I've been here since January. Done tons of research, including reading through the solar patents. I thought they were closer with the panel certification and being able to do something more significant with the is all. It's a ways out yet so patience required.
What is imminent is a MedRecycler decision. Hopefully good
I would feel more comfortable if I knew the solar panels were legit. Then there wouldn't feel so much pressure on MedRecycler being approved. As of now, I don't think they have their ducks in a row on the panels, and it feels like MedRecycler or bust here at the moment.
Fingers crossed.
Has anyone gotten the company to respond to e-mail? I've sent them two e-mails in the last week or so about some issues with the website. I haven't received any response yet.
I agree, the PPS will double on the next legitimate PR update. But I and pretty much everyone else here have been saying that since 6-8 cents. Double current PPS doesn't even get you back there now.
This is an impatient market. Seems pretty likely that the bleeding will continue for now. I figured we would have uplisted to OTCQB by now, and wonder if the .01 threshold will get threatened as we wait for MedRecycler approval
Primary reason, IMO
"Budris said that legislation would apply to future proposals and would not stop the MedRecycler proposal, which has already entered the licensing process."
Wow, that's the lawyer who is going hard up against MedRecycler from being put in place. MedRecycler's tweet was correct. That bill they are trying to pass to ban all high heat waste would not apply to them, and would in fact actually make them an exclusive facility in Rhode Island.
This is all falling squarely on the DEM here, and there is a lot of pressure being put on them. One would have to think they expected this kind of resistance, yet they still gave out the intent to license anyway. There may be an underlying political battle behind the scenes. Haven't heard from Shekarchi whatsoever.
Perhaps, I saw a 1.7 million share purchase at .0356, only 3 minutes after that tweet was made.
Today is the last day of the 30 day public comment period.
The 90 day window for RI DEM to issue a final decision starts tomorrow. I have been surprised to see the stock price dip to this level after all of the waiting when a decision is right around the corner.
I understand the dislike for lack of solidified information in other parts of the business, but MedRecycler is on the doorstep here. The price action doesn't make sense to me right now.
The main company Twitter has clearly shifted focus, at least temporarily. It has not made a tweet in two weeks, while the MedRecycler account has been posting almost daily. The full court press is on for MedRecycler at the moment.
As she and all of the other complainers fire up their propane powered grill or charcoal burning smoker for a nice weekend bbq out on the back deck feet from their house. Too funny.
I agree. It was thrown together by Caldwell, a very young and junior politician, to show support for a handful of vocal people in her district. Nothing more IMO. These people will rally votes for her later.
I believe you. I've seen it on L2, with you and another poster here who talked about buying just before I saw spikes. That's not to say everyone is truthful, but I do think some legitimately hold millions of shares.
I think many are probably expanding their position by trading shares back and forth, especially in Roth accounts and what not where taxes are of no issue. Sometimes the bid/ask gap is 7-10%. I personally don't consistently have time to do that kind of thing with my current job, but I'm sure many do.
Yes, all of that could be true, and it doesn't change the end outlook for me, just the timeline. I've got time to let this investment marinate.
You too, bright future here. Just have to block all the noise
It doesn't even have to open or be operational yet. It just needs the final approval. The day that happens is the day this stock will fly again IMO. It will exponentially fly even further when all of the DD on Reddit is paired with the approval in a new post.
I'm not saying they are permanently done with it. Just that there needs to be a legitimate catalyst now to re-ignite the fire. The current DD is a known commodity there now. The mass of Reddit pennystock traders who primarily drove the run were in and out. Many lost a lot of money and have soured, combatting any new SNPW posts on Reddit, which detracts investment from that resource. Some percentage of Reddit users who found out about the stock there, however, like myself, believe in it long term and are holding - and that's where a higher base should come into play as long as faith is not lost. Having a higher base is crucial for the next pop.
By the way, I don't think WallStreetBets touched this stock at all. This was just a swath of Reddit users on the PennyStocks channel where all the DD was posted. I saw some try to share with WallStreetBets and it got deleted very quickly. They don't care about OTC stocks as far as I can tell, at least yet. To that point, if this ever did catch WSB's eye, we would light up like a Christmas tree even more than we saw from PennyStock traders. Chances of getting that kind of attention from them in a Pink seems very unlikely.
They are providing a general timeline of expectation. The DEM ultimately controls this timeline. If this is insider information, then you would have to suggest the DEM is in on it.
