Maybe they reached their target price.
It doesn’t take 60 trades of dribble to dump a large position.
The flood gates have not opened yet. Not too many have large positions. Those who do obviously have not sold. In essence I don’t understand what you are stating. But that’s a short trip for me, since I don’t know much and understand even less.
The buyers are the MM’s for the sellers. The question that cannot be easily figured out at least with my small pea brain are who are the sellers?
Now if it were December the answer would be easy. Unless of course someone wants to take a tax loss to offset short term gains elsewhere and is betting that LQMT is logically going nowhere or it’s ok to buy back in, in a flash at a nickel or two more should by some miracle LQMT releases a PR more worthy than a wash rinse and repeat cycle.
LQMT has no reason to go higher as volumes and interest are still anemic. As noted in my weekly posts, LQMT goes up and down on no news and little volume. The markets have zero impact on LQMT.
The other realistic reason that a long term would sell at this point is they have given up due to emotional decisions. Otherwise they would have intelligently sold a long time ago at a much higher price.
Fundamentals have not changed. There is no difference today than five years ago. What has changed is the realization of those who expected or hoped for more but got less and the share price finally caught up too with that reality.
Today’s low hit my valuation price for LQMT.042.
See my last post before this one.
Unfortunately It is a sad day for all in LQMT.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Reality of the 0.04’s is a reflection on the LQMT executive’s performance never on outsiders opinions.
I only try to assess the reality of their performance in an unbiased way before that reality sinks in to all outsiders in LQMT.
As always, everyone knows I don’t know much and my opinions are always worth less than the price of a LQMT share.
Based on my accuracy, which was not perfect, my thoughts were LQMT could have hit the four’s in June or July. It took me just a wee bit longer to figure out the only support was the MM’s trying to earn a few bucks on a stock that barely trades.
I’m surprised. Even they, even if it were possible, can not find anything to hype on or pump to widen the spread or increase volume.
If a buyer is not interested there are no .06’s or .07’s etc. so newbies see no potential. Thus the bids get lower. No longer based on any new revenue potential or hype or company spin.
Now if there is potential then heck, the .07’s are cheap. But price is no longer based on supply and demand. Without PR updates or contacts the share price is based on the MM’s. They will make money even when the price drops below the .03’s too.
LL was not kidding, when he said patience!!!
I’m sure the pandemic and political fallout as well as supply chain problems and inflation continue to impact on the progress/time table that LL might have had for LQMT.
One thing is for sure. Based on zero news about any progress, if there were ever a nda involved. LQMT would never lose the contract based on any leak from them.
.04’s? It’s getting close. Real close. There is no economic support factually from LQMT right now to prevent the four’s or the three’s other than the valuation of the company, which to me is about 0.042 and dropping.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Yes they can sell the property and what tax consequences will that have? Can they put all of the dollars from the cash from a property sale back into cash investment assets? I agree if you are not going to use that type of property again to earn revenues from manufacturing and selling and research. Then sell the building and subdivide an executive home where one room can be used to do office work.
Your points are well taken. Why put shareholders at risk of further loss due to possible circumstances that are more probable then others.
To anyone who would like to see a dividend from LQMT. It cannot and should not ever come from their non earning revenue assets. But should always come from their positive earnings from revenue sales of parts ordered.
And always remember that a dividend depreciates the share price penny for penny and since there are no revenues to offset the share price depreciation all of the shares and the total worth of your LQMT investment would be equally worth less as well.
LQMT needs to have more revenues to pay out a dividend not more cash burn.
What shareholders believe for or against LQMT should know by now that all of the opinions have nothing to do with the reality of what LQMT is actually doing or has done.
All can call it a scam or the greatest opportunity of a lifetime and both opinions are absolutely correct. Just keep in mind those opinions of opposing views still equal the same share price of today. They neither lessen or enhance the value of LQMT. They are either based on the disappointment of facts or opinions of what LQMT has accomplished historically and what they believe the future will hold.
I have stated this before. Those who are bearish are supported by LQMT’s historical to present day facts based on LQMT’s filed quarterly reports. Those who are bullish have not stated any hard tangible evidence of any impending success. There are plenty of forward worded statements from LQMT and plenty of theories derived from them and from what is going on around the globe in amorphous metal sales claims.
There is a common thread to both views. That common thread lie within the bottom line of each 10q.
When and if ever LQMT succeeds or when and if ever LQMT is no more, all views all opinions will be worth the same. There can never be happiness in failure and neither can a bullish view claim success.
IMHO, all in LQMT wait pissed off.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
IMO, We don’t need a dividend we need a significant contract.
