I am submitting that the 200+ acres of prime micro climate reefer growing land that FUTL has title to and a Ticker Symbol have value. As I am sure you are aware, the area is some of the best in the world for growing reefer.

Somebody wants the land and the Ticker Symbol.

I just don't see Talari and Cox spending the money necessary to acquire all these shares.

This is an old article but sheds some light on the over supply problem and why interstate commerce will be a game changer for Oregon.

I think there might be a chance that Talari and Cox may not be involved with the recent activity.

They left us Bagholders and probalby sold their positions on the way out.

The one good thing they ever did with regard to their schemes was hire Bruce Perlowin to help them find the Oregon land.

The following is pure speculation but possible scenarios:

The Miller Family wants the rest of the land back and maybe the Symbol.

Another Grower wants to do a reverse merger and acquire the land.

A company that is already listed understands the value of Emerald Triangle type land going forward and wants to acquire it as the laws ultimately relax. Interstate commerce between legal states is apparently the key.
