questioned the validity of it...
Anyhow - no biggie....appreciate your response - thanks!
Back to work....
That makes sense....I thought possibly there was a legality of some kind that prevented them FROM doing so....
Sort of wish they hadn't released anything, based on the response....ALTHOUGH I firmly believe ultimately today's price action isn't gonna amount to squat in the not-too-distant future....
Maybe it's already been posted - don't have time to read through posts as I'm at work - but I HAVE emailed the company and asked them if there was a reason they didn't include the name of the company in today's PR....(though it does indeed appear that all the artists mentioned ARE with EMI).
If they respond, will share their answer....
I DO get tired of the pumping, so I have to agree with you there....no one really knows where this one is going to go by July, though we sure can all HOPE it does as well as we think it will. However, the chances of it going to at LEAST a penny or two sure seem reasonable to ME....
Just wanted to comment that MY kids spent the day outside having fun in the sun, as you say....but they spent plenty of time on the computer AND watching TV until the wee hours of the morn, too, since they didn't have to get up....so while I can appreciate your point of view, that TV is watched PLENTY by kids on summer vacation....
Though it's disappointing that the price hasn't reflected the enormity of GD's official announcement....it's coming, guys....we all know it....I bet when a PR is finally released, it will NOT be fluff....
Thumbs up....we be smilin' SOON....
gulp
Yeah, I'll pipe in for "them".
It was just more fluff and it's obviousley (sic) a FAKE PR.....just like those photoes (sic) were - I mean, ask yourself why no one was present - it was all STAGGED (sic)....this company is a scam with a capatal (sic) S .....
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Congratulations to us all....!!! Yippee KI-AY!!! What GREAT news to come home to!!!
pantpantpant....marathon reading - this is QUITE the prolific board!
To answer your question from yesterday about the log-in area being hidden on some people's computers....it's fine on my computer, now....
THEY'RE LISTENING - GOOD ON EM....
Ramford and override mentioned it....it's why I piped up....glad to hear, though, that it isn't a problem for most....
LOL...though god knows I'm the worst at following my own advice, be careful not to get overextended....the overall market is CRAZY right now and though there's a great (and valid) reason for feeling optimistic now....who knows what tomorrow may bring as people start to scramble to cover their asses....I meant, of course, ASSETS.
Leandro - thanks for your suggestion - I tried to do the CTRL/mouse thing - nothing happens....but again, I'm an IDGIT when it comes to computers....I DID email the company, too.....so we'll see if they can fix that up sometime in the next few days/weeks/months, when the BIG fixes have been taken care of.
Also want to thank our soldiers who have been posting from Iraq and Afghanistan....from my heart to yours.....THANK YOU for all you're doing and enduring.....
Well, don't quite know HOW to adjust it - but I DID try the maximizing the screen suggestion that xxxoverridexxx made, and that did the trick THIS time....I HAD tried that before and it didn't help....that's why I just blindly typed in my password and was happy to see it did indeed work, even though I couldn't see WHERE I was typing.....so maybe override's email did indeed help the situation.
However, I hope they fix it so no one has to maximize their screen...lot of computer idgits out there like me who could simply give up and move on if they're not seeing HOW to even log onto their accounts, ya know.....?
Thanks for the reply - and tell me....how would I adjust it? I have a Dell laptop....15" screen....no need to maximize my screen for any other site I frequent....so other than maximizing, how would I adjust my field of vision???
While I'm here posting....good luck to everyone - I LOVE the excitement building but want to caution everyone that ultimately, we don't know it's going to rise tomorrow despite what the chart says or the momo going - just have seen too many cases where people are counting their chickens before they hatch and then are disappointed when an expectation doesn't come to pass....and then the share price REALLY gets hammered.
We can pretty much know that it will indeed rise....just not too sure it's gonna be tomorrow....methinks it's whatever the MMs want it to do that will decide it for now....
I have the same problem with logging in....I can see the space for USER NAME, but not for the password....
HOWEVER, if you just hit "enter/return" on your keyboard after you type in your user name, and THEN type in your password, I've found I can log in....
Since I hadn't seen anyone else mentioning this, I had assumed it was a problem with MY computer and the size of its screen....but methinks it's time for me to email the company and mention that it's VERY difficult to figure out how to log in when the password box is covered by their stuff.....
LOL....too funny! Yeah, if we're gonna have to read through garbage, it'd be nice to have it be SPELT kerektly.
I don't post much either (though I've composed a billion replies to moonbaggy and the Bingo caller....AND then deleted them...just won't give them the satisfaction of replying to any of their posts and helping them earn money BY replying to them).
Personally, I think if everyone desisted from directly replying to them (because my understanding is they're paid for every reply they get???), MAYBE they'd work another board....
I'm STILL in the green with this stock, though not AS green....started buying in late 2007....we'll get news when there's news and that's how that one goes. IN the meantime, this little puppy keeps chugging away in the midst of major market tumbles....it'd be the last stock I ditch...I've thought about selling from time to time, but something ALWAYS has stopped me....
And that was BEFORE the General Dynamics connection came to light. Just has far too many things going for it, and though people might be upset about lack of news, I have YET to read anything demeaning about the character of Battis....
Feels good to own this one....
