anyone flipping this? you could make around 8-40% per flip with the vol this morning. man....never did grey market before, but this is great with volume
EDIT sorry Dimension....I accidently replied to your post
thx for the summaries
I completely agree. This stock is just a drama filled soap opera. Very fasinating.
Hey Len.....someone already did an analysis in a link to SubPennyRadio last week as a joke about cindy. Simon went into a weird tangent regarding statistics on the show when discussing it. http://www.freefilehosting.org/public/19105/cindyyoohoo_posting_statistics.pdf
might be old pictures....I could see that with all the drama of this stock.
yeah....good point. Wonder what the premium/discount was when he acquired them.
EDIT: Nevermind....I found a chart
I think under historical cost amortization, you book historical/par cost then amortize the premium or discount, but I could be wrong. Any experts here want to chime in?
Are these held-to-maturity bonds which are using the amortized cost method?
uhhhh....dude...you have no sense of humor, but it is good to see that gbd81 has one...
Can someone post some TA on the CSHD chart?
what? I didn't read the letter....I just agreed with the festering pool thing you said. The other boards on IHUB are pretty good.
i would have to agree with him on that this board is like that....the other boards on ihub seem good.
I would have to agree with your sentiment that this board is a zoo from both pumpers and bashers. Hope the shares you hold pan out.
Whoever came up with LOG SPEED....funny stuff... i thought that one was good.
haute couture
ehh....what? who is tut? I've been out of the loop of a long time. Please provide a summary of what has happened here.
Over 141 million cans of SPAM are sold worldwide each year.
Wow...this board has become "interesting"
Kapone,
the merged financials will have to be in the footnotes of the 10k in the subsequent events section. not sure if that information will be audited information though...I figure the notes will say if it is or not....regardless...it would be bad if false statements are put into the 10k.
i figure if the 10k comes out during trading hours, people will just flip to the bal. sheet section and see what is there and will probably only see FHAL financials without looking at the footnotes section for the merged financials...hopefully people freak out and dump....if the merged financials in the footnotes section is good then that would be a good time to daytrade this stock.
Bones,
I clicked on the first 8 of the newest archived stocklemons and most seem to be doing ok (some down, a few up, some steady) in terms of pps since the stocklemon reports on them.
Contract Amount is the same, but some dates, word and numbers changed and it says Lockheed. Weird.
This is from http://www.defenselink.mil/Contracts/Contract.aspx?ContractID=3295
Lockheed Martin Co., Orlando, Fla., is being awarded an $87,429,990 firm-fixed-price contract. This action provides for joint air-to-surface standoff missile, initial operational capability and full operational capability assets. This effort supports foreign military sales to the Commonwealth of Australia (100 percent). At this time, $87,429,990 has been obligated. Solicitations began March 2006 and negotiations were complete July 2006. This work will be complete December 2011. Headquarters 328th Armament Systems Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8682-06-D-0072-0002 (long lead assets and FA8682-06-D-0072-0004 (balance of assets).
How many shares were you able to get filled at that price?
Vitamin,
I just called the number and the 23m for the float is correct. I think you might have heard the O/S wrong because she told me it was 73m. I asked if the 73 was correct twice.
EDIT: I also asked if she could tell me when the O/S increases occurred since 3/06 when it was 62m and she said she could not disclose the info.
I think this board probably owns 1/3 of that float.
Yes. Been stalking you. j/k You are all over the place. You made the Yahoo group, then you are here. (I was already here on IHUB, just never registered)
Wow DW, based on my TDA Daytrade BP, you must have about $200,000 in account value. I bow to you. Your kung-fu is stronger than mine.
Did you make up the Silver losses yet?
Lead only works against Superman's x-ray vision.
I guess Vitamin DD didn't see that the bond was in the Asset Section of the Balance Sheet and not in the Liability Section.
Wow...didn't know about the peter thing. This is the most read board because this is a soap opera...so many twists and turn...villians...I'm just waiting for the climax and conclusion.