It's typical in any business to add buffer to a date or cost that you think a project will take. In this case, they've done so. It says it should be operational by end of 2021. That doesn't mean it can't be operational by summer 2021, or that it isn't their internal goal to be operational by then. This is nothing close to "insider trading".
Yes agreed. I'm not saying something can't come out that would surprise and be the new toy. I guess I had it on my radar that something about the UL certs for ths panels was imminent, but that was squashed by the update on them provided in the last PR. There's a ways to go there yet it sounds like.
On the flip side, I mean technically they can get approval on the plant as early as April 15th, less than 3 weeks away. That would be a shiny new toy, and it would shut up all of the negative talk both here and on Reddit
I found this stock from a reddit post, which was light on DD, when the stock was around .004. It went from 5 cents to 34 because of that mammoth reddit dd posting later that you say you organized. We are back at 5 so suffice to say that reddit well is dried up. The reddit pennystock readers easily move from stock to stock looking for the next shiny toy. They don't have patience and the momentum from there is gone.
It's a patience play again now with a much higher base than it was. I do think the next run will take it past a dollar, but I don't think it's imminent.
I think that is the key to that deal.
"or use Chinese solar cells inside of Nick's patented non glass housings"
Were the MMs accumulating at 12 cents? 10 cents? 8 cents? 6 cents?
The "MM accumulating" excuse sounds played out to me.
The market in general has largely taken a downturn, and on top of that there hasn't been "hype worthy" and detailed news to get investors pumped about this stock again...yet. This is what happens.
Patience is key.
Agree with you, nice post
What are your expectations for the 10K for 2020?
It will probably not be great because of covid.
The 10Q for 2021 Q1 might be more interesting, due some time in May I believe.
It made that run because of Reddit pennystocks posting. It was and is very good DD that had been compiled, which I believe makes this a good long term stock, but that's why it ran so quick and heavy. It attracted the masses...temporarily.
The next run requires legitimate financial news from the company. It will happen in due time.
They just released a PR and a few new tweets on Monday. They have been very active on Twitter with MedRecycler. That's their focus, as it pretty much should be. I have a feeling they have been working with the DEM since the public meeting, and going through all of the questions pouring in. It wouldn't surprise me if the tweets they have been making are some of the most asked questions, and they are providing answers to them via Twitter.
I don't expect a PR any time soon to be honest. The last one on Monday was pretty clear that there's some great things in the oven, but nothing sounded imminently close. We sit and we wait.
It went from .002 to .34 . I'd call that pretty effective.
It hasn't been hidden. It's been all over Reddit and Twitter.
$80 million dollars is no insignificant amount of financing either.
And there you go. They are making sure it is understood that Durango financing is in place with that newest tweet.
The best part of the PR this morning was that Durango project had found financing. This isn't to be understated. The last official updates on this via the SEC filings was that they were looking for financing.
I believe he will make it happen. I'm not going anywhere. I've got time. I'm not a day trader.
Yes, agree with respect to the UL certification.
It's good to see progression in each subsidiary, but they are making UL certification sound further out than expected.
There is 2020 data but not a complete year yet. That is done by an annual 10k form with the SEC that isn't due yet.
If you go here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SNPW/financials
you can click Semi-Annual and Quarterly tabs to view some partial 2020 data there until the annual 10k is filed.
Interesting stopping point on the quote you pulled out. Here's the rest of it, which is far more important and of worth.
the Company shall receive an economic interest equal to 51% of all profits derived from the MedRecycler-RI, Inc. This will free collateral and cashflow for the development of new projects of the Company and its subsidiaries, while also removing the debt of MedRecycler-RI, Inc. from the balance sheet of the Company. At the same time, once MedRecycler-RI, Inc. becomes profitable, and has met all requirements of long term financing related to reserve allocations and profit thresholds, the Company should receive a recurring income from the MedRecycler-RI, Inc. without the limitations on its assets and additional overhead costs related to maintaining the subsidiary and financial reporting
"I hope they drop a major announcement tomorrow morning for those that sold"
Totally agreed! And it will be hilarious!
You dumped all of your shares in low volume yet it was still green. What does that tell you
I think some on the other side want unrealistic things to happen, like never using plastic again starting tomorrow or some shit.
Totally agreed! Great points. I particularly agree with the points about how much money is being made available for clean energy companies like SNPW, especially with Nick's ties to government! 1 percent of 2.3 trillion dollars is 23 billion. This company is a gold mine even at just a fraction of a percent of that. I'm glad to be here with this company!
