Bidenmoneyman, we got an oops filing this morning. Iconic Holdings amended their 13-G filing from last Thursday to state that there was a typo in their filing and that they had 0 shares, not 15m shares.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001301838/000110465921035828/tm219681d1_sc13ga.htm
I will dig through filings tonight to see who the VHMC note holders are. If Iconic Holdings is one of them, you’re absolutely right! Those were wrongly converted and IH must have handed them back to the Transfer Agent after PMPG warning letter. Stating it was a typo would be inaccurate though.
Quiet accumulation of shares that was forced to the surface. Iconic Holdings LLC bought over 15m shares in December 2020 and now owns over 5% of PMPG. Follow the money!

Correct conclusion about likelihood of PPS going up when shares are bought back due to higher demand. However, VHMC didn’t issue shares. Those were convertible notes for loans to VHMC. Impact on PPS will depend on how many shares were actually sold by the Note Holders and how much time they will have to buy them back. I haven’t noticed a major dump during the past 3-4 weeks, but I could be wrong.
You know, maronti1, I’ve never seen a company that puts out as many PRs as ALYI :)
Neither one is a publicly traded. VHMC is a PMPG wholly owned subsidiary and RHIL is a private company.
Now we’re talking, drugmanrx. In other words:
Before we get too excited, we need to know
1. What is the value of VHMC’s (tangible and intangible net assets)?
2. What is RHIL paying for VHMC? Are they paying PMPG anything or is the deal for RHIL to give PMPG shareholders a 1:1 shares in VHMC. As drugmanrx said, what does RHIL want to do w/VHMC? and what is its share structure?
3. Why didn’t PMPG take a share as a holding company (20%, 40%, whatever) in VHMC and instead opted to allow PMPG shareholders to take direct ownership of VHMC shares? No complaints here, but we just need to understand why this decision was made.
One thing I know for sure, this board has some incredible DD researchers and they have started digging. I am also digging for info and will share what I find.
JMC, I don’t think it’s the same company referenced in PMPG’s PR. The ticker RHILF is for a company named: Round Hill Music Royalty Fund. I think it’s just a coincidence that there is a ticker w/a symbol similar to the acronym of this UAE registered company.
Thank you, chicagotechno for an excellent summary! Very helpful.

As usual, good points, Crawfors! I would entertain another possibility; buy the out the partially owned subsidiaries and make them 100% owned. You get an immediate bump in revenue, no worries about synergies. Current partners would appreciate owning a diversified company rather than part of a small single revenue stream company. I would gladly accept a share/ownership swap.
Yes, $200 a bike for battery and comm software.
Could this be us?
Earlier today, Alternet Systems released a PR announcing that “Next week, ALYI's design group intends to release details on the design update that will increase the electric motorcycle's cruising range. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/alyi-tweaks-north-american-electric-152400053.html.
You can increase cruising range by improving aerodynamics, reducing weight, and/or through battery efficiencies.
I am hoping IoT Labs has something to do with this announcement. Long shot, but a wise man once said: Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. I will be hoping that this letter finds you, and finds you well.
Ha ha! Love it!
Not a pleasant day. My current average base cost is around .10 and I’m selling elsewhere to free up funds to average down. If I knew when good news will hit, I would jump in the day before. Since I don’t have this critical piece of info, and seeing the incredible growth potential here, I am willing to ride the ups and downs looking for multiple folds appreciation in value. The reasons I decided to invest in PMPG, after lengthy and tedious DD, hasn’t change. Staying long. GLTA!
You have an incredible visionary and inventor with all these patents. It takes a different and complementary skillset to turn the vision into reality. It takes people who can bring in capital, build a company, market the idea and help move it from concept to revenue generating products on the road.
Please take a look at SRT’s website for details about the path to commercialization. Remember, this management went straight to the largest manufacturer of road markings in the world. That should tell us something.
zbone, you made the same decision we made to invest in this company. I too don’t like the steep fluctuations. So far, management has earned my trust. But believe me, if they start messing up and playing with our capital, you and everyone on this board will know! Until then, we will support all new investors with documented facts and sound analysis. Good night and GLTA!
Forget about all the new and incredible applications of smart road turtles. Let’s take traditional traffic sensors (Inductive-Loop, Infrared, Microwave, Video, etc). At traffic lights, they detect the presence, or non-presence, of a car to send a signal to the traffic light control system.
I said ‘a’ car. Now, imagine SRT’s Smart Road Turtles installed on roads. They will give you instantaneous visibility, not of the presence of a car at an intersection, but the volume, speed, and other parameters of cars for miles in all directions. This allows traffic management and coordination of the entire system and not just an intersection here and another there. Imagine the savings to cities as they divest from 20th century technologies into SRT’s 21st century tech.
PMPG has done a great job articulating revenue streams for the cities. Cities will greatly benefit from recouping the opportunity cost of reduced travel time, lower gasoline consumption, and less environmental pollution.
We haven’t even begun to the scratch the surface of this incredible story.
Anyone notice that 119k buy @ .092 after the bell??
If you read the 8-K from last week, it will answer all your questions. Management approach is sound.
Probably not. The current org structure, read company divisions, includes Telecom, IoT, Blockchain, and FinTech. I think we have news coming on BChain.
Thanks for sharing the link to FAST Track Designation..
Quote from https://www.fda.gov/patients/fast-track-breakthrough-therapy-accelerated-approval-priority-review/fast-track#:~:text=Fast%20Track%20designation%20must%20be,need%20in%20a%20serious%20condition.
A drug that receives Fast Track designation is eligible for some or all of the following:
* More frequent meetings with FDA to discuss the drug's development plan and ensure collection of appropriate data needed to support drug approval.
* More frequent written communication from FDA about such things as the design of the proposed clinical trials and use of biomarkers.
* Eligibility for Accelerated Approval and Priority Review, if relevant criteria are met.
* Rolling Review, which means that a drug company can submit completed sections of its Biologic License Application (BLA) or New Drug Application (NDA) for review by FDA, rather than waiting until every section of the NDA is completed before the entire application can be reviewed. BLA or NDA review usually does not begin until the drug company has submitted the entire application to the FDA
As they get their people in place, I hope they will release a tweet, FB post, and even alert investors on this forum. I have to scan their website everyday to learn about changes :)
Yes, weo. It was announced this morning in the “Letter from the Chairman” that appeared in PMPG’s About page on the website. Great move to approach both domestic and international markets in parallel. Not much has been disclosed as to the partnership approach, but I hope we will learn more once an agreement is reached.

