Well regardless of the varying perspectives and opinions on the brtxq Pacer documents it seems obvious that the major players in the legal proceedings see value here or they would have wiped out the common. I agree. The plan clearly states they “can” sell. It is being inferred as they “will” sell by certain time thresholds, in my opinion this is very misleading. That is an opinion. My opinion is that they will NOT sell until the actual plan as is in the Pacer documents and court approved is implemented. The actual court approved plan includes no reverse split and the intention to uplift to the Nasdaq. That is what is in the Pacer documents and is not opinion. We can all have our own opinion. None of us can have our own facts.

So nobody can sell anything for at least 31 days from the effective date which is not finalized yet?

That makes a lot more sense than what some are posting.
