I don't want to be heard. I'm just interested in hearing the proceedings and watching Mr. Issacson's work.
If this hearing was held in a courtroom the public would be permitted to sit in. This hearing is going to be done using ZOOM. I wonder if it will be open to the public?
Agreed. I think the site updates every morning or most mornings at ~6:00am as a normal course of business.
I think it was a coincidence that a filing came out when you predicted. If you look today the courtlistner site shows an update on 10/26 at 6:09am. It also showed an update Saturday and Sunday morning.
Wonder how long it will take to get a hearing date?
I'm confident. I want to invest in other companies they are backing...
EQ. How can we find out what other public companies Parabellum or BSF have taken on as clients?
I understand that, but it was a very optimistic statement regarding the court decision. For < $.02 I'm just surprised more people aren't getting in.
EQ Why didn't we see a little pop after that press release?
Does the wire service used have no distribution? After the judges decision how can they going to get the message out to the masses?
Will there be some kind of advanced notification prior to the judges decision?
Coreton, with your court experience what do you think BSF thinks about the delay.
Do you think BSF has been in touch with the Judge(s) to discuss Rontan's latest filings???
Do you believe Parabellum knew this was going to be a 3 year fight and from your previous post possibly another 2 or 3 years to collect or longer if it's appealed?
I'm not sure what their potential upside is but ~ 5 years is a long time to have $6,000,000 at risk.
Who's Selling???
Wouldn't you think by now everyone who was going to sell would have done it long ago? I would think anyone still in it at this point is waiting on the judge.
EQ, I don't understand why GM for example would owe Ronton money. Doesn't Ronton buy vehicles from GM and Ronton would owe GM money?
I don't think anyone ever thought anything differently.
You sound confident that the rulings are coming out in our favor!
292 million and over 2 1/2 years I'd hope the judge would make it a priority.
You still looking for a September / October time frame?
Does the Judge deny their motion sooner, then decide on damages at a later date?
Thank you
EQ, Why do you think it will take until September or October for the Judge to deny the motion and decide on damages? The judge has been thinking about this case for 2 1/2 years, he has to know what he's going to do.
Also, who is the judge? Is it Judge Middlebrooks or Judge Bannon? BSF's last filing didn't mention Middlebrooks name at all.

"What do you think happens after the 15th? Judge makes a decision or is more information requested from both or either side? Judge denies Rontan's motion and decides on damages. Expect that to happen in September - October."
Thank you for the responses.
I'm just running out of patience and trying to make back what I'm losing on SHMP lol. Every time the goal line is in sight it seems to be moved further away.
As for the reason for PR's? Other than the nine people on this site, no one knows anything about this company. It's my understanding that the judge already ruled in our favor and now the question is for how much. That seems press release worthy.
Isn't it Delgado's job to enhance shareholder value?
Ulterior motive is maybe the wrong wording. I should have said a more positive outlook. As a longtime shareholder my thoughts are more aligned with theirs and based on their posts they seem to be following the events very closely.
Of course Rontan's new legal team needs time to get up to speed, but this is the 3rd new legal team. How often can they use this tactic? Obviously, at least 3 times. Docket entry 236 states that BSF did not oppose the delay. I'm just wondering why not?
With the new OTCQB designation you may now be able to trade on those apps. It seems like volume increased following that change.
I'm not sure how collection gets done, but obviously BSF must have thought about that before taking the case. Also, the fact the Isaacson has remained on the case has to be seen as very positive.
Thank you for your reply.
EQ, FD or Corenton, you guys seem to be the most knowledgeable and not have an ulterior motive.
I've been following GDSI for sometime, although this is my first post.
Why would BSF agree to another delay (Professional Courtesy) and did GDSI (Delgado) concur with this delay?
Why hasn't GDSI released press releases updating shareholders?