I don’t think a one cent dividend is going to make a difference no matter what is going on now.
And seeing what is going on as reported by LQMT on paper, it’s not much.
With less and less buying at these very low share prices there is very little if any support to hold the share price above the nickels. It appears that the only interest being generated to attract any share activity is the activity of lowering the ask price to generate bids to any dice roller.
It’s obvious that LQMT has not been generating any interest for 17 months now on the contract side and much longer on the revenue side.
Thus there really are not any actual support levels. Just MM’s spreads.
Just like a few years ago a few believed the share price would never break below a dime, nine cents, eight cents, seven cents, six cents, five cents etc. etc. it’s all good not to want the share price to drop. But realistically LQMT’s share price has been dropping for six years now. As long as it’s fundamentals go unchanged, the share price will continue to drop and as long as the MM’s are left with no other incentive other than to seek out buyers at lower prices with sellers selling at even lower prices for the MM’s to earn some sort of income.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Unfortunately it is a shame, but the .04’s appear as predicted awhile ago to be inevitable.
It’s a fact no contract announcements for 17 months. Now going on 18 months.
Also if this statement is on the LQMT website; “A proven solution for cell phone components.” Then where is the beef? Or is the beef still being divided up?
In lieu of some of my research focusing only on LQMT I always state that it might take a couple of years or perhaps three for LQMT to possibly start to see revenues from all of their flash pictured on their website from medical, Auto and Consumer and would gladly welcome if they could succeed in 2023.
Also noting some of the terms with BB’s departure. Why accept a moneyless package if it were not ever going to come to fruition?
Now touching on the infamous statement attributed to LL, where there was talk of LQMT becoming more valuable for outside shareholders. Specifically and allegedly “to have Patience. “ What the heck did he think the outside shareholders who were purchasing shares and held on were doing between the time of LQMT’s inception over twenty years ago and to the time, when he entered LQMT in 2016 we’re doing?
The thing is everyone at the time believed him and actually thought the concept of Patience was something new. Forgetting that all who bought In before LL entered the picture were in fact waiting patiently for many years for LQMT to do something spectacular.
I don’t believe the share price going from .044 to the 0.05’s was what all had in mind, when LL said to have patience.
I believe all thought going from the where LL entered to $2.00 and more is what all had in mind.
I’m also sure that there were things beyond his control that detoured his plans.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Let’s see if TC & LL can find their way for LQMT to be on a path to success. Tic tic tic tic tic tic.
Don’t blame yourself ever for expecting LQMT to deliver when the price of a share is still less than a first class postage stamp and LQMT can’t even explain why 20 years later.
Just another year passes and all are still waiting as well.
What happened? From 2021…
https://liquidmetal.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Fit-in-Hand_opt.jpg
And from 2012 when hype is all that it is.
https://www.techradar.com/news/phone-and-communications/mobile-phones/liquidmetal-what-it-is-and-why-you-should-care-1083874.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Another week passes and the LQMT share price is down 5.1% from 0.058 cents to 0.055 cents, on extremely weak trading volumes and little interest. The same when LQMT moves up or down.
Without new sales contracts of any size or an announcement of any progress from LQMT, either on their executive blog or in a PR, the trend is for LQMT’s share price to continue to head lower as the fundamentals remain unchanged and reported revenues decline.
The share price can drop between 0.045 and 0.049 as the value of LQMT is heading south and not north.
Perhaps in 2024 or 2025 or 2026 LQMT might succeed and if they ever do make it in 2023, I’ll be very thankful and glad that they did.
FOMO lives and is probably is the main reason why anyone holds on regardless of any other opinion at this time.
There are no realistic bullish facts from LQMT right now that I am aware of to realistically support a bullish position. There are however, realistic forward worded statements that might suggest having one since LQMT’s IPO inception There are certain laws that protect LQMT against a lawsuit with regards to forward wording.
On the other hand there are about a dozen factual reasons stated by LQMT in every 10Q and not foreword worded as to why one might want to be bearish and none of those reasons have anything to do with LQMT’s declining revenues.
Perhaps in 2024 or 2025 or 2026 LQMT might succeed and if they ever do make it in 2023, I’ll be very thankful and glad that they did.
This board had/has it right the whole time. Who knew? I just try to post the facts. After all, everyone knows my opinions are worth less than the price of a share of LQMT. I think I nailed it, when LL virtually closed the doors on the new LQMT HQ’s.
Q1. Still would like to know where that extra $5,000.00 dollars came from? As stated in 10Q2?
August will be 17 consecutive months without any new contract announcements. The last run recently without a new contract announcement was 18 months.
