"I am waiting for picks of Samuel Jackson and Shirley Maclaine on the set of Mother Goose." Gonna be a long, long, forever wait as anything else with HHSE and the "boys" running this POS. Once again, they couldn't get any of the major stars they've blogged about for these movies for the "chump change" they've indicated. Typical pinkie bs ripoff "news". Just waiting to see the sp collapse again to sub-penny when all this crap wears off.
"This is fact because HHSE has blogged it." Yep, and worth looking at why HHSE might have quit issuing pr's and any attempt at SEC/Edgar filings. Just about everything they put out is bogus bs. Any photos of "the boys" in their new executive suites? LOL!
Well, we shall see. Hopefully you're not too disappointed when this current rash of blogged "relationships" turns out to be just more bs.
HHSE has failed to pay, put out pr's and blogs that were mostly bs, and generally screwed over shareholders and those they've made deals with since the beginning. How anyone could ascribe any kind of legitimacy to this company is beyond belief. What could be the possible incentive to continue to support and make, IMO, ridiculous targets for an sp of $.03-$.06 based on HHSE's history and current prospects? Major movies with major stars for $10-12 million? Gimme a break. Its all bs!
Pretty amazing these guys aren't in jail, or at least barred from doing business due to their deadbeat history paying bills. Also amazing is the amount of banter given HHSE is such a POS, and has been from day one!
Metals sharply higher so far in overnight trading. May make for an interesting tomorrow for FFMGF and the sector. I certainly wouldn't be betting against!
Here we go. A/H trading halt by TSX. Big time move by Trevali. http://web.tmxmoney.com/article.php?newsid=4928567110701337&qm_symbol=TV
Yeah, I sure hope so. Ray's worked hard to get this done. Its just that at every juncture HDYN seems to have some "bad luck something" come up to spoil whatever they're trying to do. From the Sabu-1 fiasco, to the force majeure, to collapsing oil price and subsequent withdrawal by Tullow and Dana, to the dry well South of Fatala and Sapetro getting cold feet. Do or die for sure!
Hard to tell with HDYN. Gamblers buying in? Leaks (all too common)?
Anyway, not expecting any news until next week (if we're lucky). But the action today was encouraging, since recently spikes and dumps have generally preceded news released to us lowly retails. GL
Releases, CC's, etc always make me nervous when they are on a Friday. Best days for good news are early in the week. All too often Friday sucks. Hope not, but that's my general opinion.
Strange behavior last two days after. Both big drops were to roughly 85% of previous close. Sure looks like dumping at a discount. Haven't seen anything to suggest FFMGF is responsible. Whatever's going on is extreme to say the least. Ideas?
Without a quorum they can't elect/reelect a board of directors or any other business that is put forward at the meeting. HDYN's had a hard time catching a break no matter what the plan. Just hope they can actually finalize the SAPETRO deal and finally get the Fatala well drilled. After the dry hole South of the prospect seems things might just be up in the air. Nothing seems to work out for these guys...we can only hope they can get this done somehow.
Everything going for Trevali these days. Transition to owner-operator at the Caribou along with the 60% increase in Zinc price during the last year. Seems timing is about perfect for TREVF to prosper!
Yep, and important to remember that they also have the ATM plan in place so they can "dribble" shares out for "lunch money". My WAG would be an offering at some point around $.75 if they're lucky, along with the reset for warrants from the last offering. Then assuming they're still losing money, an r/s maybe 1:5-10 range prior to delisting. We shall see.
The 10Q didn't show me an improvement other than per share based on twice as many shares as Q3 2015. And their "stash of cash" isn't all that impressive. I agree they are trying to make changes sufficient to "keep the boat afloat" and unless something happens to get the sp above $1 to preserve listing they should opt for OTC vs another r/s. On sidelines watching. GL
Key points at this time with CPST are 1)current situation with continuing losses does not seem likely to improve anytime soon, and thus thinking the sp will exceed $1 anytime soon (barring something truly extraordinary), seems overly optimistic. 2)Given that probability, the question becomes when will they need to do another offering to stay afloat, at what terms, and how long thereafter another r/s to preserve their precious listing?
HDYN has a nasty habit of "falling off a cliff" with no news pr'ed.
Seems we have a new "expert" who evidently hasn't followed HDY, now HDYN, for any length of time. In my case its about 15 years. This well is the long-awaited culmination of many year's effort and multitudes of setbacks along the way. IMO it will get drilled and then we'll know if all that effort was worth it. I for one am certainly hoping that HDYN and whatever partners they have going forward are successful. Casino money for sure, but IMHO not a scam. Plenty of others out there that are!
