Phenomenal if it turns out to be true. Block 30 labs was partnered with Digibyte which holds a $730,000,000+ valuation. However Block 30 labs is officially closed as of 01/13/2021. They could always re-open in theory, but this is all highly speculative until George gives us the goods. We've still got Blockchain coming in which has the most potential for a $Billion market cap/valuation.

Unfortunately (according to the last tweet) David hasn't even completed the share reduction paperwork so we're still weeks/months out from the first actual catalyst. I'll be adding more as this continues to drop.

She looks like a prime candidate if the OS stays under 1.5B, An AS reduction would send it to pennies very fast.

Not seeing any dilution from today. Once PAUL drops off, we should start stair stepping higher.

It's a guess only based on convertible notes from last quarterly: My terrible math guess plus the 1,129,879,000 convertible notes puts us just under 1.25 billion OS if this is the only dilution they are doing. I'm continuing to load down here.

Cross reference of address comes back to Healthcare Solutions Management Group INC. (aka: HSH) which appears to be a Shell company for Pharmaceutical Companies. Ticker $VRTY is part of HSH and carries a $99.4 million market cap with assets of $92 million listed on last quarterly. Rabbit hole speculation: Denver is also the Sales Headquarters for GVB Biopharma.
