Bid > Ask = Temporarily Halted to adjust prices
Happens a lot with OTC stocks as they consolidate the B/A demand from multiple sources.
Why the rumours about Merck? Does anyone have any concrete evidence to support their involvement?
Thanks, Andy! I'm in as well!
at 10:12:34 there was a 119,000 share buy @ $0.7470, along with a handful of some smaller buys, which just brought the price back up to green .... impressive ... someone is speculating strong, or maybe has strong reason to believe that purchase was worth it
RLFTF is actually doing very well today compared to the Futures market. Usually stocks tend to follow the daily moves of the futures, and in comparison, RLFTF is actually just barcoding mostly sideways, pulled in a little by the gravity of RLF ... I see this as normal and nothing to worry anyone. Lot's of people here in Swtizerland own millions of shares are selling them for major profit every day at current levels ... nothing wrong with that ... just waiting for more new investors and news and upbeat markets and this thing will be back to where it is headed and beyond.
They are doing something great in the world ... and from the sound of all the negativity here, I think a lot of people showed up here late in the game and are already trading on losses probably, or close to it, which is where the negativity is coming from all of a sudden ... Stop watching the stock price every minute then and find a hobby or go work and be productive. Unfounded negativity here is useless and a waste of our time reading.
... is that your inner optimism and positivity I hear? (or do you have an outiside-your-body source for that statement?)
I disagree with you on the part of his qualifications ... he is privy to / in the know of a lot things that the general public is not. He is a highly skilled (idiot / manipulator / etc) politician who knows when / how to be vague, to keep secrets, to negotiate ... for all of his faults (and as much as I despise him), he is the billionaire here, not us, and he got there in large part due to his access to and ability to manage information (his "Earth 2" excerpts aside).
That said, he is indeed qualified to talk about his awareness and excitement for upcoming FDA approvals, as he is in the inner circles of the discussions around them. Just because you don't like that fact does not negate it from being a fact...
... and if you're not happy with RLFTF's storyline, no one here is stopping you from selling and moving on with your investment life. Or do you just like spreading negativity?
Full Transcript of what Trump said: http://abcn.ws/2ZBOuk7
"TRUMP: You didn’t have it, your mother. We’ll have it taken care of. It’s going to get taken care of. The vaccines are going to make a big difference. What has made a big difference is Remdesivir.
We have many things now and things are going to be announced here, which frankly if you take a look at some of the things we’re doing in terms of -- the word wouldn’t be cure but the word be therapeutically or therapeutics, we have some incredible things happening, which is so important.
And I view that actually in a certain way as more important than the vaccine where you can into a hospital and get your mother and give her a transfusion on a shot and they can get better -- get better much faster.
So we have some of those things and they’ve been very, very successful. But we have others coming out. And in order to get them, we had to get the FDA to approve this product, these very sophisticated medicines and I guess you could call them a medicine.
But we had to get them approved very quickly and they did it. Dr. Hahn, the head of the FDA, Alex Azar, they’ve really done a fantastic job. I believe, George, that none of this would have happened in another administration.
We -- and I think you know that. The FDA is approving things at a level that they’ve never done and a speed with which they’ve never acted before."
In most areas, agreed, however it is a highly US-centric point of view... thinking that FDA is its only real chance of success. The FDA only represents the US market. There are dozens of other major markets where this drug is in high demand and emergency use already (India, Israel and Brazil just to name a few), none of which require US FDA approval for anything they offer their citizens. Therefore, this company's potential for success is even higher than most people with a US POV are realising. America is not the whole world. Relief isn't even American, its Swiss, with quick access to major European and Middle Eastern markets without as much red tape as in the US. I would simply suggest for investors, especially those in / from the US, to keep these facts in mind as well - the world is much bigger than 'merica.
A news agency that REFUSES to retract or correct false information based on known facts should be reported (but to whom?) - it would be great if anther news agency reported such situations about other news agencies ... news is / should be all about credibility and f/actual information.
UPDATE: just saw the correction link: reporting it as well.... everyone here should imo

