10k looks good and they talk a big game but that was also the case in the super8k and nothing to show for it. There’s no guarantee that we’ll even hear from these guys this quarter much less see them add value to this company. Naturally investors are weary and/or simply lack the patience to see this through. Company has lots of work to do here, a formal PR would help.

Well that’s just the thing. 4 months of silence to deliver virtually nothing. All the pieces are in place, the potential is there. I sincerely hope whatever’s been holding them back is out of the way. They talk a big game in the filing, so hopefully we see some action soon. With all that said, they’ve only been public for 4 months, just a baby. Gotta give it some time

4 months after super 8k was released and not a MF thing to show for it. There are multiple indicators here that these guys are prepping for an uplist to a higher exchange but my God! Why does everything have to be at a snails pace. They talk a big game In their filings, they need to get this shit show on the road.

Just a part of playing low floaters. Imo these guys are going to uplist with a gang of news to follow. Restricted shares are locked up for the foreseeable future. Once these guys add legitimate value (more gov contracts) this can take off and never look back

Yes this is very true, however this has been a long time coming and the company has outlined clear expectations for themselves for the first quarter of 2023. I’d like to see them keep their word here.

Yep, and they’ve always filed before due date. This company has had their eyes on acquisitions for at least a year and a half now…i do believe it’s time

I’m not denying where the share price can go with further suppression but to call this dilution is a little ridiculous, then again many of your hot takes over the past few weeks seem fuelled by fear and anxiety. But hey, I guess that comes from partaking in public forums.

First off, I am here independently. Secondly, the current share price, based on the volume traded is inconsequential. Thirdly, you’d think based on the float that the company would drive demand (release news) before selling shares (dilution). Is that how this works?

I’m no expert but all I see, based on the chart, is a sustained move after the release of the super 8k and nice consolidation while the accumulation and moving averages continue to look better each day. Not to mention there’s only 2 million tradable shares. Hey, maybe it’s just me.
