Can you still buy these products online?
I could not find a place on the website to order from.
Question: If the buy out is around $2.33 per share why did we close today at $2.70? Is there someone else looking to pick this up at a more reasonable price?
So does this mean if I had 1,000,000 shares of RSHN I would now have 450,000 of the new company?
So when they start trading the new stock what happens to my shares of RSHN?
I see we had a press release at 2:00PM. But I don't see alot of volume Friday. Maybe the news was not big enough to draw a lot of attention.
I think this would be a great morning for a Press Release with some positive news!!!!
Wonder why they moved the ask to .0003 when there is no volume. Are they expecting something?
2211: So are telling me that one person wants to sell at .0001 & someone else wants to buy at .0004? Just not sure how you read this.
Don't I wish. I've been setting on a rather large buy order for a week. I haven't seen any news that would make me want to increase my buy price. I figure payroll will be coming due so maybe they will want to dump a few extra shares onto the market.
Did they fill at the ask? Or were you able to get it at the bid?
I have little hope of a fill at this price but with no PR's in a while why not wait & see. If nothing changes early next week I'll probably shift to 10 mill. @ .0002.
For only $2,000 the upside could be great. If not I'm always looking for a tax writeoff come Dec. anyways.
I have a order in for 20 mill. @ .0001 I doubt it will go though but it's worth a try.
Chrispy: I would think he would be trying to build share price if what you say is true. If sales of AR are up.( I think they probably are) why not say Sales of AR are up by __% compared to last quarter etc. If they need the capital from selling stock the higher the price the less he has to sell. He doesn't have to give any detailed information at this time but numbers are what people like to see.
I think 5% would equal 600 million shares if the total is 12 billion.
Shipping seems to be a problem: Ordering & shipping seems to be a major problem with this company. Over the past two months I have tried to order product twice over the internet & then over the phone early last week. Nothing & I only live in Michigan. Now maybe I’m the only one that sees a potential problem but if you can’t seem to be able to ship an order for 8 cases, I am less than confident that processing numerous orders of over 100 cases will be any easier. While I’m long on this company they need to get the basics in order before they go after the big players. It does no good to take orders if you can’t get the product out the door. Shelve space is valuable at these stores if you cannot get your product to them on time they will simply fill that space with someone else’s. Once you lose that space it will be even harder to get it back next time.
Question for discussion: 1st of all I want to state that I own several million shares of this company & obviously hope this baby takes off. I am worried however that this company is working on a shoestring. The reason I say that is the way that shares are being dumped onto the market. Let’s say they have 500 million shares left to sell. For every $.0001 the price goes up, they net & extra $50,000. It just seems to me that if they weren’t surviving day by day then they would hold off & let a little momentum build. I’ve watch several companies like this & although they may have a great product(s) but, they need to get them to market quickly. If not they either run out of money or they have to go back & print more stocks. Which further dilutes the stock. Am I way off base or am I missing something?
I would love to see this hit .01 on it's own. I'll take a $100,000 profit any day of the week.
Not sure if this is good or bad but, I was able to fill my order @.0005.
It seems to me that for the 1st year or so they maybe should stick with wholesalers & let them worry about the distribution. They may have to take less for the products but they may get better payment terms.
Alot of large vendors don't have the time to be working hundreds of small suppliers.
AK47. I asume they went to the bank for some of the other recent purchases. Like the bottling company & new buy out. I don't know how else they would have funded these purchaes. Don't get me wrong I own several million shares of this baby. But I've seen better companies than this go under with good products but A/R grew to quickly or they invested so much into development that when production time rolled around there resourses dryed up in a short time.
My point exactly. But the Big Boys are in the drivers seat when it comes to payment terms. No matter how many shares they sell they will have to be careful to stay ahead of the game. Lets say when production gets started they sell $50,000 a day. In 90 days they have a A/R of $4.5 million. Thats a lot of paper to be hanging onto with little cash coming in.
I only hope they can get a net 30 or 90. Some of the large suppliers in Mi. have started to pay the vendors as the product is sold not when they buy it. Which means the payment could stretch out for several months or even longer if sales start slow.
Any potintial for a buyout of this stock.
If the product turns out to be as good as all their PR's keep saying. I would think someone may want to pick them up for the patients? Any thoughts on this? Now that I own a couple of Million shares this seems to be the best possiblity to make on money on this one.