5 business days. By this timeline, I would imagine it should be looking for it to show up on the list on Wed. or Thurs. unless vol. falls to nothing by then.
Found the info on the SEC website:
http://www.sec.gov/divisions/marketreg/mrfaqregsho1204.htm
"Question 6.1: Who is responsible for providing lists of threshold securities? When will the threshold lists be provided?
Answer: The SROs will disseminate threshold lists that will contain securities that are listed on their market systems and that exceed the specified fail level for at least five consecutive settlement days. A threshold security is expected to appear on one list. If a threshold security is listed on more than one market system, we understand that the SROs have agreed that the security will appear only on the threshold list of the SRO that maintains the primary listing.
On January 3, 2005, the SROs will begin the calculations necessary to determine whether securities may qualify as threshold securities. This process is described in greater detail in Question 6.2. On January 10, 2005, the SROs should disseminate the first threshold lists. SROs are expected to disseminate their threshold lists before the commencement of each trading day. We understand that the SROs have agreed to make all their lists publicly available at or before midnight each trading day. Therefore, these threshold lists will be in effect for the open of trading immediately following the posting of the threshold lists. We further understand that SROs will make threshold data available on their web sites in a downloadable, uniform, pipe-delimited ASCII format.
Question 6.2: How will SROs determine which securities should be included on a threshold list?
Answer: Any equity security of an issuer that is registered under Section 12 or that is required to file reports pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act could qualify as a threshold security. Therefore, threshold securities may include those equity securities that trade on the OTCBB or on the pink sheets, as well as those that trade on the exchanges or Nasdaq.
At the conclusion of each settlement day, NSCC will provide the SROs with data on securities that have aggregate fails to deliver at NSCC of 10,000 shares or more. For the securities for which it is the primary market, each SRO will use this data to calculate whether the level of fails is equal to at least 0.5% of the issuer’s total shares outstanding of the security. If, for five consecutive settlement days, such security satisfies these criteria, then such security will be a threshold security. Each SRO should include such security on its daily threshold list until the security no longer qualifies as a threshold security. "
Anyone know why this doesn't show up on the Reg Sho List? I would imagine FHAL has been shorted and naked shorted. Thanks.
http://www.regsholist.com/
Thanks for the timeline....I was looking at that too to see any similarities to FHAL
Breckenridge sounds good, I like snow.
SENT.
Remember the complaint is one-sided. Just one side's allegations against another...basically they can say anything. If you can sort out the dismissal in the PACER system, please send that to me. IMO regarding the BBAN incident is I believe the Rufus conclusion. It is just nice to verify stated info though.
Use TDAmeritrade Apex...it has a gains/loss tracker that you can use for your taxes
They are posting in the old BBAN board at RB
I was doing background checks looking into his claims. He seems legit. I doubt a person holding state positions would scam people. Possible..yes, but it gives him validity.
Here is validation of his Director of State Licensing & Certification position:
See page 5
http://www.cms.hhs.gov/SurveyCertificationGenInfo/Downloads/State_Agency_Contacts.pdf
I downloaded some legal filings from PACER per Rufus in the interview re: BBAN, but didn't know what I was looking for. There were 53 filings. I just downloaded the Amended Complaint and one random Affidavit. If you want it you can PM me your email and I will send it. Remember the complaint is filed by BBAN against Rufus et al. so it is VERY onesided. It lists out the Plaintiff's (BBAN) allegations. Someone who understands the legal filings better could probably find a Defendant's response or Dismissal order which Rufus was referring to.
that might be old since the website lists:

Google references list it back to 2002
Maybe someone can call on Monday to verify the affiliations of GENERAL JAMES KLUGH and THOMAS MENSAH to CVUS. I called the Georgia Aerospace at 404-221-1780, but it is closed right now (I'm on the west coast).
Like you, I have my doubts mainly because of Rufus' relationship to the BBAN ordeal. Anyone registered with PACER and knows how to find the documents? I think it is a couple cents per page to get filings.
EDIT: Note, I do own FHAL.
