I feel like someone or many people are always trying to push the price down with small orders

IBKR was allwing me to trade up to yesterday today no idea what's going to happen

BOXS is an SEC filler they dont need current letter ....if all fillings were with SEC before the 28th I don't see why it should not be resolved quickly ....but please can you share and reading about this situation

The Qs are signed on the 27th hence technically they were uploaded on the same day ... for me the issue is processing time from SEC and OTC ....I don't see why the company should penalised for this ...

I have been holding this stock for more than 6 months now ....I can't tell you how happy i'm today... to be honet since the sahres restructring and when I saw the number of unrestricted shares I was confident that the poeple behind this one are serious....planning to continue holding for another 6 months I think the show is just starting here

Yes thank you ... it might be another class of shares that will be used for the control block but the conversion ratio with common needs to be possible within the limit of the exiting AS ... but it does not mean that it will be converted sounds to me like merger negotiations are well advanced here