I heard the same "rumor", though I don't consider it TO be a rumor because I know my source; but since no one knows ME, and until a PR is released regarding the receipt of that money, we do indeed have to consider it a "rumor".
deleted....sorry.....
Desertwolf01....won't bother to reply directly to you - sure hate to keep supporting you and your family....but you want facts? How about you check out SAIC and Benham and their association with CCTC....then tell me they'd be involved with a scam company.
GAWD....you really, really, REALLY have to work hard for the money, don't ya.....
Because they get paid for every post someone responds to....
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Thanks - what a great laugh to really begin my day.....
Who cares that not one person voted yes yesterday, who cares that Richard Pazdur, the head honcho for approving oncology drugs at the FDA bashed CTI and DID NIT SAY ONE POSITIVE THING!,
That boy.....
Just wanted to note that possibly his word doesn't mean jack poo in the face of possible corruption within the process....
Hey, Bio.....looks like your boy isn't very ethical....wow....imagine that....shocking....
This is from the Yahoo board.....a long read, but most definitely informative/enlightening/interesting....
http://www.marketrap.com/article/view_article/91128/dendreon-and-the-criminal-capture-of-the-fda
Saw both of these posths on the Yahoo board....
For those who don't feel like clicking on the link, the first link mentions that the same company just filed one against MDVN yesterday; second one has to do with the PR being a paid advertisement by Holzer Law Firm, a promotional PR.
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_C/threadview?m=te&bn=4648&tid=421258&mid=421258&tof=16&frt=1#421258

And here's what it says at the bottom of their PR:
Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is an Atlanta, Georgia law firm that dedicates its practice to vigorous representation of shareholders and investors in litigation nationwide, including shareholder class action and derivative litigation. More information about the firm is available through its website, cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.holzerlaw.com&esheet=6211868&lan=en_US&anchor=www.holzerlaw.com&index=1&md5=010fbf3c788fa8a0da528db0f45291ef and upon request from the firm. Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC has paid for the dissemination of this promotional communication, and Michael I. Fistel, Jr. is the attorney responsible for its content.
FWIW, I never saw the graph either - am so glad you said something -I'll go back to that post and patiently wait for it to load.....
Maybe I've just missed the very obvious and you all have already discussed this to death 200 posts ago....LOL - sorry, if so - been gone a lot and not always able to keep up....but NOW I'm seeing these two link-ups:
From the China Daily article:
ADB said it is providing additional $1.25 million in technical assistance to pave the way for the second and third phases of the program which will result in a scaled-up IGCC plant fitted with carbon capture and storage technology by 2013.
From CCTC's last PR:
Doug Hague, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CCTC) has signed an MOU with TTCT under which TTCT will purchase a Technology Licensing Agreement for the construction of a clean coal facility in Inner Mongolia with an initial annual production capacity of 1.5 million metric tons.
The formal signing of the CCTI Technology Licensing Agreement is expected to take place in March, 2010, and will provide for CCTI to receive incremental license fees and royalties based on production. TTCT will be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, coal reserves, and all construction-related costs.
Mr. Hague stated, In addition to our existing joint venture agreement in Inner Mongolia, we are very pleased to have achieved this important milestone, which represents our first Technology Licensing Agreement in China, and provides the foundation upon which the Company will be well positioned to continue to capitalize on the enormous potential of the Chinese market, while avoiding significant capital commitments."
***************
Glad to see that there IS something in print over there regarding this, since I recall reading that one or two people were having difficulty finding a company by that name....least, I THINK I remember reading that.
Off to my slumbers.....hope you all have a great rest of the weekend....
Here's that article:
ADB loans $135M for China's green power plant
(Xinhua)
Updated: 2010-02-08 20:02 Comments(0) PrintMail Large Medium Small
MANILA: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Monday said it has approved a $135 million loan to help China build a coal-fired integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant, whose carbon dioxide emission rate is only one tenth of a usual coal-fired plant.
The $419.59 million project, scheduled to be completed in northern city of Tianjin by 2012, will be the first IGCC plant in a developing country and can generate up to 1,470 gigawatt-hours of electricity every year, the Philippines-based development lender said.
Plants using IGCC technology turn coal into a synthetic gas, removing impurities, before the gas is burned in a gas turbine, ADB said, adding that it is more efficient than other clean coal technologies but its adoption has been slow due to high costs and some perceived technology complexity and risks.
ADB said it is providing additional $1.25 million in technical assistance to pave the way for the second and third phases of the program which will result in a scaled-up IGCC plant fitted with carbon capture and storage technology by 2013.
Studies showing that it is now the least-cost option to cut carbon dioxide Bemissions from coal-fired power plants by up to 90 percent, AD added.
The bank said the remaining costs of the Tianjin IGCC project will be funded from equity contributions of $84 million, a loan of $195.59 million from a group of local banks, and the grant from ADB's Climate Change Fund.
The ADB loan has a 26-year term, including a grace period of six years, with the interest rate determined in accordance with ADB's LIBOR-based lending facility.
China is among the world's top coal consumers. The government has launched a clean coal power generation program aiming to sharply reduce pollution as well as lower the carbon dioxide emissions.
OK....so I just lifted this off CCTC's home page:
The reduction in airborne pollution and contaminants is dramatic -Up to 90% in some test cases.
Hmmmmmmm......
