Fuk it, im holding to 0 or 100
Cant lose money if you never sell lol
It's hilarious how many people claim they took profits a long time ago before this took a shit, but never mentioned it before. Quit trying to lie to yourself, you got burned and can't handle the heat
He did, he created a whole new company lol
This took a dump lol. When we are talking 12-14 per share book value, how the hell are we gonna sell for that?
Yes, plenty of disinformation...... LMFAO!!!!!!!
I guess I gotta head to the Optometrist, I was seeing something earlier like, "I lost 45k in a company when they announced 'we are going in a new direction." Might need lasik or something
Perfect timing between your smart comment and their announcement, almost like they were waiting for you to say something dumb.
It does have a message, pretty clear to me. Especially that the site wasn't up for a long time and is now, that is a message in itself
I expect one. Don't give in to these guys lol. If Marcus is right, we will be doing the Irish jig on this board really soon.
Doesn't matter, we are looking for an jump in share price via settlement. Once they announce the filings and the money. This company will be uplisted soon after, meaning we don't need to worry about people restricting the purchase of this stock anymore.
How else would they start a new business direction I ask? I am putting simple puzzle pieces together my friend. Do you have any proof that this didn't happen?
Joined the party a little late bud. Read up on the board, you'll see the investors are looking for payout via a court settlement. The court settled in November over a contract dispute with Dutro Inc which cleared all of Sector 10's debt and gave them enough capital to begin a new business direction. The volume is low because the traders left, leaving the guys who have been here from the start. Either way, it only took a few thousand shares traded to send it from 10 to 77. Look to the filings coming soon.
me too
Are we implying that there cannot be a settlement through the dispute over a contract?
No one buying, no one selling. Only people left are the ones that have been here from the start. Wait till the filings
Doesn't matter what dutro's main goal was, they lost
Part of the lawsuit, not the main goal, pretty easy to decipher what I was saying
Don't think it matters much whether their bad debt is written off or not, because it has nothing to do with their settlement. Keep trying to steer clear of the main topic though.
Do we have a guesstimate on when the January filings will be released?
Link me where it proves me wrong so I can read over it. From everything I have seen, my belief still stands until proven otherwise. Either involuntary or voluntary dismissal with prejudice, it does not tell anything other than the case was dismissed.
I wouldn't say the court system is run by competent people, that's a bit far-fetched. If I am not mistaken, it was a voluntary dismissal with prejudice that was decided by Sector 10 and not the defendants or the court.
They did say that "Due to the overwhelming financial burden and legal obstacles presented, the Company, with the assistance of our legal teams/Counsel, determined that a settlement was the best
option at this time". When they said they failed to get a fair trial, they are referring to the 2018 and prior counsel. And that they weren't able to win everything they wanted. But they won something from the bench trial when it bifurcated into two trials, which they did not want to happen, because that meant to get all claims from Dutro, they would have to keep pursuing for years and years.
Personally I would be starting a small business as well in the meantime to fund the litigation expenses, I see no issue there
If the company did not receive anything, they would begin dissolving it and selling off their shares, which I have seen none of. The only people that sold off were short-term traders manipulating the low float
"Setbacks often mean Settlements where the company and shareholder's and the company will receive TONS of $$. Yup Yup."
^I am pretty sure the setback he is referring to is the 11 year litigation that was settled, only to bring them to greater things. You can take it in one way, meaning the settlement was no money and they are just using the little bit of cash assets left to start back up, which can't work. Or you can take it as they had a settlement, that has allowed them to go to bigger things, not saying huge, but something. And with the type of company they are, they need lots of money to start up again, lots of money.
"Court Transcripts stating the whole debacle around theft yada yada completely dismissed forever + the Dutro settlement being settled (Where the company owed Dutro for services rendered) was settled with each party receiving nothing and paying their own court expenses...WHICH IT STATES VER BATIM....Does not matter. Yup Yup."
^The company worded their 10Q announcement in a weird way, wish they said no settlement or settlement in amounts, but they didn't. But I have seen companies announce these types of settlements in the next quarter because of how close the timing is. What made it weirder was the announcement of a new business direction, which if they didn't make any money from the case, it would be practically impossible to start back up. Some people think it's court expenses they are referring to, others think the whole settlement.
"Company website that states nothing of $$ coming from the Fantasy settlement...but apparently it does....it is cryptic...Yup Yup."
^All it says to look to Quarterly Filings for updates on financials. I don't think they would say that if they didn't win any money, because their cash assets would be the same or lower if they didn't win and there would be no reason to tell people to check them out.
Anybody can interpret this whatever way they want, evidence shows hope on both sides, but I don't exactly see why someone would hope this crashes into oblivion. This is one of this weirdest situations I have ever seen. Anyone who is putting all their eggs into this basket are not being smart. But people not throwing a couple hundred in this, could miss out, and even if you lose, it's a couple hundred bucks.
Massive losses? How would they start a new business direction then? Companies like Sector 10 require millions in capital to start up, and if they knew the case was worthless, they would have started the new business direction 11 years ago. No company would pursue a case for this long, dismiss with prejudice, all just to lose it and then start back up with no money. I honestly would love to hate on this company but I am putting simple puzzle pieces together. I mean, at the end of the day we know as much as they want us to know. Whether thats in favor of the bag-holders or not, we will find out soon.
January Filings....... Easy to decipher, kind of like reading the morning news
Nah, the week after that
January
