Here is a paper put out by the University of Arizona in August. Interesting read but if you don't have time, just read the 2 paragraphs before the "methods" chapter. I wonder who could use that "blueprint" in order to plan an excellent experimental cohort for a first-in-human trial. Oh, maybe, someone who just began a collaboration with that institution. The last sentence before "methods" speaks volumes on the need for a PL inhibitor. Food for thought. Go SBFM!!

Your article points to the beginning of what the news will be focused on. Wastewater. Have we not been told that covid is transmitted through droplets, thus the need for masks and "social distancing"? The fact that the CDC increased wastewater surveillance from 400 to almost 700 plants is cause for concern, imo. Should we be concerned about our water supply safety systems? The news takes a strange twist at this point, if it turns out to be true. I got in to SBFM because of Adva (longs know my story) so I remain long, regardless of Covid developments. Go SBFM!!
Something WAY more sinister!!
I also hope they are focusing on Adva because I have heard that sometime next week there is going to be a HUGE revelation about Covid (probably Monday night or Tuesday). I have only heard a part of the story and I know it will affect Big Pharma but I don't know how it will affect us. It is not like I will sell any of my shares (7500) but the news will certainly be a game changer. Let's get news tomorrow SBFM!!!
Anyone have an explanation or insight for all of the 1800, 1900 orders all week (on both the bid and ask queues)?
New 8k
I wonder how we can find out who is on these lists.

Well, your health is probably reset:(

These are almost a year old but they show trials being planned
Impressive list!
That is a good alternative:)
Alta Sciences has two CRO facilities in Montreal and Laval (a suburb of Montreal)?
Well, the offering is expected to be over "on or about" Thursday. IMO, that is when we will be able to begin trading our "old" shares, hopefully with a PR Thursday or Friday. I am buying at these prices!
SBFM bid-3.00. SBFM ask-4294.67
Tried to put in a buy from TD for SBFMD. "Security not found".
I'm on E-Trade and TD. No shares updated on either. I wonder who can even sell. Those that bought last week?
And SBFMW, even though it says, "N/A; unchanged".
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/sbfm
SBFMD now taken off this site. It was there several hours ago.
Can you put in a buy order for it? I could on Friday but not today. It is now unavailable leading me to believe we are in the process Of going back to SBFM by Monday (Nasdaq?)
Just tried TD again. It is now saying, "This security is currently unavailable" if you try to buy SBFMD. If you try SBFM it says, "Security not found" and SBFMW won't even let you submit. IMO, this indicates that we will be able to trade on Monday as long as our brokerages can get it together (obviously, E-Trade is in the process of updating theirs, just not TD.) Anybody else tried putting in an order with any different brokers?
Put in an order for Monday. I can't trade on weekends (can anybody?).
TD is not recognizing SBFMW yet.
Google SBFMW. Nasdaq isn't offering financial information, but it seems ready to go. Also, E-Trade has it listed and let me put an order in.
I wish we knew if our roadshow might be in New York for this event

Just tried putting 10 shares (SBFMD) on TD for $200. A message came back saying, "This security is currently not available for short sell". Haven't tried my E-Trade account yet.
Sure does. Thank you! I will still be here, albeit with only 7500 shares (if it is 1/200).
Why the big drop in shareholders over an 11 day period? One "institution" buying up all the shares being sold by weak hands? Be great if it was Blackrock or Vanguard! Go SBFM!!
Thanks Blazing. I have read this before (up above our message board). I was just wondering if it seemed strange that it is not posted on the site I posted. I have also read the Pre on that site but now it is a "page not found". I was hoping that they might have decided on the r/s ratio and no longer needed the new 14C. Far-fetched hope but I was fishing for someone to suggest this scenario:) Let's go SBFM!!
Does it seem strange to anyone else that the DEF has not been listed on this site? Plus, click on the PDF for the Pre. Curious.

I think the fact that Moderna has never had anything approved by the FDA yet sells in the 170.00 range (per share) is proof that anything can happen in the pharmaceutical sector!
Redfield (former CDC Director) just said that we need to step up private/public cooperation in developing more antivirals (Fox news interview). I think we have finally arrived to a point where Pfizer and Merck are now known to be "inadequate" in providing enough pills for the entire country/world. Let's hope SBFM is one of those companies that will "shine through" in this search for additional antivirals! Go SBFM!
Believe you me, I am qualified to be a district director for FEMA so I have studied EUAs. The requirements are clear so I have wondered since the beginning of this pandemic why certain drugs that have been used for decades were all of a sudden too dangerous. In fact, did you know that hydroxychloroquine had EUA approval in April of 2020 but was revoked in June? But only for Covid. Strange. Millions of doses are still being given for malaria and Lupus. You can call it conspiracy but I call it research. SBFM (and probably many more companies with novel drugs) are being ignored so that Big Pharma can corner the market on health care dollars, imo.
Joe, a little food for thought. Did you know that you cannot get an EUA if there is the possibility that another drug can do the same thing (or better)? Why do you think there was the demonization of drugs like Hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. If either one proved to be an effective therapeutic (or prophylactic), then Pfizer/Moderna/J&J would have had to do the entire trials in order to get full approval from the FDA. Since these companies seem to be the 'golden children', should SBFM have something that looked better than their pills, they would not have qualified for their EUAs for their new drugs. THINK ABOUT IT.
I would hope it is a red flag as Ivermectin is a proven safe drug whereas Pfizer's is known to have side effects. Do your DD!
Just listed another 200,000 at 50.00
This gives some info. I tried to research CL3 but haven't gotten very far as the granddaughter is rather active today:)

Go to "read more", then click on Nature study which is red-lined later on in the article. Nature suggests that the Pfizer pill could possibly encourage more variants. Interesting read. GLTA!
Just put another 50,000 on at 10.00. I will see how high it will let me go.
