Also, the 180 tractor number has remained the same since June...
Speaking of the fleet, here's some stats that anybody can look up off of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website... As to the current number of power units.... 180. As stated in the 8k, The unaudited revenue for fiscal 2014 was 27.3 million... Power units for 2014 are listed as follows... 12/27/2013 @ 45 power units--- 06/20/2014 @ 75 power units--- 12/19/2014 @ 115 power units...
Anything is possible...
Yes, and yes... Clearly, Pro Star knows what it got with the Hydroplant. If Nikola was only interested in access to the public markets, I believe he could have done it a lot cheaper with some unrelated shell company. Any advisor would have told him that. He now has the opportunity to make quite a bit of money with the technology he now owns. The company now has the capital it needs for any modifications that make it more commercial and for production. I think the business plans get modified and perhaps the deal with Hydrophi HTE gets amended in the near future.. I'm looking forward to hearing from the company. They been very quiet over the past 6 months and I believe this merger was part of the reason why.
Same here, damizo.... The tech drew me in as well. The European strategy was dependant on the EU Life grant, which never materialized. The agreement with HTE specifies over $500,000 in payments upon a sale of even ONE Hydroplant in Europe. The loss of the EU grant significantly delayed commercial roll out there. So far, this merger may be Roger's greatest professional achievement to date. Looking forward to a PR and hopefully further detailed plans concerning the Hydroplant's future. The company will not need to make a huge initial sale to survive.
Absolutely correct. Also, the installations will be performed at the company's own service center, which, is obviously a nice touch..
Excellent points... Additionally, imagine the growth potential for the trucking side of the corporation with now having the ability to purchase 3 older trucks for the price of one, reto-fitted with Hydrplants, running freight on a cost basis near par with the newer models... The turnover with the older models will be quicker, however, it doesn't take long to remove the Hydroplant and install it on the rig's replacement. Just a thought...
I understand how you feel if you're a shareholder in this company. I won't make excuses for anyone. I believe Roger did his best with the hand he was dealt, and quite frankly made a damn good deal (all things considered) for us. Now that there will be revenue, it will be very interesting to see what happens with the Hydroplant.

Hard to say. First, I'm not sure how much input he had with the Hydroplant since it existed prior to his arrival. Obviously, some of the employees needed to make money and salaries were being deferred so some left. As soon as Goldman's name and info was removed from the website, I sent emails to Ms. Jackson and I.R., but I never got a response. I did not send an inquiry to Mr. Slotkin, though.
He was the CTO/VP of engineering at Hydrophi for a couple years. He left during the summer.. Started his own company... Not related to Hydrophi nor the technology...
Wealth... You're math is correct. We don't know yet how many shares will be outstanding when the ink dries, however, the overall market cap figure is an honest one. The trucking may not be sexy, but it makes money. Now, lets talk about OUR company... Mr. Zaric has managed to grow from one single truck to 200 in 2 1/2 years... I think we could all agree that's a little bit sexy... Where will we be in a couple more?? Enjoy the ride..
If you trust ,that Roger et,al,.. Including Magma, did their DD, and the 27.5 million in revenue is a good number, you can look at price/ sales ratios of public trucking firms (Swift, Knight, Werner etc.) to give you a ballpark number. Even assigning zero value to the Hydroplant puts us 15 times higher in market cap than right now. Share price would be dependant on overall shares outstanding ...
Very cool.... If you don't make it, I'll get down there soon and take some myself. Also, as luck would have it, one of my coworkers is Serbian...
Yes I do. I work in Mt. Prospect which is a few miles north of Bensenville and O'hare I'm off for the rest of the week. However, I see Pro Star trucks all the time.
I work about a mile away from the service center. ProStar is close by on the opposite side of O'Hare airport. The number of trucks and trucking firms around O'Hare is unreal...
And do the installs at their very own service center....
Maybe we can sell some Hydroplant units through the Pro Star Truck Service as well..... Nice job, Roger..
Green, I wish I knew, but I don't. I only pointed out, he fact that Crescendo is more intimately involved with Hydrophi than your run-of-the mill i.r. firm. I'm sure they know most everything there is to know.. Why they don't communicate, I don't know. I won't hazard a guess either...
It's interesting to note the head honcho at Crescendo Communications, David K. Waldman, also serves as an investment director at Astoria Capital AND is a member of the supervisory board for Hydrophi Technologies HTE Europe.
Relax.. I'm aware of the Magna/Sason/Group31 connection. It's a minor point. The issue is on the 24th of March of this year, Hydrophi issued the 15.5 million shares to Magna. End of story. That's material information and it affects all shareholders. If you think that's the end of it. Great. I can tell you I don't know if it is.

My guess is somewhere in the ballpark of a 50% discount to the stock price on or about 3/24/2015.... And no, it's not a good thing.... Roger said he was trying to find ways to kill the convertibles ... It's not easy... There will be more conversions to come.... The lower the stock price, the more shares Magna/Sason is going to get... OTC Markets ( or some other entity I can't recall offhand) had our O/S at 171 million a few days ago.
Any comments on the 13G reported after the close today? Joshua Sason/Magna Equities... 15,559,067 issued to him by our company. He's converting...

"People with the highest levels of this cholesterol had the most heart attacks, the study found. One certain genetic variation accounted for about a quarter of the cases of high lipoprotein (a). "Liprotein (a) has been around for a long time as a risk factor but people hadn't taken it too seriously because they didn't think it caused heart attacks," Nordestgaard said. "Now we show that, like LDL, it is causing heart attacks."
One problem is that people have little control over the cholesterol, whose levels can vary up to a thousand-fold among individuals, Nordestgaard added.
Niacin, a vitamin often prescribed generically to lower cholesterol, also lowers lipoprotein (a) levels. It can cause uncomfortable flushing, however. Aspirin can also lower lipoprotein (a) levels. "
Back in the early 90's, didn't Pauling and Rath get a patent for the combination of Lysine, Proline, Vit C and green tea for the treatment of CVD? I think the Lysine and Proline were shown to "strip" the lipoprotein (a) off the arterial walls and the C repaired lesions (to which the lipoprotein (a) "stuck to").

Ouch...

Thanks for getting this off the ground Bio. Maybe the change on the YMB has been a blessing in disguise. Anyone who has been around awhile (on the IMCL/NSTK boards) has seen the slow disintegration of civil discourse on both of those forums.
