I read that it is explained by massive short covering.
I'm here - just stunned that things are not bad, relatively speaking.
Jim Cramer told his followers to start taking profits in NOK.
Najarian talking up IDCC again on CNBC just now
That would be the right thing for the filings to say.
Somebody knows what the filings say - I just hope they aren't telling their buddies what they say.
WSJ is a fat paper. Maybe they're still reading. I'm waiting for 10:00, when more folks on the exchange start work.
Fingers crossed!
Back already? I hope I'm as right about betting the house on IDCC (with some major DD).
Somebody nibblin' at shares?
Exactly my point.
Nokia themselves "SAY" (declare) that they have essential patents. That does not make it so. But it does mean that say can say that the patents have been declared essential (they left out "by us").
Therefore, I declare all of Nokia's 360 patents to be non-essential. So take that, Nokia!
Well, if I "SAY" I have 360 essential patents, then I have "DECLARED" it.
I don't see "declared essential by courts of law in nation X" anyplace.
10Q? You're welcome?
May I suggest Sierra Nevada ESB?
And to quote Mike, GO IDCC! PLEASE!
A toss up, both great! Favre more fun to watch. But I went to Super Bowl XXIV and man, Montana was awesome that day.
I didn't see any attack on Joe Montana!
Agree. Bonuses should be paid in cash (they have plenty) and if they have confidence in the company, put up some hard earned green to prove it. Some green, anyway - don't know how hard it is to earn over at KOP.
Well, generally in CCs he sounds to me like he's TRYING to sound upbeat, but it isn't easy for him. I wasn't there to read his face, but from his tone I got the feeling that he was about to bust open he wanted to talk so badly.
Of course it may be wishful thinking on my part, but it's the first time he didn't sound to me that like he was in over his head and where's my mommy?
I agree - Merritt sounded more upbeat and specific than I've ever heard him.
You aren't going anywhere.
I'd be alarmed if all that money came in and the stock was still anywhere near $19.
Merritt moving on?
Preconference music more upbeat than usual but why, oh why are they playing "Gone With The Wind"? Nokia go away?
I was having a problem with the CC a while ago, but seems OK now. Keep trying.
IDCC website is back up
Dellphone has a nice "ring" to it.
I wonder if they'll have the Delphonics do the ringtones (or the Superbowl launch ad).
