I have sent Cam three very professional emails the last year, including 1 last week. He has never responded. LoCascio at SC&H, who owes me absolutely no response was even kind enough to respond twice last week.
Then your shorts would all need to be non-domiciled or we would need to emerge from the expert status. Just as a side note, I tried to sell 100 shares yesterday. No takers.
Eb - so do you find Jays theory or thesis, even the least bit plausible at this point?
So Jay believes that Cam can pull a short squeeze slaughter over on these funds, again after they were burned once? If that was the case why hasn’t that already been executed? Why the bankruptcy?
I’m confused. Our shares are in the expert market. If management recalls shares, shorts are forced to buy. Only “experts” can buy. Few retail investors qualify for that expert trading status. Are you of the belief that all the shorts qualify as expert?
Jay - for all our sake I hope you’re right but how are shareholder’s represented if the company’s assets are purchased by a company solely funded and owned by Durrant?
Taran is owned by Durrant. He is the sole funder of their stalking horse bid. He is not buying the assets for the benefit of the shareholders. He is abandoning the shareholders. In the event he wins bid, he has offered existing shareholders a one-time royalty of $18 million on the first $300 million in sales.
Maybe you better read up Jay. Pretty much everything that you’ve contended appears to be up in smoke.
Jay - is this just a complimentary heads up, or have you drawn a correlation or conclusion from these 2 documents? Thx.
Is it too late to make that simple statement/appeal to the BK judge?
ST also has a post indicating BK as well.
From another board…
Looking for additional information:On January 3, 2024 (the " Petition Date ") Humanigen, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's case was assigned case no. 24-10003 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Delaware District (the " Bankruptcy Court ") Delaware division office.
I’m sure you know he’s our Chief Scientific Officer and a Board of Director. It would be pretty alarming if what he’s alleged of doing involved HGEN stock.
Jay - which of Dales funds bought the shares you mentioned and if the fund is acting on behalf of Humanigen is the fund an asset of Humanigen or is Humanigen listed anywhere as an owner of the fund? I’m trying to connect your dots between Humanigen and Dales funds - but the only commonality that I see is Dale, not Humanigen. Additionally I would assume the fund owns other assets. Wouldn’t they too be de facto assets of Humanigen? I consider you to be the historian of the stock and I’m hoping you can more clearly put the pieces together for me. Thx.
I agree.
Jay, I got this response…
Two things are going on there.
1. The Trial he is seeing is C-Smart which was an Australian Study that had 4 different Arms. The Lenzilumab Arm was a very narrow group that was only for patients currently being treated for Cancer that had contracted Covid-19.
2. The other Trial that is still active is the PREACH Trial for CMML which has increased enrollment.
That website is the Australia/ New Zealand version of Clinical Trials website here in the US. Since CMML Trial is only happening in Australia its only being tracked on this site. I have been watching this off and on for several years.
Chatter from another board would indicate trial is still going, was recently updated and participation has gone from 7 to 24.
Not my find. Posted by someone elsewhere.
Conclusion: Interim analysis of the PREACH-M trial demonstrated that GM-CSF neutralization with LENZ/AZA, for the treatment of CMML with RAS-pathway mutations resulted in 55% CR, achieved early in treatment, durability up to 18 months, thus far, and no unexpected serious adverse events. These data suggest CMML is driven by a non-redundant cytokine that responds to immunotherapy.
Jay - if MLR was given LENZ on a compassionate use basis and she made a miraculous comeback - why wouldn’t the company be singing the praises of that particular episode? Of course there’s privacy issues and all of that, but her family certainly made her illness quite public. And if she was returned from near death, I would think she would be so happy as to let HGEN share that news.
Jay - what do you think ever came from our License Agreement w KPM Tech Co LTD and their affiliate Telcon RF Pharmaceutical?
Jay - what makes you believe that management won’t just bankrupt Humanigen and buy up the assets, IP, etc in bankruptcy for literally nothing - shedding themselves of all the outstanding shares owned by retail? Thx.
Did Dale dump 400,000 shares?
BXRX orphan drug registration. Thoughts?
Was Cam part of it the first time?

Jay - sometimes you lose me. I did see that Dale, or Dales hedge fund bought some Baudax. But how do you make the jump that it was for the beneficial ownership of HGEN?
Jay - do you know how the 3 resigning board of directors were compensated? Were they paid anything. Were they granted shares or options? Would any of that possibly come back to our benefit?
I hate to say it, but price popped 40% briefly this am. He could have easily pulled 25% out of todays price action.
Yooo. Were you able to get out?
I sold 123,000 shares as soon as I could on pre market. I might buy back in at $0.005 before it delists. Pick up 200,000 for $1000 and see what happens in the pink sheets.
It appears to be voluntary on the part of HGEN. They seem to have conceded that they’ve run out of viable options before they’ve officially run out of NASDAQ afforded time.
Jay - did you not get the memo this am?
