NITE trying his hardest to shake it today to try and get some cheapies for when this runs to .50+, but not many falling for the bait as of yet lol
The .06 wall will crumble with little volume imo on DSHL A .055 break and this one is off to the races.
That's a great looking chart; looks like its ready to be a teenager soon....not to mention the 12.4M float is getting nicely eaten
Great news all around in this sector lately; can feel the positive vibe. GCI should pop here soon, love that insider buying also reported yesterday
Once were done churning down here near bottom I believe the upside move will be much quicker with solid bases forming along the way.
DOMS is on best bid now hmmmmm
Thats all he had 2k; The share structure of this stock is great and with that 10K showing no decline in business this could be setting up for a massive run!!
Read the ibox, 12.4M
Ameritrade
wierd i dont show SALI either
Alot of MM's moving to .06 hmmmm That may be next stop, and could most likely be fake wall.
This is really coiling tight here, going to be a fun one to be in when it lets loose And I feel it will be very very soon....
Actually I would think DSHL would be a great buyout for AZO (AutoZone) or AAP (Advance Auto Parts). It would fit them perfectly and let them expand into China as well.
hmmmm very interesting, I missed that; wonder what they have in store?
DSHL was at 60 cents in September and now that the latest 10K came out last week people are taking notice as to how undervalued it is. And the bizarre thing is that their business has not declined since then and they haven't issued new shares. The sell-off was all done on the false perception of a business melt down that never occured as is evidenced by the latest 10K filing.
Interesting link to the expo that just wrapped up yesterday that I did not see:

Here is a good summary of the 10K:

And here is a link to the actual 10K

Exactly $.50/share would be a steal
Now MM's putting up that same wall they did at .04 at .05, man they want shares badly. I bet a little buying and they all run just as they did at .04, they are trying to get some sellers.
Wow there were 4 MM's at .04 and it only took 40k shares to knock them all off. This one is very thin, like I said earlier this is building for a massive run to what I believe levels seen last year of .50+, since their business has not declined since then and they haven't issued new shares. The sell-off was all done on the false perception of a business melt down that never occured as was verified in the latest 10K released last week.
Nice, loving this one and its potential, still sticking to my 7-10 range, i think it gets there for sure. As a heads up also check out DSHL, alot of potential with that one as well.
True never thought of it in that way lol Either way there are a ton of shorts here, going to take them about 7 days to cover LOL
The dip is on VERY LOW volume compared to the buying volume witnessed the last few days. If this dip was on volume then I would be nervous, but this is in the early stages of a massive run building.
Looks like a nice dip here to grab some cheap ones....
Yep were getting close MWM
The high last year was 3.00 and it traded between .50 and .60 for a long time and the latest 10k shows that the company is in the same great shape it was when it was trading at those higher levels. So I would say it will return back to .50+
Like someone else posted here earlier: "Not that many people have even seen this or realized what has happened yet. Anyone who reads that 10K and who doesn't come away shaking their heads as to how this could have gotten so cheap shouldn't be investing."
Wonder how the expo is going, went from April 20th - 26th.... John McElroy was suppose to be there as well.

To answer you question where is the company registered?
They are registered in Delaware
And to answer your other question as to why this took off all of a sudden I think this answered it perfectly:

Great DD, thanks for this summary. Definately a great company with a bright future.
Well lets start with 1.45 -1.50
Thats because this stock is not under promo, and I believe the action is just coming from those taking notice to the strong fundamentals here. Can only fly under the radar for so long you know....
Only 1 times sales is your target? lol I have to disagree, I believe were looking at .50+ especially when one looks at how others are trading in the same industry, WATG, SORL, CAAS, TXIC, AZO, AAP Not to mentin the favorable share structure present here.
Super close, near hod, this one going to have a major short squeeze shortly. $7-$10 in sight!!
Thinking DSHL heads back to the .50+ level here SSP. It was a solid company last year when we saw it trading over .50 and nothing has changed, if anything its stronger for having weathered the latest economic downturn without getting hurt at all.

Yep its a buy and hold for sure as it has VERY strong fundamentals. Like I keep saying I believe .50-.60 coming.
Yep .50 - .60 again short-term imo. Great fundametal value play here that will get noticed.
Could pick up some analyst coverage here also imo as WATG did on April 15th.
related: 8:32AM Wonder Auto Tech: Brean Murray raises tgt to $7 following promising channel checks (WATG) 4.60 : Brean Murray raises their tgt for WATG to $7 from $5. The firm notes that they recently conducted a round of channel checks and have found that WATG's business has been positively impacted by the improving auto industry in China, especially in the months of February and March 2009. The firm expects the co to report 1Q09 sales and pro forma EPS above the firm's and the consensus estimates (consensus $0.14) and the co's own guidance and believes that mgmt could provide its 2Q09 guidance above the firm's and the consensus forecasts (consensus $0.17). Given its strong product offerings and solid financial condition, the firm believes that WATG should be able to take additional market share and should grow strongly over the next three years. Given the positive developments in the Chinese auto markets, the firm would recommend investors accumulate more shares at current levels.
Hvae a look at DSHL, one I think you will like from both a fundamental and technical point. They just released their 10K and are doing over 14M in sales so at .14 would be only 1 times sales and its not even trading there. Traded over .50 last year and it seems its finally getting noticed and could be headed back there. Others related to DSHL have soared including WATG, SORL, CAAS and TXIC. Also AN and AZO. DSHL flew under the radar for some reason.
Low volume shake, gotta love it.