March Update from Tony Hick, PMPG Chairman:
Hello Friends,
I will be straight to the point. Last week PMPG’s Shareholders weathered the storm! Let’s continue to move the Company forward by spreading the news about PMPG.
Updates:
• Non-Disclosure Agreements does not allow PMPG to speak on the status of letters of intents, agreements and names of our potential partners
• PMPG is currently in discussions with a domestic company that currently installs 5g infrastructure and produces revenue
• Our Joint Venture partner SmartRoad™ Turtle, LLC is currently in discussions with an international company for exclusive rights to market, sell and distribute SmartRoad™ turtles in South America
• See the website www.smartroadturtle.com/patents to view NPI Mobile's patents
Longs Weather the Storm
Can you imagine what Jeff Bezos was feeling when he first pitched the idea to family and friends that he was going to sell books to become the ‘The Largest Online Bookstore on Earth’? The first time Amazon made a profit is when the company announced their first ever profit of $5 million on revenues of more than $1 billion, or one penny per share. Wow!
Again, thanks for your patience.

My Google Translator rendered the status as “Held”. Still in the past tense!
For those familiar w/these processes, how long does it usually take for the results to be communicated back to the company?
Now that the JV has been executed, PMPG published a list of its patents. Make sure you open the PDF for a complete list including international patents.

We appreciate PMPG’s transparency!
Trying to make sense of this tweet and why it was sent out on a Saturday at midnight... We need stronger oversight from Mgmt into the content, format, and timing of Twitter messaging.
“Numbers don't lie, but loyalty to PMPG will be rewarded in the LONG run....”

Oh yeah, Crawfors. When it dipped below $1.30, I grabbed 10k. Dipped below 1.30 again and I grabbed another 10k. The reasons I invested in iQSTel haven’t changed. Market corrections and share price fluctuations are a fact if life. What is important is the trajectory.
Just look at the trend over the past 3 years (for short ‘termers’, the past 3 months); revenue, income, lines of business, customer growth, and solid technologies. Not to mention management that has always under-promised and over-achieved. Think in terms of months and years, not days. GLTA.
There might have been a typo in the 8-K:
Quote: “As things stand today, 60,124,028 common shares of Registrant were issued improperly by the TA to VHMC Shareholders.”
It seems like the last word in the previous sentence should have been... Noteholders.
Need a discerning eye to verify!
New PMPG tweet: Form 8-k released re: legal action to return 60,124,028 common shares that were issued improperly by the TA to VHMC Shareholders.

For all the new investors: The brilliance of partnering with PPG/Ennis-Flint
1. E-F is the largest maker of road markers in the world.
2. Well established manufacturer AND distributor.
3. Strong government relations and procurement experience
4. A huge existing customer base and relations in both road markers (E-F) AND car manufacturers (PPG). The connections exist and it’s a lot easier to sell new products/services to existing customers than to customers who don’t know you or your products.
5. E-F has incredible “road experience” and testing infrastructure which will compress the time from patent/prototype to market.
6. Well funded partner (PPG Market Cap is $34b). How many OTC companies have such partners with dominant market presence and deep pockets?? Did I mention $34b.
Now, the Good Lord led PPG to acquire E-F at the perfect time for us (January 2020) so we can benefit from the strengths of both companies!
p.s.
How many patent infringements are out there (worldwide) and how much revenue will come out of these infringements?? We’ll find out when PMPG let us know about their survey results (I’m hoping this is in progress) and legal strategy.
Quotes by the CEO yesterday:
•”Retail have spoken yesterday, WE have the best Shareholders
•VHMC Note Holders will have to buy back shares at a higher price to replace PMPG_INC shares
•Give Back Our Shares!”
https://twitter.com/pmpg_inc/status/1364957324432068608?s=21
Agree. AND since the JV wasn’t executed until Feb 10, an LOI with PPG couldn’t have been signed prior to that. This explains Tony Hick’s expectation to “Execute the synergistic business relationships that PMPG/SRT are currently in discussions”.
But wait. There’s more: “PMPG authorized additional shares to acquire revenue producing companies”.
I think this is about to get very interesting in the coming couple of months. Congratulations to all who did their DD and had the foresight to get in at these levels prior to the explosion.
Amen, weo. Based on yesterday’s close, 50 millions shares returned = $4.4m
They need to get rid of these GIFs.. a little cheesy. Good tweet nonetheless

We finally have confirmation and details on the JV

Good points! Thank you for sharing, petemantx.
Not weo... He’s investing for a longer term, but, like many of us who got in early, gets frustrated every now and then.
I actually added quite a few shares today at .8 and my order is only partially filled. Give it time guys. The pieces are coming together.
Thanks for posting, Bidenmoneyman. PMPG is putting the pieces together!
Yes, LitesOut. I think so too. Translation: IP didn’t have the bandwidth to handle both at the same time. The trials-related disclosure information was so important, IP felt justified delaying the filing by 5 days while they handle and prepare disclosure of this new information.