I wrote to GEM to ask for clarification - the numbers should be publicly accurate, so they should not have a reason to not respond... I'll post a screenshot of their reply if they do. In general, I do disagree ... I live in Zurich, Swtizerland, where they publicly announced in multiple places an ownership stake of 64.11% in total. The 30% is what now seems to be old. I will confirm what is correct if / when I receive a reply from GEM.
Their contact info can be found here: https://www.gemny.com/contact/
Correct me if my thinking is wrong, but I believe that with GEM owning 64% of the 2.5B shares, that leaves only about 900 million left in general circulation / ownership.
As it seems that GEM is in acquiring-mode collecting a major controlling position, it does not appear they would want to sell their shares any time soon at / near current prices. The must obviously expect to at least double, if not multi-bag, their investment here.
I know of a handful of private investors here in Switzerland with upwards of millions to tens of millions of shares (bought under a penny each) who are still holding and haven't cashed in their millions of $ / CHF in profit yet either.
It seems the GEM's major ownership stake is having a similar effect, in terms of reversing dilution, as a reverse split would have, aside from arbitrarily increasing the share price. I see this as a very good thing for investors at the current price levels, in terms of the confidence they can have that there is still much room to grow here to obtain some very decent profits.
What are your thoughts on this way of thinking?
that's on the weekly ... hard enough people trade the 50/200 on the Weekly ... its primarily a Daily ... and that crossover already happened in June.
It means they believe the value of the company will rise, and their ability to make profits. They have effectively doubled their position with a majority ownership in the company now.
GEM has 64.11% - reported on Swiss Market this morning by AWP in Zurich (where I live):

It was related to his previous post ... he was so "sure" that it would get released this week as PR .. he was "guaranteeing" it on his credibility as being part of peer reviews before and I was calling him out on his BS
Hey Sharkee2, where is your Peer Review this week? .. We are still waiting for your profound peer review experience to prove itself here ... make your magic happen
You have the same access to the same info ... hint: Read inside the URL ... the answer lies within.

CogDis, if you claim to be a Mental Health Professional, I'd love to find out who you are are and report you. Your remarks on these boards towards others show you obviously are not professional at all in what you do with the credentials you claim to have.
Disgusted by people like you. Go get your own life in order instead of belittling others like that. You're obviously just trying to make yourself feel better about your own inadequacies.
Really Pathetic.
Game on - It's your credibility on the line here, not mine LOL .... let's watch "Mr. Right" prove himself this week ...
You have no basis to say that the Peer Reviewed article will be out this week. Peer reviews can take on average 3-4 weeks at a minimum, as these are being reviewed for publication in a famous scientific journal. Sounds like you're pumping your own optimism here more than anything else ... Most everyone here is bullish anyway ... there is no need to pump unfounded information as if would be fact.
Is any of that footage actual, or all just random stuff from around the web consolidated to make an informational video?
Great DD Repost from Vanex Wong - link to original below:
"From Hong Kong again. I've been reviewing immunology researches released in thr past decades and come up with an update on the qualitative side of fundamentals and valuation for VIP/RLF-100/Aviptadil/Samivir etc.
The most profitable drug throughout the past decade is Humira, a TNF-alpha inhibitor to treat inflammatory events that causes severe illness such as Arthritises (eg. Rheumatoid Arthritis ), Ankylosing Spondylitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease and etc.
Humira is a drug under Abbvie, with sales of US$19.1 billion worldwide in 2019, comprising 57% of Abbvie's annual income. Abbvie's current market capitalisation is US$166.4 billion, 2020 Forward PE at 9x, EV/EBITDA at 10.4x. It's note that Humira has been facing keen competitions in immunity-regulation area and stock price peaked in 2017, with Humira's patent expiring in 2023.
Current (2020) anti-inflammatory drug market is around US$100 billion per year, including respiratory diseases caused by excess immunity reactions eg. asthma. Inhaled/ Nebulized form of RLF-100 could be a huge bomb to the anti-inflammatory drugs market for respiratory diseases.
VIP has decades of deep scientific background for its function as an anti-inflammatory regulator/ mediator working on IL-6, TNF-alpha and deactivating Chemokines (CCL-5) receptors. For RLF-100's clinical trial where 7 out of 8 were saved from ARDS, TNF-alpha level were also significantly reduced.
Although no particular clinical trials on the above illness has been done, VIP's anti-inflammatory function had been somehow proven by curing COVID-19 severe stage patients, where not the SARS-CoV-2 virus but Inflammations hurting human the most. We could expect VIP, as a naturally existing peptide having been discovered, tested and proven working for decades, would become a game changer in the anti-inflammatory field.
Meanwhile, VIP's monetisation and commercialisation process will face political and rivals obstacles due to gigantic conflict of interests, I believe the fundamental of science will work its way out.
Considered the recurring nature of commercial value as an anti-inflammatory by synthesising naturally existing VIP, my previous TP of min. $2.1 to max. $9.3 no longer holds. Revised target price to be calculated, by referrencing to anti-inflammatory peers.
Assumptions for calculation: It'll be rational to think all VIP players taking 5-10% of whole anti-inflammatory drugs market, with Relief being the biggest player, by 2025. Realisation period may go far beyond 3-5 years (look at ABBV.US). Relief Therapeutics is no longer a COIVD-19-only play.
Dedicated to Sami Said, MD, and Viktor Mutt, MD, who discovered VIP in 1970s and had a vision to see VIP commercialised decades ago."

