Yes, and yes... Clearly, Pro Star knows what it got with the Hydroplant. If Nikola was only interested in access to the public markets, I believe he could have done it a lot cheaper with some unrelated shell company. Any advisor would have told him that. He now has the opportunity to make quite a bit of money with the technology he now owns. The company now has the capital it needs for any modifications that make it more commercial and for production. I think the business plans get modified and perhaps the deal with Hydrophi HTE gets amended in the near future.. I'm looking forward to hearing from the company. They been very quiet over the past 6 months and I believe this merger was part of the reason why.