I try to present a balanced view based on the facts not on the emotions of anyone hyping or bashing LQMT.
LQMT can go to the moon or stay in the crapper. Both views are correct. It’s just that right now for LQMT the moon seems like the size of a distant star, while the crapper seems to be as big as a garbage dump waste site.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Q2. How come LL over in China has no problems getting amorphous metal prototypes accepted by whales abroad but LQMT USA, has had zero whales and only acceptance by customers in the last decade amounting to insignificant contracts.?
Did not BB state LQMT has successfully satisfied the criteria for acceptance by the tier one level customer before he exited LQMT?
Now there’s something to study…Hmmm?
Just another whim for FOMO.
Excellent perspective! Second hit was no error.
Excellent perspective!
Realistically I thought we would see the four’s already. So that is a realistic assumption. LQMT is heading for 17 months without a new contract or increasing revenues from old ones. Even with accounts receivable paid the current revenues do not support the nickel’s.
The tickets to a train ride that never ever leaves the station is on sale now to anyone young or old at rock bottom prices.
There are no guarantees and the ticket prices may go lower or higher. The long term LQMT trend has pointed to lower prices. Where new lows may be reached. With that said, they are cheap with no guarantees. Always do your own DD.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Absolutely correct. All want pics of 8K’s
Showing positive $$$$ impact.
Anyone here not familiar with the LQMT design guide?
Anyone need a link?
They haven’t gone beyond the 5.0 version.
The new LQMT www. When they update it.

“Liquidmetal Process

Like all others. You see this link here on ihub first.
MIM Comparison
Debind and sintering required
A couple of the pics are from the MM days. Older long term shareholders should remember MM, who like HM where’s several hats. Either LL did not want to pay MM or cut him loose imo, for being more transparent with the website.
More to follow…maybe.
Not exactly a great find. But it is directly from LQMT and not a second or third party source.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Nothing like transparency. That’s what I like about LL, he’s always thinking about us. Can’t wait for another 10Q, nothing burger three months from now. Now that’s positive enthusiasm.
Wish I could say bullish, but realistically no one here or anywhere else has published a factual find directly from LQMT to support a bullish position, !PERIOD!
Hint: “Not even LQMT offered a bullish position in their last 10Q. Now those are breadcrumbs everyone should be able to follow.”
No one has yet to offer a factual argument for what was posted by me regarding prototypes from LQMT being rejected by whales vs prototypes being accepted by whales from LL’s companies abroad. Talk about a conundrum. Conflict of interest? Maybe not. Maybe the CCP subsidized companies abroad can afford to use the more expensive metal. And maybe the companies here that are not being subsidized by the USA government can’t afford the new metal to make the sale and use cost effective.
Then again maybe I’m wrong or it’s a combination of everything that makes it very difficult to incorporate LQMT’s metal here. Perhaps LQMT needs to find a way to present the material as a GREEN material that reduces carbon vs the other metals to give new customers tax incentives to use it. That’s a job for the legal rep. at LQMT.
Now 4-1 selling. Still anemic volumes=bubkis.
Now 30-1 shares selling. What does it mean?
Nothing as anemic volumes mean bubkis.
For every share bought, twelve sold today.
So I must be the dumbest person here. I’m trying to figure out the position in LQMT that some have taken here. Now I know from reading comments on LQMT all around the www that there does seem to be both conviction and confusion about all of the agreements LQMT has entered into and exited as well. But there is no confusion to me how everyone loses focus on the successes and failures of LQMT and would rather focus their personal attacks and angst on the posters and not on the posters opinions.
So let me get to the dumbest part. Because for me I have to read and sift through all of the personal attacks on one another before I can understand the reasons for both the bullish and bearish sentiments. So in the interest of getting to the bottom of anyones point that they may have. I have to first iterate; I know I have stated already that i don’t know much and my opinions are worth less than the price of a LQMT share. So please don’t hold that against me.
So let’s just set aside everyone’s opinions here and just for a brief moment set aside how everyone views each other and the company LQMT, up or down and just look at what is known black and white and then everyone can start throwing salvos again at the grey areas again, when they can’t deal with the facts of one’s LQMT opinion versus the facts of what LQMT is known to be doing.
Correct me if I’m wrong. If the expansion of amorphous metal use abroad by whales are taking place for at least five years now and the investment in manufacturing capacity has expanded and as product sales with parts made of amorphous metal has crossed over into Europe from China and on and on NDA or No NDA agreements. Why does LQMT only have insignificant contracts with two or three customers here and no expansions of new customers over the same period of time? Why do the companies abroad have no problems with prototyping and acceptance of parts, but LQMT has hundreds of problems with parts?