Robinhooders / Webullers dont have access to OTC stocks like RFLTF
The trading mentality on this stock is based on the fact that its primary market is the Swiss SIX exchange, where there are many people with 100,000s or millions or shares (i know someone with 10 millions shares @ 0.003 CHF) .... these people are already making thousands of % on their investments.
"Some" who are trading this stock in Switzerland are clueless to the fact that its trading in the US as well. They are just day trading it in Switzerland and selling on day's pops from the US optimism.
The original post was more so related to the fact that there are too many posts here by certain people who are just trying to increase the HYPE around this stock as opposed to offer actual valuable discussion. And the quoted statement from Frank on Yahoo was related to this, in that what he calls "weak hands" are those who are so nervous about their position that they have to hype it up every chance they get .. their nervousness is what is driving their posts, their attitude, and their potential misleading of other people.
This was the answer from my friend, who is the SIX product manager for the trading application:
"For free I doubt you will find real time online. You can't subscribe to RT via your broker application? Mine offer that service for a couple of CHF per year"
it says in German that the quotes are delayed 15 minutes as well. I have a friend who works for SIX the Swiss Exchange. I just FB'd him to asked if there is a public site with real-time data. Normally, you need to pay for real-time data via a broker / direct-access agent .... otherwise usually limited to multi-minute delays.
Not sure if this group has seen this, but NeuroRx is searching for a CFO in the U.S.

Not sure if this is only related to the OTC up-listing requirements, or if they are preparing for something bigger. What are your thoughts?
thanks for catching that! - didn't notice that before. So does anyone here have real-time swiss data that is publicly available?
Anyone know how to post screenshots on these boards?
Right .. keep telling yourself that and believing it, while I watch the truth happen as the U.S. market aligns itself to the Swiss market every day at open... the majority of the power in this stock is owned by swiss investors who are in the stock at an avg price around $0.02 cents. For now, they are in control and can sell millions! of shares (individually) at any time. I doubt individual on this board owns millions of shares - but many private Swiss persons do. The U.S. market does not control this stock - yet.
Dr. Yo getting in touch with Relief Therapeutics to dive into the science behind RLF-100:
Unless you're Day Trading this, why not just STFU with all the complaints and just HOLD and WAIT for FDA APPROVAL?? ..... If you're so bullish and "Long" on this stock, why even worry?
As Warrant Buffet said, "Never buy a stock you would not be thrilled to buy more of at a lower price."
E.G. Relax and let your bullish convictions play out!
In Dr. Drew's closing remarks, he said (to a GLOBAL AUDIENCE, while speaking of Aviptadil (RLF-100)) that, ... "Right now, I'm telling you that how we approach the treatment of the critically ill patient changes IMMEDIATELY. It's already changed and changed FOREVER because of what we've been through here."
NOW NOW NOW - RLF-100 & Dr. Yo ... GO GO GO ... its getting MAJOR DETAILED ATTENTION NOW