Agreed. The big deal now is to have SAPETRO firmly on board for their 40% share of costs and green light to proceed. As long as the drilling proceeds smoothly and within cost estimates I'd have to think HDYN can meet their share. And a successful well would leave them in a great position going forward. Casino money at this point, but potential big win if this works out. GLTA
Yes, been watching this unfold and it is strange. Haven't seen anything about the Sapetro deal being finalized. I'd have to think another partner(?) along with an offering. Kinda leery of what an offering would be priced at given the risk.
Maybe not an offering, but if I'm correct, they can run the ATM for "lunch money". Flip side if they can pull off a recovery and show better results going forward one would think (if they didn't know better based on past management shareholder screwovers) that this was a great buying opportunity...LOL. I hope CPST makes it and prospers going forward, but not willing at this time to put any money on that possibility.
Nice update for Canyon Mine.
Positive pr guidance (and probably a leak prior to) so they could what, sell more shares? Price action today would seem to say so. Wouldn't be surprised to see another pr on Friday.
Well, it would be if you actually believe they will do it. Point being, an audit was a "priority" due to the TCA funding agreement, the Form 10 was to be filed prior to Cannes due to the visability HHSE would gain, and now yet again the Form 10 and corporate governance items. Broken record. Knowing people there's only so many lies they can tell before one stops believing them. Seems HHSE EP and FS have had way more than their share!
If memory serves (and looking at the chart), the last time HHSE spiked above $.01 was with all the bs they put out about form 10, etc prior to Cannes. Current spike great time to sell if the volume holds up.
Yes, very interesting action EOD price/volume. Maybe find out more tomorrow as to why.
Things are looking up for Energy Fuels to benefit from their strategy during the down cycle in uranium prices. Great to see the sp showing some life again!
Truth be told, every time something comes out about this or that and the sp moves up, its followed by a collapse when nothing happens. Over and over, and the form 10 bs lie is just one example. Volume speaks, and when even 1 million shares can be had for less than $10k, and volume is typically less than that, where's the incentive to even try and trade this POS? Lunch money at fast food? I'm amazed there's anybody still talking pros/cons regarding HHSE. Dead, and a worthless shell to be IMO.
HHSE is a pathetic scam that takes whatever it can get from whomever it can get it from, refuses to pay its bills, claims profits every quarter despite those claims or any reasonable common sense rational, and can't complete an audit or form 10. Why in the world is anyone still discussing this POS, let alone advocating an investment in a sub-penny with this complete lack of credibility?
All the noise about new sanctions on Russia just puts another cloud over improvements related to renewed orders from Russian distributors. Hopefully this "noise" will subside after the inauguration since it seems the outgoing admin is trying their darnedest to muck things up and make it more difficult to improve relations. Sad to see these roadblocks and IMO their impact on CPST, which has enough problems w/o seeing progress in Russia potentially thwarted by new sanctions.
Unfortunately too true, and the legislation increasing sanctions on Russia doesn't help either. Just a wait and see at this point. I don't see CPST being a buy anytime soon.
Ok, so just waiting to see if there's news coming based on the nice pop today for TREVF??? Not complaining, as this has been my best performer within the last year, and looking very solid going forward :)
There's been "fishy" stuff going on from the start. And now HHSE can't really get any money out of anybody including toxic financing. My bet is they disappear. Unfortunately they probably escape prosecution, but hey, miracles happen, and we may yet see these guys in jail where IMO they belong.
Yep. HHSE=burnt toast.
"Getting close to HHSE being shut down for good." Seems that way. I'd suspect photos of the new "penthouse offices" were bogus too. No photos showing the happy execs in their new digs. Seems they would want to blog that, ya think? As HHSE has apparently allowed a couple of scam artists to be media wannabes for years by ripping off anybody/everybody, its about time the "pigeons come home to roost". Jail would be appropriate, but unfortunately unlikely.
Yep, yep, and yep. Great product, crappy management, and less than supportive economic and geopolitical environment. Not much consolation that others in the sector are also struggling and with their viability in question. Wish it were otherwise but its not.
Isn't the library the reason they were putting shelves in the hallway of their new "penthouse suite" offices? I mean, it appears these guys have gone totally delusional.
Yeah, that and just about everything else since the beginning when EP and FS bought the rotten shell from another sleazeball. No real interest here anymore on my part except a fervent wish more of these pinkie "executives" (more like con artists) are prosecuted at some level. Looks to me like the "disappearing act" is imminent.
XOM dry hole offshore Liberia. Lousy timing for HDYN. These guys seem to be jinxed :(