In essence it doesn’t make a difference what anyone thinks!
What makes a difference is the revenues that a company reports from contracts old or new and their bottom line!
So in my narrow minded opinion. Does the content of LQMT’s 10Q’s and all other filed forms support a bullish view or a bearish view?
Like I have said many times I’m not too bright. All I’m interested in is what LQMT is doing with their investments to make my investments in LQMT Grow!
And therefore I could give a rats arse what anyone else thinks! I care about what they know about LQMT and not what they have to say about each other.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
LQMT, the only company I thought I knew that can cost shareholders $10.60 for every $1.00 in earned revenues. Another cheerful thought.
I did know of others who spent a heck of a lot more to earn a buck and then go on to become profitable. But the biggest difference is that they were growing a customer base weekly, quarterly and annually.
Even made $$$ on them back in the day. Companies that provided a means of transportation for media content were racking up $$$ all over the place.
But this one? It’s been nothing but red except for two or three detections of a pulse. Other than that LQMT has been on life support.
Anyone know of anyone who wants to roll the dice on a stock that has been for over two decades in a coma? Step right up. Look no further. This one is for you. :)
And don’t worry. It might be brain dead right now. But it has enough funds to be on life support for quite some time.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
TC, can you hear the shareholders? Hello hello? Like song writer and vocalist Waters, asked and sang 44 years ago. “Is there anybody out there?”
And I guess if you want to stay in LQMT you also have to be like Gilmour and Waters who wrote and sang; “Comfortably Numb” also 44 years ago.
bbboy what’s the matter? LL not writing to you anymore?
no debts, no loans, no defaults, no new contracts 17 months and running, no significant contracts 13 years and running, no increasing interest, no increasing liquidity, no increasing revenues no increasing PR’s, no blog activity and on and on and on.
Oh yeah a lot to be happy about. And if failures were the mother to success, then LQMT is the stock of all envy. That plus it’s current trend should get LQMT to the nickels again and possibly the 0.04’s. Yippee yahoo woo woo. I just can’t wait for another lackluster quarter from LQMT to be so upbeat. Just makes you want to go out and buy some more shares.
Seriously?
That scenario to me is as far away from reality as one can get. Hype is more plausible. But there is some truth in that if you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, it’s one thing. But if you can’t imagine there is one then it’s over and time to move on.
I guess all in LQMT still have that kind of imagination that keeps us interested.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Another week passes and the LQMT share price is down 10.1% from 0.06455 cents to 0.058 cents, on extremely weak trading volumes and little interest. The same when LQMT moves up or down.
The share price which has moved up recently before a 10Q on extremely very low volumes and anemic liquidity means absolutely bubkis. Like I said last week the Share Price on anemic trading volumes mean bubkis.
Without new sales contracts of any size or an announcement of any progress from LQMT, either on their executive blog or in a PR, the trend is for LQMT’s share price to continue to head lower as the fundamentals remain unchanged and reported revenues decline.
Perhaps in 2024 or 2025 or 2026 LQMT might succeed and if they ever do make it in 2023, I’ll be very thankful and glad that they did. It is the main reason why FOMO lives and is probably as stated above the reason why anyone holds on regardless of any other opinion at this time.
This board had/has it right the whole time. Who knew? And if anyone read my recent posts during the week they sure as heck would have had a peek into the last 10q before it came out. I just try to post the facts. After all, everyone knows my opinions are worth less than the price of a share of LQMT. I think I nailed it, when LL virtually closed the doors on the new LQMT HQ’s.
Still would like to know where that extra $5,000.00 dollars came from? As stated in 10Q2.
August will be 17 consecutive months without any new contract announcements. The last run recently without a new contract announcement was 18 months.
The present 10Q2 only mentions two major customers left.
I try to present a balanced view based on the facts not on the emotions of anyone hyping or bashing LQMT.
Eagle pointed out something very important in his opinion and commentary of the 10Q2.
LQMT can go to the moon or stay in the crapper. Both views are correct. It’s just that right now for LQMT the moon seems like the size of a distant star, while the crapper seems to be as big as a garbage dump waste site.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Regarding the question I asked last week about the upcoming 10Q2; The question this quarter is…will TC and Co. Step up into the batter’s box and get on base, hit a home run or strike out?
The answer….
Looks like LL of team LQMT H.K. pitched a perfect game against team LQMT USA again.
I think it’s $5.00 not $5,000.00.
Then again it was a quick scan with my marbles.
Five thousand is correct!
Who the heck @ LQMT is doing the math here?
A quick scan of the data from the last 10q and it doesn’t take much time to do that, triggered an alarm in one of my loose marbles that occasionally make noise in my head.
