Same thing happened with XMET. - 1-100 RS.
Looked fishy.
Turns out it was true. The filings look like 3rd graders did them
Man your shares are going to get bought just put them on the ask and move along..
We should be moving up no problem - bid whackers
Bid is building
Some dedicated sellers at these prices..
I posted a screen shot of otc markets in February on stock twits.
Go look - you are mistaken.
Go to archive.org and check the history of the page - there is a difference of 200 million held at DTC from the screen grab on 2/16/21.
So tell me again it’s already done?
OS not AS.
About 2 grand on the ask until we hit 8’s.
Bid is smaller than yesterday but hopefully builds on 6’s.
Bid is building on 6’s
Huge bid support has been there the last few days too.
Man these walls are thin if we just had some volume.
Buying volume to be specific
And then CSTI comes on the ask..
Think you are referencing line 5.
Line 4 says, and it says this is the share structure AFTER the change, clear as day:
8.9 billion common
100 million preferred
This form is only used for changes to AS....as it says in the title of the form man.
Change in number of authorized shares of class or series.
78.2055 is to decrease the number of issued and outstanding shares of class or series.
NRS 78.209 - Change in number of Authorized shares.
If this was a split it would say it and the AS would be changed.
Our AS was changed per the form, from 9 billion AS to 8.9 billion AS and 100 million preferred.
Different form for the OS split.
Some people can’t read/don’t care to investigate what’s going on.
Just panic!
I found many of these filings - they all are essentially the same.
Line 3: old as
Line 4: new ss
Line 5: description of change
First we gap up because shares are needed. I bet we stay around .01 - I’ll take some more .0086’s though.
Question for you on the link you posted - what is with the par value?
Yah you seem like a credible source to take info from..
Still easy money to be made here. I can live with another 50k - more than that is a bonus.
Up on low volume...very curious about the float.
Very odd activity over at PYCT also..
NO WEI!!
Do they have a par value?
I don’t have a problem with it - just trying to understand another perspective.
And didn’t know there were companies with that few shares.
Share value usually follows the split value at least in theory.
1:1000 would leave 9,000,000 shares.
Having trouble finding a company with only 9 million shares outstanding
15-12G says approx shareholders of record: 2
Though I’m not arguing for the share reduction.
Reading is fundamental as you have said
According to the last filing it has 2 shareholders.
The same thing kept happening on XMET today.
One was a spike to .02 from .01.- check the chart.
But a lot of buys over the ask today
I see him above ETRF.
.0098 @ 10k
Did you have PYCT?
The 15-12G - the one I was just talking about. It is the most recent filing.
Deregistration of common stock par value .0001. It says it in the filing. Again the 15-12G
Just an erroneous filing gotcha.
Thus the 15-12G - par value .0001, 2 share holders of record
All in the filings.
You are referencing section 2.6 of the 8K - that is the only time they are referenced to have that par value.
Creation of the control block was .001 and the stock purchase agreement on the 8K says .001.
I believe you are referencing a typo unless you can find it in another place? Other than section 2.6.
Per the form 15 filed on 1/14 by Wei Tian, expect the termination of registration of common stock with a par value of .0001.
This is front and center of the form 15. .0001 being the key, as the par value of the commons is .001
Okay then it’s the first number I said, 90k Per your comment:
1:10 split? LMAO try more along a 1:100,000 split. This POS has 8.27 billion outstanding
9 billion/100,000=90,000
R/S wouldn’t be a bad thing...but the de-registration of the class of stock at .0001 per the OTC filing will take care of that.
Well if it split by a 1,000,000 like you said that leaves....9,000
So 90,000 shares remaining after the RS?
Check your math.
Maybe a 1:10 split?
Do a quick little 10x of the share price and /10 of the shares.
Will be taken much more seriously by people scared of big share structures.
Not sure why you think a RS is so scary..
No joke - Mr 111 million shares of in not mistaken.
Post history is bipolar