Excerpt: “However, as of June 30, 2023, we had $9,949 in cash and restricted cash, as well as $13,904 in investments in debt securities. We view this total of $23,858 as readily available sources of liquidity in the event needed to advance our existing strategy, and/or pursue an alternative strategy. As such, we anticipate that our current capital resources, when considering expected losses from operations, will be sufficient to fund our operations for the foreseeable future.”
Source:LQMT 10q.
I’m curious as to where the extra $5.00 dollars came from.
I apologize if I’m wrong, but I do think LL needs to furnish team LQMT USA a new abacus board.
Maybe I scanned the data too fast.
Anyone know where the extra five came from?
Good luck to all in LQMT
Wish TC luck.
And maybe a new abacus board too.
Or maybe the numbers were so low they thought they could do the math in their heads. At least that’s how I did it.
Eagle, whatever abuse you have had to put up with, myself included regarding your commentary of LQMT over the years. This last LQMT 10Q has vindicated you in perpetuity, just like the LQMT/Apple agreements.
Good luck to you.
Lugee who?
no selling? No Selling?? NO SELLING???
N O—- S E L L I N G????
WHAT ABOUT BUYING???????
!!!SOoooooooooooo Negative!!!
WHAT ABOUT FRICKEN BUYING?????
Who gives a rats azzz about selling!
Is 5 cents and 6 cents low enough???
I can assure all that it does not take much selling to drop the SP to 0.05 or 0.04 cents.
Without any selling. Just on cogs vs cash burn the SP will drop the ask PERIOD!
How the hell does anyone think the SP dropped from 0.44 to the nickels????
Selling? Selling my azz. Try cash burn, executive ineptness, declining revenues, declining interest and declining everything LQMT. Well pardon me, maybe executive ineptness hasn’t declined.
The share dilution, inflation and everything else politics etc., will drop the share price of LQMT without anyone selling.
Are there any bulls left??? From reading the www all around the www, it’s too difficult to tell.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Glad to see you are taking my posts much more seriously. Hope it’s a new trend and not just for you. But for all interested in LQMT.
I always look for the up and down side to an article. LQMT only collects fees. Swatch does its own mfg. the watch pieces, that is each style is limited in production.
I’m looking for a better outcome from Tesla and a few others.
See Post 230407.

You can scroll down for more info.
And scroll further down for metals used.
This watch should have been added to the LQMT Consumer market section but was not. Either the person updating the LQMT site was unaware, overlooked or just thought it wasn’t necessary. However, imo, it she added as the Swatch Group site for Omega offers more info related to Liquidmetal, than the one presently highlighted by Liquidmetal.
Just my opinion, which everyone knows is always worth less than the price of a LQMT share.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
Something old, something new…
Within the Liquidmetal Technologies inc., website of LQMT, (the company all should still be researching and interested in) is a section dealing with watches on one of the Liquidmetal webpages. And within one of the articles dealing with a particular brand of watch is a watch manufactured by the Swatch Group. And if you read very carefully the article on the LQMT website you will notice a couple of words highlighted. Those highlighted words will take you off and out of the LQMT website and into the website owned by the Swatch Group. The website is called Planet Omega.
Here I’ll post the website that the highlighted words on the LQMT website includes. it’s for anyone interested…
https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega?label=watchmaking
Now on this site you will see some articles to enter like Space, Sport, Watchmaking & Ocean.
Highlight and enter Watchmaking.
Scroll down and click on The Material Difference.
Then scroll down to METALS
Then slowly swipe from right to left beginning with Red Gold to LM and click on Learn More.
To cut to the quick you can use the link below…
https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/watchmaking/materials
It’s also interesting to learn of the other metals and how and why they are used.
Good luck to all in LQMT
Wish TC luck.
It’s also more interesting to research the LQMT website and find the article with the highlighted words that take you to the linked website.
You just might be surprised what you will find and you don’t have to search a second or third party www to find info.
Would be nice if the pics coincide with contracts.
I’ve been told many times and I’m sure you heard it too; “A picture is worth a thousand words” if that is true, then LQMT is doing a lot of spin with the graphics, a little spin with the video and just about zip spin with the written word.
Wish they could spin the bottom line and excuse themselves for grossing $5 million for the second quarter and not $50 thousand or so.
Just in case anyone missed it…
The Tesla car I referenced at the end of July.
https://liquidmetal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Auto.png
It does appear LQMT is making very interesting changes to their WWW. It would be more interesting imo, if they could do the same with their bottom line to match. :)
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
What happened to that earlier post you alluded to? You never had an edge did you?
